About the role:

This role covers Humberside and is a hybrid role allowing some home based working along with office working in our Hull office at HU9 1ND

As a Team Leader you will:

* Manage a team of Caseworkers and a Senior Triage and Early Interventions Officer including those working with specialisms such as children and young people, Antisocial Behaviour and Stalking
* Allocate cases to a team of Caseworkers and supporting and managing the Caseworkers to optimise their casework
* Hold your own small caseload where required
* Liaise with other agencies including the police and other criminal justice system agencies to encourage partnership working and to be the voice for the victim
* Attend meetings, scrutiny panels and forums to raise awareness and challenge agencies where required

You will need:

* Experience of building partnerships and working with other agencies
* Experience of working within a supportive environment and preferably within the voluntary sector and with the criminal justice system
* Experience of managing and supporting a team
* Experience of working with sensitive information, within a confidential arena and within a safeguarding context
