20/20 Levels seek a new COO as they strive for a more inclusive and empowered society where equal access to opportunities is not just an aspiration but areality!

They are a purpose-driven charity committed to empowering and supporting young Black and racially underrepresented individuals in their journey towardsmeaningful employment and business success. Their vision is to forge a society where opportunities are abundant, reaching every young person irrespectiveof their race or socioeconomic background.
Established in 2013, they are tackling youth unemployment and leading the way to a more diverse and inclusive workforce in the UK. Through trainingprogrammes, mentorship and career support they empower young people from ethnic minority and low socio-economic backgrounds to flourish in theworkplace. They also support employers to help create an environment conducive to the growth and development of young people (Gen Z). Since theirlaunch they have directly supported over 2,500 young people.

They now seek a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to form the start of a strong executive team, focusing on strategic growth, operational excellence and driving performance to guarantee transformative programmes.
You will bring an entrepreneurial approach and be skilled in programme growth, financially literate, and experienced in the organisational management of a growing charity.

With exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of building relationships and leading teams, you will be responsible for programme andoperational development, stakeholder engagement, and ensure optimum performance and impact metrics for programme delivery staff.

The role will bridge strategy and operations, overseeing and optimising the charity's operations, finance, and governance to enable programme growth andscale for more continued success.

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as second in command, you will co-shape and own the implementation plan of the 20/20 Levels Strategy.
