This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and thriving Major Donor Team at a time of great hope and expectation in the field of dementia.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a new programme of donor engagement, propositions, and stewardship for a highly valuable and important segment of our Major Donor audience.
Focused on individuals with capacity to make annual donations between £5,000 and £50,000, you will drive the creation of a new giving club with the aim to establish vital new relationships, drive retention and grow income. Working closely with the wider Philanthropy and Prospect Development Team, you will also support the identification of new high value relationships and opportunities.   
In this role you will lead the delivery and implementation of a new high value giving club. Develop new propositions, communications, and engagements to retain and grow income. You will support the identification and solicitation of new high value supporters and implement processes and ways of working to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Major Donor programme.

About you

- You are a skilled and experienced fundraiser, with a track record of success building relationships and managing fundraising propositions with a high value audience.
- You are confident managing and analysing data and skilled at delivering strategic marketing and communications.
- You have strong project management experience, a strategic thinker and confident building relationships with donors and stakeholders internally and externally.
- You are a skilled fundraiser with experience of managing high value relationships.
- An exceptional communicator who is confident leading a project from ideation through to completion.
- You are experienced in copy writing, developing donor propositions and stewardship.
- You are experienced in business development, strategy, data and analysis.
