The Enablement support worker will also support service users to build on their existing skills, and develop valuable life skills through delivery of a range of courses. Key responsibilities

The role
Cruse Bereavement Support is the UK’s leading Bereavement charity. We help people through one of the most painful times of their lives through bereavement support, information and campaigning.
We are looking for two experienced and enthusiastic Service Delivery Co-ordinators to join our Somewhere For Us Project team. The aim of the Somewhere For Us project is to ensure that children and young people feel supported on their grief journey. The project service is co-designed with a Youth Advisory Group. The support is provided through Understanding Your Child’s Bereavement online session for parents, group support, 1-1 support and Understanding Your Bereavement online sessions for children and young people. Awareness sessions are provided to organisations and individuals working with children and young people within the community, for example sports clubs, community groups, schools, churches.
The Somewhere For Us Project supports bereaved children and young people aged 8 – 25. It is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund through their Empowering Young People funding stream.
The post for 35 hours per week is based in our Foyle office, with one day a week in Belfast and you will be responsible for the delivery of a range of bereavement supports to children, young people and communities across the Western and Northern Trust Areas and wider NI if required.
The post for 29 hours per week is based in Belfast office. You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of bereavement supports to children, young people , families and communities across the Belfast, Southern and South Eastern Trust Areas and wider NI if required.
Both posts are funded until the end of June 2027.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organisational Funding Manager to act as a point of contact between 10 voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, Auriga Services and Utilita Giving. Building positive relationships with all stakeholders to successfully deliver the place-based support element of the Utilita Giving pilot.
As a Organisational Funding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of investment funds, ensuring their efficient operation and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship and contract between Auriga Services and Utilita Giving.
- Meet key reporting deadlines, collecting data and information to the relevant boards both internally and externally.
- Ensure the operational team achieves all contractual obligations and where delivery is off track action is taken immediately.
- Lead day to day contract management of all 10 community organisations who are selected to deliver the pilot service, 5 in Leicester & 5 in Luton.
- Work with the funded organisations to deliver key reporting deadlines, collecting and collating data and information relative to the pilot.
- Shape and design efficient reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes for all 10 community organisations.
- Track budgets and spending to ensure project delivery.
- Monitor outcomes and KPI’s of each funded organisation to ensure they remain on target to meet their pilot outputs.
- Support effective working relationships across the business and act as an ambassador, advocating with external organisations.
- Travel, as necessary (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to have presence on site in both Leicester & Luton, engaging with the funded organisations which Utilita Giving are funding. It is expected that the Organisational Funding Manager will visit each organisation at least once per month. All expenses will be paid.

Pay - £2,000 per Form F Assessment / £33 per hour, plus 45p mileage

We are recruiting sessional assessing social workers to undertake Form F assessments . Our assessments are undertaken face to face. Applicants should be able to travel across the North West for assessment visits to prospective foster carers. Travel will include the following areas.

The role

You will provide administrative support to our Recruitment team and deliver great customer service.
We need someone who is flexible and happy to support the wider People team as required.
You will:
- Manage and respond to emails to the recruitment inbox.
- Sort and distribute the People Teams post at Here East.
- Support hiring managers, applicants, and candidates with recruitment processes.
- Support recruitment administration to the team and line managers, ensuring smooth communication.
- Manage the weekly recruitment panel process, maintain databases and provide regular reporting.
- Assist with DBS applications, Visa, and DBS renewals.
- Support monthly recruitment reporting and statistics.
- Schedule interviews and update roles in our system.
