You’ll be responsible for the content and delivery of our support and advice, and our grant assessments, in collaboration with the wider Church Engagement team. You’ll give presentations to church volunteers, helping them to care for their historic church buildings. You’ll build local connections and partnerships, and contribute to sector forums.
We are looking for someone who will respond quickly to enquiries, in a friendly and professional manner. You should love interacting with volunteers, be positive and upbeat, and have excellent written and spoken English. We also want you to feel confident about managing a busy workload against deadlines.
Location: Home based in Scotland with travel throughout the country or region and occasional travel to the National Churches Trust offices in London.

About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Major Gifts Officer to join our growing Major Gifts team. You will be responsible for securing significant gifts of £5,000 and higher from major donors and take responsibility for the Benefactor giving programme, and build a sustainable revenue 'pipeline' of supporters.
Working in an upbeat and dynamic fundraising department, you will report to the Major Gifts Manager as the charity launches a programme of exciting activity to celebrate its centenary.
In this challenging role, you will cultivate, steward, and where possible develop the donors in your portfolio, moving them along the Major Gifts pipeline. You will also work with the Events team to deliver special events for both cultivation and stewardship purposes, and you will ensure that all research undertaken by the Major Gifts team is accurate and of a high standard.

The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups. You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week).

About the Role
As a CRM Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our new customer relationship management (CRM) system and documentation during the Implementation and Business Change stages. You will work closely with the Business Analyst and CRM Business Change Manager, evaluating processes, creating documentation, helping to write test scripts, report and monitor bug fixes while supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and helping to implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
· Aid in the creation of functional, technical or test documentation.
· Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues during UAT, and offer solutions to enhance user proficiency.
· Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate system behaviour.
· Collaborate with our delivery partner to address defects and ensure timely resolution.
· Create and maintain the accuracy of information on the CRM SharePoint hub.
· Aid the Business Change manager in documenting and measuring the benefits that are linked to each of the delivered requirements, collating measures and KPI results and documenting these to aid in communication of the benefits being realised.
· Aid the Business Change Manager by creating training materials.
About You
· You have proven experience in Quality assurance, testing, or business change.
· Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics, will be an advantage. You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience of working on a large-scale project with external suppliers.
· You have experience of using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira to manage system requirements, testing or deployment
· You have an eye for detail and have experience in writing end-user documentation
Location & Flexibility
This role has a UK based contract and as such, you must have the right to live and work in the UK. You’ll be required to work at your contracted office which will be: The Living Planet Centre, Woking, Surrey, GU21 4LL and will need to be able to commute to this location.
