Your role in our mission:

InPhase is a new platform at Marie Curie and is a comprehensive system used across various departments, including Caring Services and Retail, for managing incidents, complaints, concerns, compliments, and feedback.

Our InPhase Administrator will play a key role in supporting the efficient use of our InPhase system. You'll be responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting the system, ensuring that it runs smoothly for the whole organisation. As Communications and PR Manager we are looking for an experienced and high-achieving individual with exceptional written skills to work closely with our Director of Communications and Fundraising. You’ll also have responsibility for PR and media relations activities including identifying relevant media opportunities, writing press releases, building out the organisation’s PR infrastructure, and proactively pitching to local and national media and policy influences to grow awareness of our work with key audiences.
