About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to inspire our amazing supporters to fundraise for Breast Cancer Now. This role focuses on developing marketing plans and campaigns for products across the community & events portfolio; from our flagship fundraising event the Pink Ribbon Walks and unique challenges such as Night in the Wild through to third party events such as the London Marathon and Great North Run. Including work on the marketing of our community fundraising activity including DIY fundraising and in-memory giving.

Reporting into the senior marketing manager of community & events, joining a collaborative and supportive team with great camaraderie where you’ll have the opportunity to develop in your role.

You’ll help to create engaging and compelling campaigns and communications to reach both new and existing supporters through digital and integrated campaigns. Working alongside the community & events marketing officer that you’ll line manage and the senior marketing manager, you’ll be planning, delivering and evaluating multiple campaigns at any one time; this variety and pace will enable you to gain great experience.

About you

You'll play a pivotal role in planning, driving, and delivering impactful integrated marketing campaigns that support our community and events fundraising teams.  Working across multiple fundraising campaigns, your work will inspire, engage, and mobilise individuals to raise money for Breast Cancer Now by signing up to one of our events through to encouraging people to organise their own DIY fundraiser.

You'll focus on delivering integrated warm and cold marketing campaigns. Alongside the marketing officer and senior marketing manager, you will develop and execute campaigns for our incredible portfolio of event marketing. The role covers the full marketing mix, including paid social, email, print, direct mail, radio, and other relevant channels.

With strong marketing experience, you can skilfully plan and deliver campaigns across online and offline channels to reach targets. You have experience developing engaging direct response campaigns and excellent copywriting skills to create materials for different channels and audiences.

Passionate, creative, and detail-oriented, you bring exceptional project management skills and a drive to make a meaningful impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working flexibly and adapting as needed.

Your project management experience enables you to oversee multiple campaigns while collaborating confidently with agencies, stakeholders, and teams to deliver quality work on time. A strong understanding of KPIs allows you to evaluate and optimize campaigns, applying insights to improve future performance. These skills also equip you to manage, support, and develop the Community & Events Officer.

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your marketing skills in charity event fundraising. While experience in Community & Events fundraising is a bonus, we welcome applicants from other fundraising disciplines or relevant sectors.

Key Responsibilities: 

Fundraising:

• Conduct research on potential funding opportunities and grant applications 

• Assist with the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns 

• Monitor and evaluate fundraising activities, providing reports and recommendations

The Stories Officer sits in the Marketing and Communications team and will focus on:

· Assist in managing storytelling requests from across RNID, providing vital support and crafting impactful and compelling narratives.

· Work closely with the Stories & Celebrity Manager, identify, interview, and write-up case study stories from people who are deaf, have hearing loss, or tinnitus to support RNID’s campaigns, media, and fundraising efforts.

· Manage and update our centralised database of case studies, celebrities, and influencers, ensuring all stories across the charity are recorded for effective stewardship. Maintain storyteller profiles, contact details, permissions, and consent forms while ensuring GDPR compliance in data collection and storage.

· Collaborate with PR, fundraising, digital, and campaigning teams to integrate storytelling into their work, identify their needs, and match case studies or celebrities to relevant projects.

· Support the development and delivery of storytelling content across multiple platforms, including social media, website, press, and marketing materials, ensuring content meets accessibility standards.

· Manage multiple internal and external storyteller requests.

 Job purpose:

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a passion for social media and marketing to join the Spread a Smile team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will help to deliver our marketing strategies and day-to-day output across our digital platforms including social media, website and e-comms and our Smile TV online viewing channel for families.

You will play a key role driving social media growth with responsibility for developing and posting creative content and managing interactions across our social media platforms, ensuring that we remain consistent in terms of brand and tone. You will have an excellent understanding of and passion for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn), uses, trends and development.

You will provide marketing support across the Fundraising and Services team, including producing marketing/fundraising materials and literature, appeals and events collateral (services and fundraising related), case stories, PR activity, and supporting management of our photo / film libraries and brand.

You will be brilliantly organised, and comfortable working across a wider team, juggling multiple projects at a time. You will be willing to go the extra mile to help us reach new audiences and achieve our strategic aims.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Responsible for the day-to-day output of our social media content across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and LinkedIn (we use Hootsuite). Scheduling, writing and producing content (including reels), responding to comments and messages etc.

• Leading on the development of our TikTok channel, delivering engaging content and plans to grow this platform in particular. Also mirroring for Instagram too.

• Managing our Linktree platform (Instagram) and exploring other suitable platforms and reporting for socials.

• Supporting the Head of Marketing to develop social media strategies and growth plans, identifying new audiences, influencer targets, creative content, trends, and PR/marketing opportunities and exploring sponsorship and advertising.

• Using Canva to create social media content, charity materials and videos/reels.

• Responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and update of the Spread a Smile website, making amends and creating content as required.

• Supporting the Head of Marketing on wider website development and marketing strategies and support tools such as researching and using AI i.e. ChatGPT.Responsible for creating monthly supporter e-newsletter in Mailchimp, regular family e-newsletters (4 per annum) and other e-comms, (with Head of Marketing leading on content strategy), helping to ensure schedules for delivery are agreed and adhered to.

• Working with the Head of Marketing to maintain brand quality control, ensuring brand guidelines and support materials are up-to-date and accessible to the whole team.

• Researching and exploring marketing and promotional initiatives and avenues such as Google Ads, PPC, Instagram / Facebook promotions / sponsorship / ads etc.

• Managing Google Analytics and communications tracking, producing monthly reporting on marketing activity using agreed reporting template, including website activity, e-comms performance, social media performance and growth and audience analysis.

• Liaising with external designers as required on charity collateral and managing relationships with printers, obtaining relevant quotes and ensuring costing clarity.

• Supporting the Head of Marketing and wider fundraising team on fundraising appeals and events, helping to deliver relevant collateral, promotional strategies and communications and supporting fundraising relationship requirements as needed (i.e. website news stories etc).

Tiyeni is a UK-Malawian NGO whose mission is to end food poverty and to improve water security. We achieve our mission by delivering training and support to smallholder farmers in our innovative form of climate-smart agriculture, Deep Bed Farming (DBF). Our low-cost, low-tech farming method dramatically increases crop yields from the first year of adoption while simultaneously regenerating the natural environment, empowering communities to become more climate-resilient.

About the role

You will be responsible for developing and diversifying the base of supporters and achieving fundraising targets. You will help maintain our existing stable income but also develop other income streams, expand our supporter networks, and build our sustainability for the future. The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with trusts and foundations as well as corporate partners and individual givers. You will develop and deliver successful plans to diversify and optimize our income as well as maintaining and improving the tools, processes, and internal expertise to ensure sustainability. You will explore other forms of fundraising, such as crowdfunding, major donors, and events.

Skills and experience

You will have a proven track record of soliciting, managing, and securing income from diverse income streams. You will have experience of developing successful grant applications and proposals for support to trusts and foundations. You will have digital fundraising fluency such as using social media to build support and run crowdfunding campaigns.

You will be an outstanding written communicator with the ability to absorb and synthesize complex information and translate it into compelling written cases for support. You should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to relate to, influence, and persuade internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You should be proactive, positive, and able to work on your own initiative, learn and test creative approaches, and remain resilient in the face of setbacks. What you will do:

This is a vital role in our Fundraising team, where you will be working with individuals, organisations, schools and small businesses in the local areas across Scotland to raise income and awareness for Canine Partners. About Woolwich Service Users Project (WSUP)

WSUP is a grassroots charity providing holistic support for people experiencing homelessness, poverty, addiction, and mental health challenges. With a focus on lived experience and implementation of trauma-informed practice, we offer a range of essential services, from haircuts and healthcare screenings to wellbeing activities and community advocacy.

We are looking for a passionate Health Coordinator to lead our efforts in improving healthcare access, preventing homelessness, and supporting public health initiatives in the community.

The Health Coordinator will play a key role in connecting people to essential healthcare services, strengthening early intervention work, and supporting community-led public health initiatives. The role will also focus on homelessness prevention and ensuring that people face challenges with housing, mental health, and substance use receive the right support at the right time.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in public health, healthcare coordination, or homelessness support who is committed to addressing health inequalities in Greenwich.

Key Responsibilities

1. Access to healthcare and preventive support

• Implement a pre-treatment approach across all WSUP’s activities, ensuring that people who are not yet ready to engage with formal healthcare services receive support and information, including harm reduction, peer mentorship and stabilisation services.
• Link people to healthcare providers, mental health services and addiction recovery programs.
• Monitor preventative care initiatives, including TB and Hepatitis C screenings, to promote early detection and intervention.
• Lead public health campaigns to increase awareness, challenge stigma and promote access to healthcare.
• Develop partnerships with GPs, the Rough Sleeping Health Working Group and local health teams to coordinate care and share resources.
• Use data-driven insights to identify gaps in services and advocate for improved health provision.

2. Prevent homelessness

• Implement a casework framework to support people at risk of homelessness.
• Develop referral pathways with GP practices to ensure healthcare professionals can refer people at risk of housing instability.
• Collaborate with housing organisations and local authorities to secure rapid interventions for those facing homelessness.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes using the In-Form Community Case Management System (CMS) to improve service effectiveness.

3. Strengthen volunteer and safeguarding capacity

• Recruit, train and mentor Peer Support Volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to provide outreach and advocacy.
• Ensure strong safeguarding practices across all health and homelessness prevention initiatives.
• Engage with the community to shape WSUP's health programs based on lived experiences and local needs.
• Build long-term capacity, embedding Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) into WSUP’s services.

• Experience working in healthcare (non-clinical), public health, social work, or homelessness services.

The Trusts and Foundations Team is part of the Fundraising and Marketing Communications Department and is responsible for delivering over £3m a year for the organisation’s services.

As Senior Trust Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for managing our existing donor relationships, researching new funding opportunities and preparing applications with a focus on 5 and 6 figure funding. This is a well-established income stream for Whizz Kidz with content for proposals readily available and accessible and you will have the opportunity to work with long standing supporters, helping them feel inspired by the impact of their gift. Finally, you will join an ambitious and collaborative fundraising team, keen to share success and support one another.

The ideal candidate will have experience of growing a Trust income stream and of preparing donor reports and providing excellent stewardship to funders and will be an excellent spoken and written communicator with a particular emphasis on funding application writing and reporting. They will have strong prospect research skills with the ability to secure higher value funding partnerships and an understanding of the issues young wheelchair users face.
