We are seeking an electronic records management specialist with proven experience of working in information and records management to join our Programme team. The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for all teams on electronic records management at Tate during the migration of records from shared drives to SharePoint Online with an additional plug-in and will play a crucial role in records management as a SharePoint systems administrator.
The ability to communicate well across the organisation will be critical to success together with knowledge and experience of system administration of SharePoint and records management. We are also looking for someone who will be able to apply the principles of diversity and inclusion in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract until December 2025.

Senior Conservation Technician, Paper and Photographs

This is an exciting opportunity to bring technical expertise to the Paper and Photograph Conservation team!
There are two vacant full-time roles in the Paper and Photograph Conservation studios at Tate Britain. One is permanent with a focus on large-scale touring exhibitions, with start date in October 2024. The other is a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2027 and focuses on modern and contemporary art.
The Senior Conservation Technician provides technical expertise on the mounting, framing, storage and packing of art on paper, photographs, library, and archive material. Day to day you will undertake a variety of traditional and modern mounting, framing, and housing techniques, devise display, installation and packing methods, and advise and train paper conservation technicians. You’ll work closely with a paper conservator and the wider team to review and document your work to ensure the highest standards in the care of Tate’s paper-based collections. You’ll enjoy this role if you like creative problem solving, developing and adapting your technical skills, working to deadlines and knowledge sharing.

About the role:
This role is based in our Islington office with the flexibility of hybrid working. As a Children & Young People's Caseworker, you will:
- Conduct needs and risk assessments to ensure each CYP receives an individual support package that meets their needs, including safety planning, advocacy, emotional & practical support.

Respect is seeking a Fundraising Manager to develop and deliver a fundraising strategy in-line with Respect’s five-year strategy, Stopping the Harm. This is a new role, which will be positioned within the Influence team, with some administrative support from the Operations team.

The role
Global Greengrants Fund UK is looking to hire an energetic and passionate individual who will play a key role in establishing and developing Global Greengrants Fund UK’s offering to individual donors to be able to make gifts of £100,000 annually, in order to secure significant unrestricted income for the organisation.
GGF UK has a small portfolio of existing high net worth individual (HNWI) supporters but is currently primarily reliant on income from trusts and foundations. The post holder will join the organisation at a time of very significant growth and will be expected to be able to work autonomously to build out a new income stream with significant potential to diversify our revenue and strengthen the organisation’s support to grassroots environmental justice movements.

The candidate profile
The successful applicant will have significant relevant experience in a similar role in a charitable, environmental, development, and/or grant-making organisation. They will be an experienced, senior-level fundraiser with a track record of securing and developing successful relationships with HNWIs to achieve ambitious income goals. They will have extensive experience in developing pitches, proposals, and fundraising products; and a strong interest in environmental justice, international development or human rights issues. They will have an extensive knowledge of the funding and philanthropy sectors in the UK and Europe; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and be confident in engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including at senior levels. They should also have excellent interpersonal understanding, relationship-building, stewardship, and conceptual skills to build strong alliances with diverse constituencies and manage complex politics, positioning, and relationships. Providing them with the tools, knowledge and materials they need to help reach and exceed their fundraising targets. From head shaves to cake sales, dress-down days to extreme sports. You will be the first point of call for all fundraising enquiries and be on hand to provide bespoke stewardship support to ensure we develop long-lasting relationships with our PCA community, groups and companies across the UK.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide admin and operational support to the Fundraising Team
- Accurately record and manage data using the Salesforce CRM system.
- Ensure that fundraisers and supporters get timely correspondents by email or phone.
- Inspire supporters through innovative new stewardship ideas, sending out relevant materials and offering support and advice to enhance their event/fundraising.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing supporters, helping them to exceed their fundraising targets and inspiring them to become life-long supporters.
- Update all event portals with fundraising details and complete the registration process on time.
- Monitor and input data from various fundraising platforms onto our Salesforce database to ensure accurate reporting on income from events/fundraising.
- Take ownership of fundraising tracker to ensure first class stewardship is provided to all supporters.
- Supporting community-based fundraising volunteers and groups.
- Work collaboratively with the fundraising and marketing team to ensure that email templates, cards and certificates remain up to date and relevant to our audiences.
- Work with the fundraising team to identify ways to surprise and delight our fundraisers and ultimately build long term relationships with a consistent approach.

AoD’s Welfare Benefits Service
The Welfare Benefits Service provides free independent advice and assistance to all disabled residents and their carers who live and work in Hammersmith and Fulham borough. The service is for all ages, including parents and carers of disabled children.
We provide free advice and assistance, up to and including Tribunal level, on all Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) benefits, Tax Credits, and some local authority benefits.
Welfare Benefits Advisor will
- Provide high quality Welfare Benefits advice and casework and, as appropriate, representation at the 1st Tier Tribunals for disabled individuals of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
- Write Mandatory Reconsideration requests and in a limited number of cases, write appeal submissions.
- Undertake direct welfare advice and casework.
- Maintain appropriate records of work undertaken using an appropriate electronic Welfare Benefits Recording and Information System via AoD’s Charity Log, and through the use of Excel
- Gather information to monitor and evaluate the service.
- Assist with funding applications / tender bids by providing basic factual information to Fund Raising Manager/CEO/Managers to enable them to apply for funding and also enable them to write funding/tender applications.
- Contribute to Welfare Benefits related publicity material, social media, reports for the Board of Trustees and other stakeholders and other documents as required.
- This post requires travel to different locations, e.g. for home visits.

About the role:
The Senior Multiple Needs Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) will work within a dynamic, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service based at the CGL Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone. The IDVA will provide support in the local community and at the Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone. The successful candidate will be co-located up to 5 days a week at the Women’s Wellness Zone.
The IDVA will be closely working alongside CGL colleagues/team to deliver support to women with a range of complex support needs including substance misuse, mental health, domestic abuse, sex working, trafficking, and offending behaviour. The IDVA will work in collaboration with their team members to holistically support women in the borough of Ealing to achieve sustained recovery, improved health and wellbeing, helping women to manage/mitigate risks, and empowering them to reach their fullest potential in society as well as ensuring the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process.
The Senior Multiple Needs IDVA will assess the needs and risks of survivors, carry out short and longer-term risk management, safety planning and support. As well as identify and refer to services appropriate to their needs. They will also proactively advocate and advice women of their rights and options for seeking help and support from other agencies, encouraging them to engage with other agencies, and help co-ordinate the provision of multi-agency support where necessary.
About You:
To be successful as the Senior Multiple Needs IDVA you will need to have:
Excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children, of best practice in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and of the MARAC. As well as understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field.
Bringing your experience of risk and needs assessment, safety and support planning, and crisis planning and successfully managing high numbers of referrals and experience of working in a co-located setting with another agency and providing consultations/briefings to professionals to support in upskilling them around Domestic Abuse. The candidate will have experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work as part of an innovative service, designed to offer multi-disciplinary wrap-around support to women with multiple needs, with the aim of facilitating long-term recovery.
