  6. Evaluating and completing written reports on the projects and deliverables. 

• Marketing Management

  1. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation.

  2. Content creation and curation, working with a marketing agency, ensuring consistency with branding and messaging.

  3. Collate marketing materials, ensuring consistency with branding and messaging.

  4. Maintain marketing databases and mailing lists.

  5. Management/ Engagement on Social Media Platforms. 

  6. Assist with promotional activity for BIMA events.

  7. Creating an evergreen campaign on membership growth.

• Membership Onboarding

  1. Reviewing and processing membership sign ups via the website.

  2. Reviewing and processing members on BIMA’s whatsapp community.

  3. Maintain and deliver professional customer service for membership queries.

• Administration

  1. Supporting BIMA teams and colleagues in organising and delivering projects and events, this may include but not limited to email management, marketing and promotion, database management and logistical support.

  2. Support senior leadership in administration and management of the email inbox.

Person Specification

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as event management or project management

• Demonstrated expertise in marketing, event planning, and website management, with a track record of successful campaigns and initiatives.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create compelling, persuasive, and well-structured content tailored to diverse audiences.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English at a professional level.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

• Experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) is highly desirable.

Your work will be co-designed and informed by survivors and communities. You will operate under the principles of Do No Harm. 

This role will be home-based and in Oxfordshire and will report to the CEO.

Person Specification

You will ideally be from a community affected by a harmful practice such as FGM/C or ‘honour’-based abuse and forced marriage. This does not necessarily mean you personally have been affected, but you have a deep understanding of the issues from living in your community.

Your knowledge of the topic:

You will need a strong understanding of violence against women and girls (VAWG), policy and legislation, ideally having experience working in the VAWG sector. 

High level of organisation:

Most of the time you will be working from your home office so you will need be highly self-motivated and organised to meet deadlines for campaigns around international days (e.g. International Women’s Day) for example.  You will be required to attend occasional meetings in Oxfordshire or elsewhere in the UK, for example at conferences where Sundial is represented, and some team meetings.

Objective

Role

As our Major Donor & Philanthropy Fundraiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive major giving programme to increase revenue from high-value supporters. As Communications and PR Manager we are looking for an experienced and high-achieving individual with exceptional written skills to work closely with our Director of Communications and Fundraising. The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of an organisation-wide communication strategy and will also work with the Dir Comms and Fundraising to develop and deliver a PR strategy to help grow JET’s voice and influence at a very exciting time in our growth (this is the first time we have looked to bring our PR function in-house).

You will have responsibility for managing JET’s voice and narrative, and will supervise our  Communications and Events Officer to plan, develop and deliver engaging copy and multimedia assets - both long and short form – for use across multiple platforms in line with our comms KPIs. Your exceptional written and proofreading skills, creative experience and your eye for precision, will support us to develop inspiring and impactful stories to bring our work to life for our key audiences. 

You’ll also have responsibility for PR and media relations activities including identifying relevant media opportunities, writing press releases, building out the organisation’s PR infrastructure, and proactively pitching to local and national media and policy influences to grow awareness of our work with key audiences.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, committed and skilled Governance Officer to join the team.

In this role you will provide a comprehensive, high quality secretariat service, particularly to the Bishop’s Council, which acts as the Board of Directors of the Diocesan Board of Finance (income £30M, assets £520m, over 100 staff) and oversees a wide range of activity.

The Diocese is one of the largest in the Church of England covering the three counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire with a thousand parishes, church schools and chaplaincies.  It is active in environmental action, addressing poverty and inequality, supporting children and youth work and much, much more.

You will ensure that meetings are scheduled and organised, agendas created, minutes recorded, and action lists monitored; elections organised and appointments made; governance advice given; relevant policies are in place and statutory registers are maintained.  You will have the opportunity to be in the room when most of the organisation’s key decisions are taken. You will be required to work occasional evenings (1 each in May and December) and Saturdays (1 each in March, June and November), with time off in lieu.

You do not need to be a practising Christian or have a faith to work here - around 50% of our staff are not practising Christians but are comfortable with the Christian ethos that underpins this work. However, all staff do have a desire to make a difference.

The Organisation

We are looking for a Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager to lead and develop a philanthropy and
partnerships donor base, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with major donors, trusts and foundations, corporate partners as well as legacy and in-memory supporters (larger funders).

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive manager with at least five years of experience in outreach programme management and people management, who can drive engagement, oversee complex projects, and ensure impactful delivery across diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management & Delivery

• Develop and implement a comprehensive nationwide outreach strategy to deliver energy debt support to vulnerable communities.
• Oversee a rolling year-long calendar of weekly community-based money and energy advice events, ensuring smooth execution and maximum impact.
• Manage funded organisations and partners, ensuring they meet their obligations under grant agreements and deliver high-quality services.
• Monitor and evaluate programme performance, using data analysis and impact reporting to refine strategies and enhance future outreach efforts.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in grant and project management, including grant programme design and the use of project management software.
