About the Role

The West London Service Delivery Executive will play a key part in the Service Delivery Team across London supporting with the smooth running of our service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients, volunteers and visitors. Our team is friendly and professional, and we work closely together to make sure every client has an outstanding experience when they visit us.

The Service Delivery Executive will often be the first point of contact a client will have with Smart Works, providing administrative, phone and booking support for clients across London and beyond. Therefore, we are looking for a friendly, organised and hard-working individual. The role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills and a drive to ensure all women who visit us have the best possible experience.

The role would be based full-time at our Smart Works centre in West London, with occasional visits to our other London centres. At Spring School, we're looking for an Office Manager to join our team.

You'll be responsible for the management of the administrative support functions, ensuring the provision of an effective and efficient service, implementing and maintaining systems and processes. You'll proactively support the Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body to provide confidential, high quality secretarial and personal support in order for them to achieve their objectives.

You'll lead and manage the Administrative Team, ensuring performance management and learning and development needs are undertaken. • Experience of processing compliance files, including DBS, referencing and occupational health verifications for external agency review such as Ofsted, CQC and or Home office

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK in a new role as Head of Digital Engagement. You will be responsible for developing and delivering an effective, proactive and integrated digital strategy, overseeing an operational plan that supports the organisation’s overarching objectives.

The role

We are seeking an experienced marketing and communications manager to raise awareness of, and engagement with, the activities of our Enterprise directorate, with a particular focus on our portfolio of regional Hubs.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver marketing plans and produce assets which may include social media posts, paid digital marketing, email newsletters, digital graphics, printed flyers, video clips, blog posts or press releases – tailoring each to regional audiences around the UK. While raising awareness of our regional Hubs with targeted outreach for key local activities, you will also work closely with a small Programme Communications team to contribute to communications plans for our entire suite of Enterprise Hub programmes, helping ensure that each delivers a sufficient volume of high quality, diverse applications from across the UK.

You will be expected to recommend marketing approaches to make an impact, while monitoring and evaluating campaigns to learn from successes and make suggestions for improvement. With good all-round communications skills, you will need to craft high impact copy as well as produce eye-catching visuals, all while adhering to the Academy’s and Enterprise Hub’s brand and visual identity guidelines. It will be vital to work in collaboration – managing suppliers, meeting the needs of colleagues in multiple teams, and working closely with external partners.

As part of the role, you will have a good eye for a story and will capture case studies of success from across our UK community of awardees. This role will be part of a small team of support workers, and a service manager, who deliver a call and email-based case work system.
