This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in South Warwickshire, including Rugby.  We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individuals to join the team in delivering a comprehensive Stroke Recovery Service across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.

Position: S11267 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based South Warwickshire, including Rugby. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: Circa £27,435 per annum 

Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026. Services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.

The Role

Reporting to the Stroke Service Delivery Coach, the coordinators will work with the local Health and Social Care services to receive referrals and support stroke survivors and their carers. As a coordinator you will provide personalised information, advice and support with regular reviews throughout.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the local Health and Social services to receive referrals to support stroke survivors and their careers.

• Providing personalised information, advice and support to address any needs identified.

• Completing Needs Assessments with stroke survivors and supporting them to develop a stroke recovery plan.

• Providing regular reviews to support people in establishing and achieving their own personal goals.

About You

You will:

• Have a background in a caring and/or charity profession supporting people with disabilities.

• Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with other organisations to achieve joint ambitions. 

• Have experience of working with people who may have additional communication support needs.

• Have the ability to use basic Microsoft system.

This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

For a large international organisation, we are recruiting an Interim Group FP&A Manager who will coordinate and produce consolidated financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. The Group FP&A Manager will contribute to planning activity and data across Finance, working closely with Regional Finance Directors to ensure consistency of all planning and forecasting. Specialist Support Workers help to enable vulnerable customers living at the scheme to manage their tenancies, mental/ physical health and wellbeing and assist them to move to social housing within the community. It is a step-down service with a short licence tenancy up to 28 days.

The shift pattern for this role consist of: early shift 9am to 5pm and late shift 12pm to 8pm. Weekends and bank holidays 9am to 5pm

The contract for this role is expected to end: 31st March 2026

What you'll do:
* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Manager
* Conducting regular flat checks and medication spot checks.
* Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
* Create support plans / risk assessment plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
* Support customers to access local activities and services to maintain and improve health and well-being, avoid hospital admission, support to access and maximise welfare benefits
* Support customers to undertake activity of daily living (ADL), including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation and maintain their home.
* Link customers immediately with Green House to secure appropriate accommodation. Maintain regular contact with Green House.
* Develop and maintain links with all key agencies and service providers in the local community in Hackney

Digital Campaigns Officer

Position Objective:

To implement and support digital campaign advocacy programmes for PETA and other PETA entities, including e-mail marketing programmes and online petitions

Salary:

£30,000 - £32,000

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the advocacy e-mail programme by writing, building, and/or sending e-mail marketing broadcasts on behalf of PETA and other PETA entities  to increase engagement with or awareness of campaigns
• Maintain and regularly update digital campaign action alerts, which may include updating campaign targets, ensuring the accuracy of the text, and writing campaign updates
• Build and publish action alerts or petitions on PETA’s and other PETA entities’ websites
• Analyse and test the success of e-mail engagement
• Track and analyse the success of action alerts
• Launch and analyse the performance of Facebook ads
• Problem solve technical problems related to action alerts and emails
• Assist the digital campaigns manager with e-mail list management, data hygiene, and growth
• Write blogs to raise awareness of PETA’s campaigns and animal rights issues
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Experience in e-mail marketing and marketing automation
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 preferred
• Knowledge of Facebook ads preferred
• Knowledge of HTML an advantage but not essential
• Intermediate knowledge of photo editing using Photoshop or Canva
• Experience with e-campaigning tools such as Engaging Networks preferred
• Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

We are looking for an experienced Prospect Research Manager to join the Strategic Relationships and Philanthropy team. You will provide exceptional prospect research support and maximise fundraiser portfolios to drive income growth which will help create a world without barriers for blind and partially sighted people.

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager Prospect Research to effectively implement the pipeline management strategy. You'll ensure prospect and donor portfolios are properly qualified, dynamic and allocated appropriately. You'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality research service and you'll take a leading role in managing some of the research projects, such as sector work, network mapping, due diligence and prospect identification.

What you'll need to succeed in this role:

This role will suit someone with an eye for detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, who is proactive and comfortable providing insight and sharing new ideas and best practice.

You will have:

· Significant experience of delivering high standards of prospect research within a fundraising context, including proactively identifying prospects from a variety of sources.

· Experience in contributing to and leading portfolio discussions with fundraisers.

· Proven experience of developing strong and positive working relationships across an organisation

· Knowledge of current affairs and the external environment.

· Developed and implemented processes, including compliance and data protection

· Experience of using databases and producing data-driven management information reports
