Dementia Carers Count has an exciting new remote role for an enthusiastic Corporate Partnerships Manager within the income generation team to build corporate relationships whilst making a difference to dementia carers lives.

Job purpose
This is a new role, responsible for delivering financial support for our mission from corporate partners.  Initially, the majority of your time will be devoted to new business development, including prospect identification, and shaping and delivering pitches and proposals to corporate partners to meet fundraising targets.  As we grow, the work will be divided across high quality stewardship of existing partners across all sectors, as well as working creatively to identify and develop opportunities to upscale their impact.

This role sits alongside Trusts and Foundations and Public Fundraising within a team whose remit covers income generation, campaigns and marketing.  The post holder will report to the Director of Communications and Growth, supporting the senior leadership team to engage corporate partners and prospects where appropriate. 

Key responsibilities  

·Develop and maintain propositions to attract companies to support our work

·Identify, prepare and make highly targeted approaches to secure major partnerships that align with our organisational priorities, focusing on commercial / brand partnerships, strategic partnerships and donations

·Work with the Comms & Growth team to identify opportunities for income growth through existing and new corporate partnerships

·Proactively source and refresh a pipeline of corporate partnership opportunities by monitoring, analysing and reviewing relevant industry trends and developments, through networking and researching prospects

·Provide excellent account management and stewardship to new and existing corporate funders, maintaining regular communication with key contacts, and providing informative and engaging updates on their impact

·Design and deliver partnership plans that meet shared expectations, maximise income and where possible support our advocacy or campaigning activities

·Where relevant, conceive and deliver employee engagement opportunities that maximise funds raised and deliver the best possible supporter experience for our partners

·Develop strong working relationships within the organisation, co-ordinating colleagues to ensure that partnerships are successfully delivered

·Confidently communicate Dementia Carers Count’s activity and impact, inspiring support at the highest level

·Contribute to quarterly and annual planning and forecasting, and by providing accurate reports on corporate partnership income

·Administer corporate partnerships effectively, including using Salesforce CRM database and working with colleagues in the operations team to make sure invoices are sent out on time and corporate income is correctly recorded

Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 (35 hours FTE) depending on experience

The Network Lead plays a central role in helping us achieve our vision to end the need for food banks in the UK. This is a varied, proactive and fast-paced role that involves representing the Trussell Trust on policy and public affairs in the region/nation, the leadership of a dynamic team of area managers that supports the network of food banks in the region/nation to deliver emergency food, and the coordination of projects and partnerships to support the food banks in our network to reduce the need for their services locally.

• Strategic Leadership: Manage the delivery in the region/nation of food bank operations and key strategic projects that are part of the Trussell Trust’s five-year strategy to end the need for food banks.

• Significant proven experience managing individual giving fundraising campaigns across a range of offline and digital channels. This could have been gained working in-house at a charity or working for a fundraising agency or similar.
• Excellent copywriting, written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate data to insight and communicate this with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience of meeting fundraising targets and developing individual giving or digital income streams.

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic People and Culture team, providing support and advice to MAG’s employees working in over 30 countries across the world. This is an exciting role, where your recruitment and talent acquisition skills and experience will help us make a real difference, supporting our lifesaving work across the globe!

You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, selecting and interviewing candidates, as well as offer administration and ensuring successful completion of new starter on-boarding.  Communication skills are essential to this role as day-to-day the role holder will pro-actively source talent for vacancies (using a range of channels); coordinate recruitment processes: provide recruitment & selection advice to hiring managers; liaise with hiring managers to understand vacancy briefs; plan and arrange interviews; advertise jobs internally and externally, review job applications and deliver a first-class candidate experience at all stages.  This is a fast-paced role reporting into a Senior HR Manager and requires a high level of initiative, pro-activeness and strong multi-tasking skills.

You will need to have experience of providing an efficient recruitment service, ideally in an in-house environment and providing advice to hiring managers. Previous experience of working in international HR is not necessary, but you will need to rely on your varied resourcing experience and sound principles of people management.  Above all, you will need to be approachable, flexible, have a good eye for detail and be ready to work in a busy and varied role. You will also recognise that good recruitment and selection practice can make a real difference to MAG’s success in saving lives and building futures.

The Role

Working across both Social Mind and Social Sync as a Customer Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our non-profit clients succeed in their digital fundraising endeavours.

You will oversee the complete lifecycle of client engagement, from onboarding to support and retention, ensuring they fully leverage our platform's capabilities and agency expertise.

You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through their journey with Social Mind and helping them optimise their campaigns for maximum impact.

Your role will involve proactive communication, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences building long term relationships.

We empower charities to raise more money with integrated multi-platform fundraising, drive supporter acquisition and build stronger relationships with sophisticated, personal journeys and we unlock the supporter’s potential with meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:
  • Work closely with Growth team to deliver smooth and effective handover milestones to ensure ongoing client confidence.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at non-profit organisations, understanding their digital fundraising goals and aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback and identify opportunities to increase value and reduce churn across Social Mind and Social Sync.
  • Explore different ways in which clients may benefit from new agency services as our offer diversifies in line with market trends and demands.
• Onboarding and Adoption:
  • Ensure client satisfaction by keeping internal teams well briefed to successfully deliver agreed client requirements to a high standard and on time.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clients have everything needed for successful campaign launches and ongoing optimisations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and engagement with our platform, tailoring approaches to each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Success Planning and Outcomes:
  • Create and manage comprehensive success plans for clients, setting clear goals and regularly reviewing progress to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Provide best practices and strategic recommendations to help clients elevate their fundraising efforts and fully utilise our platform and agency offering.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, gathering feedback and collaborating with our Product and Development teams to drive enhancements that meet client needs.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for upsell, working closely with internal teams to address concerns and explore growth possibilities.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge and understanding of non-profit fundraising, particularly social and digital fundraising.
• Experience with managing multi-channel campaigns and understanding campaign lifecycle from planning to post-campaign analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of managing complex stakeholder interactions and inspiring action through data and case studies.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in learning about our platform and the ability to provide technical guidance to clients.
• Positive, enthusiastic team player with a collaborative approach and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Experience in the non-profit sector is desirable, with a passion for supporting charitable causes and driving meaningful change.
• Experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role is desirable, ideally within the non-profit sector or a B2B SaaS environment.

Independent Living Coordinator

Our client

A leading, North West Housing Association, are looking to recruit a temporary Independent Living Coordinator for an initial period of 10 weeks, however there is the potential for this contract to run longer. The scheme is based in Blackley, North Manchester and the client can offer between 18 - 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

The role - Independent Living Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for;

• Delivering a brilliant service to customers living in our older people's independent living schemes
• Providing intensive on scheme housing management and support services to customers living in the buildings, ensuring provision of excellent services and active customer participation and involvement.
• Ensuring that the building is compliant with health and safety and that all repairs and planned works are carried out to an appropriate standard.
