This position is integral to the Trust's ambitious plans to expand corporate funding over the coming years. You will help to nurture new and existing relationships with local businesses and strive to grow corporate income for the charity.
In this role, you will take an active part in developing and facilitating a range of events and activities designed to engage local businesses with the Trust's mission and work. Your responsibilities will include the administration of our corporate membership scheme, ensuring the accurate recording of income and information, and maintaining our internal database to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for producing high-quality and compelling communications to raise the profile of the charity and inspire current and prospective members.
While experience in fundraising, sales, or relationship management is beneficial, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and customer service skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
Part time hours (30 hours) for this role, may be possible.

As a Resilience Worker – Youth Justice Service, you’ll be working within an Integrated, Whole Family Recovery Service, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside our partners in the Youth Justice Service. About you:

What is a Technical Business Analyst?
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis, design, prioritisation, and implementation of process and technical changes to enhance business operations and services. Your role involves identifying improvement opportunities, leveraging technology (including automation), defining costs and benefits, and establishing success metrics. You will manage DDaT-enabled process improvements.
Your objective is to enhance the client journey, from small pathway changes to large technical projects and process improvements. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Intelligence, IT, Digital teams, Governance, Contact Centre, Clinical colleagues, Clinical Safety, Learning & Development, Global Information Services, and other stakeholders, including board-level directors.

• Have experience of working with people who may have additional communication support needs.
• Have the ability to use basic Microsoft system.
