We are looking to recruit an experienced person-centred leader who is passionate about delivering services that make a difference to older people’s lives. You will have responsibility for maintaining a high level of service delivery with impressive outcomes.

Age UK HHB is very proud to deliver a wide range of health and wellbeing related services for the NHS and local councils across Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent and in neighbouring Bucks, in partnership with Age UK Buckinghamshire. Our services are expanding and we are looking for someone who can support current and planned delivery of these existing and new contracts.  

Additionally, acting as Deputy for the Director of Services, you will play a leading role in the management of wider services. The wider team includes Community Services, Social Prescribing, and Information & Advice. The directorate is currently responsible for the delivery of services to the value of £1.9 million a year.

You will be a strong leader, highly organised and able to make decisions and use your initiative. The role will also involve further developing robust monitoring processes, systems development, and enhancing workforce capacity, enable us to identify areas for change and improvement. Knowledge and experience of quality management systems is necessary. Additionally, you will lead on Safeguarding, with a strong team of trained and experienced service managers as support in their given areas.
