We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to manage our UK and ROI Consumer Goods programme in which you will work closely with the 10 major UK supermarkets and other large companies who sponsor the programme.
In this varied role you will provide day to day management, oversight, strategic input, helping to manage and grow the programme. You will engage and work with the established Consumer Goods steering group and their sub-contractors and suppliers, as well as engage more businesses in the programmes and build on the many opportunities to further our work. You will also deliver interactive training workshops for businesses and ensure Stronger Together continues to develop guidance and good practice in the UK and ROI, and work successfully with our partners.
You will work from home, line manage two of our Programme Co-ordinators, and will join a friendly, supportive, and committed global team, and contribute towards creating systemic change.
Who you are:
- An experienced project manager with an in-depth understanding of the consumer goods industry and experience managing senior corporate sponsor relations
- A professional who has worked with or within the consumer goods sector on responsible business behaviour and with a good knowledge/understanding of modern slavery, responsible recruitment, and ethical labour practices
- A great organiser, with the ability to set and meet demanding targets and deadlines, and to hold others accountable to those
- An excellent trainer, with experience of preparing and delivering training to businesses • Someone with an interest in being involved in operations as well as strategic thinking
- An excellent communicator, with experience of developing and building new successful working relationships with a range of stakeholders, as well as confidence in representing the programme professionally at a variety of events
- Someone with experience of measuring and demonstrating impact
- A motivated and enthusiastic worker, able to work independently and with remote colleagues/stakeholders, delivering day-to-day workload with minimal supervision
- Someone with a good eye for detail, whilst retaining sight of the bigger picture
- An individual with permission to work in the UK.
The role is varied with opportunity to support strategy development and plans across the UK and ROI, implement them and try out new ideas. You will work remotely, but in close cooperation with the Co-CEOs, other Programme Managers and the rest of our team.

This role will join TCV at an exciting time for our charity. You will be central to a small immediate Fundraising team and a wider income generation directorate. Lambourne End Centre are looking to recruit a Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator. The post holder will be responsible for raising revenue and capital funds primarily from trusts, companies and through organising fundraising events to support the work of the Centre. Key Responsibilities
- Act as an effective member of the Senior Leadership Team, helping define and deliver organisational strategy and working closely with the CEO/Trustees to impart subject matter expertise.
- Lead the fundraising team to deliver against income targets and maximise new opportunities - developing and implementing an ambitious strategy that allows for supporter growth across regular giving, legacy, trusts and foundations, major donors, corporate and community income streams.

What is the role?
This a 12 Month Maternity contract.

About the Charity
The Environment Investigation Agency investigate and campaign against environmental crime and abuse. Their undercover investigations expose transnational wildlife crime, with a focus on elephants and tigers, and forest crimes such as illegal logging and deforestation for cash crops like palm oil. The EIA work to safeguard global marine ecosystems by addressing the threats posed by plastic pollution, bycatch and commercial exploitation of whales, dolphins and porpoises. About the Role
This is an exciting time to join EIA as the fundraising team grows. As the Philanthropy Manager, you will lead on the development and delivery of a new philanthropy programme, which includes developing tailored stewardship programmes for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), expanding the donor base through effective prospecting and cultivation, and working with campaign teams to develop donor funding propositions. The National Homicide Service is a fast paced, specialist team funded directly by the Ministry of Justice to provide exceptional trauma informed practical and emotional support every day. We currently have an opportunity for a Caseworker to join our Remote Working Team. This role is home-based working 37.5 hours per week
This is a unique opportunity to support families and individuals bereaved by and eyewitness to murder and manslaughter.

About the role:
The role of Homicide Caseworker is varied, demanding and rewarding; no two days are the same and you will thrive on this challenge. You will need to be extremely organised and able work independently and as well as being a pro-active, supportive member of a team open to developing your personal resilience.
You will work closely with the Major Crime Police Units, Senior Investigators and Family Liaison Officers, you will provide a pivotal role to support clients through the Criminal Justice System. You will provide support to families by phone and Zoom when their usual Homicide Caseworker is unavailable. You will complete needs assessments, and will coordinate and deliver a tailored package of support alongside our commissioned providers and other key stakeholders.
You will be driven to make a difference every day with the ability to focus on the needs of vulnerable service users. You will have resilience and adaptability; understand the importance of professional boundaries; have excellent listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy. You will enjoy the challenge of a busy caseload and will be able to demonstrate the excellent organisation skills essential to managing a demanding and diverse workload.
As a fully trained Homicide Family Caseworker you will be responsible for managing your own complex caseload to the highest quality standards. This role is part of our remote working team and so you will be home-based, however you will need to be able to travel to work meetings and to attend training as required.

About the role:
We are looking for an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) to be based at Luton & Dunstable Hospital this role will compliment the Hospital IDVA based at Bedford Hospital. This is a full-time post on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025. The aim of this role is to support victims of domestic abuse predominately risk assessed as standard/medium to compliment our high risk service across Bedfordshire. This is a key role at the hospital working alongside the safeguarding team to ensure that victims of domestic abuse have access to appropriate support.
As an IDVA you will be:
- Providing a high quality support and advocacy service to victims of domestic abuse.
- Managing a caseload; identifying and assessing risks and needs, providing a tailored crisis intervention service through individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
- Working with other agencies and advocating on behalf of service users in order to help them access services to keep them safe.
- Working within a multi-agency framework consisting of partners as well as MARAC and other local partnerships to offer a coordinated response to domestic abuse.
- Promoting the service and raise awareness of domestic abuse through the delivery of training to hospital staff and local partner agencies
You will need:
- Experience of working in support and advocacy with victims of domestic abuse is advantageous
- To be able to prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands/needs and interests and promote organisation interests and values.
- To ideally hold a SafeLives IDVA accreditation, relevant degree, vocational qualification or relevant experience of delivering a service and working with domestic abuse victim's/service users in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting.

A key purpose of the technical advisers in the team is to provide policy, advocacy and influencing advise and technical advice to support resource mobilisation and programme quality (when expertise is not in the Federation). Another key purpose of this role is to strengthen AAUK’s reputation as an organisation taking an intersectional feminist, evidence-informed, and decolonial and anti-racist approach to girls’ rights’ research and action, programming and resourcing.
The post holder will have strong, practical experience in developing, supporting, and evaluating the impact of intersectional research led by girl and programming on Girls’ Rights in particular programming that supports adolescent girls’ leadership, reproductive health, prevention and response to harmful practices impacting girls (including early forced and child marriage and FGM/C), gender equality within schools and communities, girls economic rights, and community mobilisation to prevent and respond to violence against women and girls.
