The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Visitor Experience and Operations Manager to lead and shape the future of our visitor experience. This pivotal role is the overall champion of all face to face visitor interactions at the Historic Dockyard, playing a crucial part in shaping the future visitor experience and their interaction with the Dockyard’s rich history. Working with the Senior Leadership team, they will deliver a world class, commercially viable and exceptional experience that aligns with the Trust’s new 10-year strategy.
This position will require a mix of leadership skills, operational knowledge, and strategic thinking. Spanning across a large, multi-use heritage estate, this role sits at the centre of the operation, helping to maintain the Dockyard’s cultural and historical significance while driving commercial success and creating meaningful experiences for all visitors. This role will also be central to the development and delivery of the Trust’s broad ranging events and experiences programme.

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer you will project manager this new programme that aims to raise awareness of fuel poverty and its impact on people who are critically ill or grieving and provide over 5000 people in the Southeast of England with information and support relating to fuel poverty, CO safety and the Priorities Services Register.
You will provide inspirational leadership to the project group and key staff, driving the delivery of this new partnership according to the contract with SGN, achieving the outcomes set out by SGN, and ensuring monthly reporting is accurate.

- Project manage and drive delivery of the SGN Safe and Warm programme to ensure delivery is on track, highlight issues and work with colleagues to find solutions

Remuneration and time commitment

Catch22 are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Service Manager for our West Mercia Child Exploitation Service.
This role has responsibility for the strategic development and operational management of Catch22’s Integrated Child Exploitation Service funded by the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner.
Integrated Child Exploitation Service A specialist prevention and support service for children, young people under 18 and their families who are at risk of, currently experiencing or has been impacted by Child Criminal or Child Sexual Exploitation across the West Mercia region. The service will consist of four teams located in Worcestershire, Telford and Wrekin, Herefordshire & Shropshire.
The role will also support the development of the Young People and Families (YPF) Hub and the implementation of learning and development, performance and impact, business development and wider work streams as required. The SSM will work with the YPF SMT and will take a lead role in implementing our YPF strategy in this area.
The role can be home based, but time spent in each of the services alongside travel across the UK will be required to support delivery and growth of services across the Hub.
