Key duties:
- Oversee and implement internal communication strategies for employees, volunteers, members, trustees, and other key stakeholders
- Manage news flow and scheduling, collaborating with the People Team and serving as the main contact for internal communications
- Maintain and provide guidance on factsheets and toolkits to support staff in delivering internal news

Theatres Trust, the national advisory body for theatres, is looking for a Theatres Adviser with knowledge and experience of theatre buildings and the wider theatre sector, to be part of its small team of Advisers.

About the role
The Digital Optimisation Analyst is instrumental in advancing Christian Aid's digital strategy and supporting colleagues in achieving their ambitious digital, fundraising and supporter engagement goals. Through utilising measurable data and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, the role provides in-depth campaign analyses, performance reports, and a deep dive into users' online activities and behaviours. We are seeking 2 Specialist ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) to join our Advocacy team at Respond. The role includes providing pro-active emotional, practical and advocacy support for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people with complex or multiple needs who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging, (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system. The ISVA will work across London to provide non-judgmental, trauma-informed emotional support, working in partnership with other London sexual violence support services.
Our ideal candidate will have a friendly and relational approach to working with clients. You will have the ability to build trusting relationships, work in an empowering and inclusive way and support clients to heal following sexual abuse and develop coping capacity. You will be a self-motivated individual who will engage with a wider range of people who have experience sexual violence, and other barriers to justice.

About the Role
Our Pro Bono division delivers projects free-of-charge to charities and not-for-profit organisations within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, with the aim of making a real difference to causes that our staff care about. We offer our full range of services on a pro bono basis, working collaboratively across our divisions and office locations to secure the right expertise to fulfil project briefs. What We Offer

The St Mungo’s Pan London Rough Sleeping Team (No Second Night Out) provide a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough, our work is ongoing and we are currently looking for people to join our services across London.
As an Assessment and Reconnection Worker, you will:

Be part of a busy team environment working closely with people new to, or at risk of rough sleeping.

Provide a personalised case management service to clients, turning assessment recommendations into practical action plans which fully involves the client.

Build and maintain effective relationships to support clients throughout their recovery.

Develop a knowledge of relevant legislation such as, welfare benefit and housing legislation.

Work on a weekly rota including early, mid and late shifts (some evening and weekend work may be required).

We are keen to employ TWO full-time Practitioners –working daytime shifts between 8am to 8.30pm.
Children & Young People’s Residential Practitioners
Salary: £27,400 to £29,000 pa + benefits (based on a 36-hr working week)
Location: Working exclusively at our all-female Children’s Home, Yvonne House, SW8 (Zone 2)
Hours: Full-time, shift work
The setting is an all-female Children’s Home for 13-to-17-year-olds.
Ideal candidates will join a strong team of Practitioners who put love and kindness into everything they do.
We are passionate about learning and development and committed to providing an outstanding experience for all staff. After completing your probation, we’ll enrol you on a Diploma programme and give you the time, support and incentives to succeed.
Practitioners typically work at least two 12-hr shifts pw, one 8hr shift, and attend team meetings, training, and group thinking space on Fridays from 9.30am to 12.30pm. The total number of working hours is 36 hrs pw. 4hrs per week are allocated to self-study to support the successful completion of your probation and, once enrolled, the Children and Young People’s Practitioner Diploma (Level 4).
Do you have?

Purpose
Kids in Need of Defense UK is a collaboration between four award-winning, UK based not for profits that specialise in children’s immigration and asylum law. We partner with lawyers and law firms across the UK to provide the highest quality legal advice and representation for free to undocumented children and young people. Central England Law Centre (CELC) is the UK's Largest Law Centre and the lead partner in the KIND UK collaboration. The successful candidate will be working with Central England Law Centre (CELC) on the KIND UK project.
This is a key role for which we’re seeking a suitably qualified and experienced immigration adviser. They will be responsible for providing an excellent frontline service to KIND UK clients, leading on all matters relating to the assessment and triage of new referrals to the service.
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Responsibilities:
- Assess referrals which have been flagged for legal advice by KIND UK administrators, for merit and suitability for the KIND UK project
- Assess and agree the appropriate level of service, making the initial triaging decision on referrals
- Provide internal legal advice on referrals with legal complexities
- Provide one-off advice to prospective clients via telephone and/or email, where appropriate
- Make onward referrals to other suitable immigration advisers and other services, where appropriate
Personal Specification:
Essential:
- OISC L3 or admitted as a solicitor or barrister in the UK or equivalent right to give immigration advice
- Significant post-qualification experience in child, young person and adult immigration and nationality law
- Broad and confident knowledge of UK immigration and nationality law and policy
- Experienced and confident in making independent and swift decisions on legal issues in immigration and nationality law
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a triage function
- Experience of working with vulnerable clients
- Experience of working with social workers and other children's services professionals
