About this key role
Our successful candidate will carry out initial and ongoing assessments of the support needs of individual participants, before providing them with essential advocacy, mentoring, guidance and training interventions that meet their needs, plus engage and case-manage eligible participants on the CFO Evolution programme by providing ongoing resettlement support. You will be expected to create an Action Plan, plan and design appropriate activities, training programmes and interventions, and establish and deliver high-quality, engaging one-to-one and group sessions, while also monitoring participants’ progress and providing timely monthly reports.
We will also rely on you to develop strong relationships with HMPPS/agencies offering support, where appropriate provide holistic wrap-around with general elements of resettlement support and working collaboratively plan for and facilitate effective Through the Gate and warm handover to the relevant Support Worker in Community.
What we are looking for
- Working intensively with individuals and supporting their progression
- Working with offenders, or those disaffected and marginalised from mainstream services, in training, guidance, advice and counselling environments would be advantageous
- High level guidance skills, with the ability to deliver one-to-one and group sessions
- Knowledge of the issues affecting the rehabilitation of offenders and desistance theory
- Knowledge of HM Prison environments and/or training, education and employment opportunities locally and nationally, and of training and guidance
- Demonstrable ability to support and motivate learners with multiple complex needs
- The ability to effectively assess evidence and identify assessment criteria using a range of assessment methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A flexible, collaborative and professional approach to your work.

About the role
Right now, we’re looking for a technical expert with experience of developing and maintaining ELT pipelines to move data between enterprise applications (a mix of both in-house and external and on-prem and in the cloud). Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for developing ETL processes using Fabric and Synapse linking from a variety of data sources to a wide variety of targets on-prem, cloud platforms and in Azure. We’ll also rely on you to ensure business requirements for new data feeds or changes are understood and translated into efficient and effective technical solutions. Exploring new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data management across Shelter will be important too, as will transforming and centralising raw data from multiple platforms into user friendly reporting data. About the role

The National Flood Forum (NFF) is seeking a dynamic, motivated individual for the role of Flood Engagement Officer for London and the Home Counties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about working with communities, especially those at risk of flooding, to deliver community-based flood risk management solutions.

Having recently secured a strategic partnership with Sport England, this role will play a significant role in activating that programme, leading the co-ordination, engagement and management of local and regional stakeholders to deliver leadership programmes with identified target audiences, groups and individuals.
The role will initially be a fixed term contract (to July 2027) but we aim to secure further funding for the role to extend.
You will act as an influential member of the organisation’s newly established Programme Delivery Team delivering the Programmes and Projects Strategy aimed at supporting growth, reach, and impact of Leadership Skills Foundation programmes among underserved and/or under-represented communities and individuals, which will in turn, benefit thousands of young people across the UK.
This role will require someone with the ability to engage and inspire others, with strong and effective communication skills. You will need to be comfortable working collaboratively as well as independently and want to pro-actively lead on making a positive social difference to the individuals and groups benefitting from our programmes.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Responsibility for co-ordinating, engaging and managing local stakeholders to deliver leadership programmes with identified target audiences, groups and individuals
- Develop a shared understanding of the needs and barriers young people in underserved communities face in accessing leadership skill development and volunteering opportunities.
- Provide support to identified local delivery stakeholders to address and overcome these barriers to engage the target audiences.
- Identify and co-ordinate work with local delivery partners to create and activate local delivery area plans
- With support, develop and oversee the process and distribution of agreed programme delivery funding to local delivery partners
- Deliver training, support and orientation to local delivery partners
- Support identified stakeholders to test adapted leadership skill development programmes and learn from the delivery to inform future delivery.
- Establish a delivery feedback loop to inform the development of learning resources and programmes to overcome the needs and barriers young people in underserved communities face
- Provide opportunities for the research plan, developed by the Programme Delivery Research Team, to be implemented to drive the improvement of strategic, business and operational planning and delivery
- Provide connectivity between your work/engagement with delivery centres and the work of the Business and Market Development Teams
- Capture and share best practice to support the wider adoption across community and partner networks

About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Experience Manager with a background in managing and developing websites and digital products, as well as previous experience of line management, to join our friendly and expert Digital Team.
As the Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high-quality, accessible and customer-focused online brand presence by optimising content, journeys and audience experience on our website and other digital platforms. By collaborating with specialists internally and externally across UX, UI, development, SEO, content strategy and content management, you will ensure that the overall digital experience meets brand goals and audience needs by being holistic and engaging and inspiring action.
You will line manage the Developer and Digital Product Officer, providing engaging and motivating leadership, management and personal development support.
You will champion the voices of children and young people with cancer, and their families in everything you do.

What will I be doing?

- Lead on the digital experience strategy for the organisation. Using insight to design, implement, test, measure and optimise as needed.
- Product Ownership of the website experience and content strategy for the site, liaising with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Provide expertise around digital journeys, to continually optimise and improve these, across service delivery and fundraising activities.
- Own the overall roadmap for development on the website and work across teams to support the integration and adoption of third-party digital platforms. Prioritise functionality improvement across the team.
- Establish reporting dashboards and models to use website performance, user insight and other digital and campaign metrics to optimise and develop content and journeys, and to monitor the success of new improvements. P

We are looking for a Trust Administrator who can look after the day to day running of the charity. This role is split equally between supporting activities of the BSI and those of our publishing portfolio. On the BSI side, you will support in the development and delivery our marketing and communications activity through a variety of channels. Activities can include promoting our membership offering to immunologists working in academia, industry and the clinical sector, promoting key activities such as our events or training offerings, and supporting initiatives to raise the importance and influence of immunology. On publishing, marketing activities will be focused on increasing submissions and readership of our official journals, Clinical & Experimental Immunology, Immunotherapy Advances and Discovery Immunology, in particular building the reputation of our newer Open Access journals.
