We are excited to be recruiting for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join Mary’s Meals UK. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work with the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships (PAP) to devise and implement a Corporate Strategy for national mid-high value partnerships.

Steward and strengthen existing corporate relationships to forge strategic long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.

Proactively research, pursue and develop for networking and outreach with new corporate partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals and revenue targets. This includes affinity partnerships, cause related marketing partnerships, commercial partnerships, charity of the year adoptions and corporate charitable giving.

About you:

A degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline

The Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager (High-Value) will be responsible for the development and implementation of the team’s Donor Advised Funds (DAF) programme. As a growing area of focus for the team, the role holder will have a significant impact on the strategic development of Donor Advised Funds fundraising at Mary’s Meals. Project management

- Proactively generate storytelling ideas and create content in-house whilst also outsourcing to (and managing) copywriters, designers, photographers and videographers.
Owned platforms
- Lead our LinkedIn strategy and manage our platform presence by ensuring a steady drumbeat of content. Optimise for KPIs including; reach, engagement, followers, web traffic.

The Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) is offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated PhD student or postdoctoral researcher to engage with the RMetS' Science Engagement activities and work with our team under a 2-year part-time Fellowship programme. The RMetS is the UK’s Professional and Learned Society for weather and climate and its mission is to advance the understanding of weather and climate and its application for the benefit of all. The RMetS plays a key role as the custodian of both the science and the profession of meteorology in the UK and has an important role to play internationally as one of the world’s largest meteorological societies.
Role
To help steer and build the Society’s engagement with the energy sector, an RMetS Energy Special Interest Group (SIG) was formed in 2022. The Energy SIG aims to sustain, encourage and progress engagement between meteorology and the energy sector, with expert members from academia, industry and regulators.
The energy Science Engagement Fellow has a key role in managing, developing and promoting the RMetS Energy SIG and its deliverables to build the Society’s engagement with the energy sector.
This exciting role enables the successful applicant to engage with non-academic stakeholders to build multidisciplinary partnerships, develop engagement skills and experiences, enhance their profile with stakeholders and leading academics, and grow their research impact.

Background
The Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) is offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated PhD student or postdoctoral researcher to engage with the RMetS’s Science Engagement activities and work with our team under a 2-year part-time Fellowship programme. The insurance Science Engagement Fellow has a key role in managing, developing and promoting the RMetS Insurance SIG and its deliverables to build the Society’s engagement with the insurance sector.

Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Comms, the post-holder will be responsible for fundraising from individuals across the East Midlands to increase annual income and awareness of Nottingham Hospitals Charity.
