The role
We have recently set a new 3-year strategy, leading to a major transformation of the organisation. To support this, we are building a new Project Delivery function and investing in key capabilities, including project management and business analysis. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead large, complex projects from inception through to delivery, and mentor colleagues managing smaller projects. A key part of your role will be to introduce and champion new project management methodologies and governance frameworks, supporting colleagues to adopt these practices in a supportive, non-bureaucratic manner.
This role is a hybrid role, based in London or Sheffield but will require regular travel across the UK to visit different FareShare sites.
About you
You are an experienced senior project manager with a strong background in delivering large, complex projects, particularly those involving technology. You have a track record of delivering project benefits and influencing stakeholders at all levels. As a self-starter, you can quickly build relationships and drive projects forward. You are patient and supportive, able to guide colleagues through new project management methodologies and governance frameworks. Experience in business analysis and change management is beneficial.

The Business and Office Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive business management for PAGE, covering business support and office management for the growing team of over 100 staff. The post holder will be responsible for facilitating the smooth running of the division, ensuring that internal operational needs are fulfilled, and that the office environment is welcoming and professional. The postholder will be required to quickly build effective working relationships with the central IT and Estates teams and ensuring that the division work within established LSE policies. This is an office-based role with the possibility of working one day a week from home, depending on business needs and only if agreed upon with the line manager.

The role
We are seeking a fundraiser or an experienced account manager who relishes the excitement of exceeding income targets and developing strong relationships. You will identify opportunities to increase the value of your partnership portfolio and work closely with the Corporate Development Team to ensure the transition between new business and account management is seamless for both FareShare and our partners.
You will manage a portfolio of partners: designing and delivering tailored partnership plans and an innovative and personalised suite of partnership activity. You will work with colleagues across fundraising to ensure we maximise the value of our partnerships. We currently have partnerships with a large variety of exciting brands from Tesco to Oliver Bonas, McDonalds to Subway, Kellogg’s to Pink Lady apples and Bloomberg to Burberry – our partners support us in a variety of ways including cause related marketing campaigns, staff and customer fundraising, corporate donations and wider sponsorships and partnerships.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of excellent partnership/relationship management and ideally have experience of delivering a variety of fundraising partnerships including commercial brand licensing. You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable negotiating bespoke deals and benefits packages and will lead renewal plans to secure and grow the support of current partners.
Cross team collaboration is crucial to the role and you will be able to demonstrate strong relationship building and influencing skills.
Main areas of responsibility
1. Deliver first rate account management of corporate partnerships and promotions with existing corporate partners to achieve objectives and build excellent relationships that facilitate future growth.
- Provide a high standard of professional relationship and account management to a portfolio of partners, delivering a mix of partnership types including; Charity of the Year, commercial brand partnerships/campaigns and retail partnerships

Sands exists to save babies’ lives and ensure that anyone affected by pregnancy loss or baby death receives the support and care they need.
Our Bereavement Support Services team provides a wide range of services including a freephone Helpline, Online Community, Social Media support, memory making resources and print materials in order to provide consistent, high-quality information and support to bereaved families.
In this role you will provide operational and line management support so that the team can provide consistent, high-quality emotional support to bereaved families who seek support from Sands, as well as supervising the work of the Bereavement Support Officers whilst working on a rota basis. You will also personally provide support to families via our various bereavement support channels.
The Sands Helpline is currently open from 10.00am to 3.00pm from Monday to Friday, and also between 6.00pm and 9.00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will be expected to work regular shifts on a rota basis.
With significant experience of managing a team responding to people in crisis and providing bereavement-centred support in a variety of settings and channels, you will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of and empathy with, the issues surrounding the death of a baby.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to use these appropriately to offer telephone and email support to bereaved families.
The ability to professionally represent the charity’s views and positions clearly is essential, as are strong research skills and the ability to keep accurate and clear records in a variety of formats. Additionally, you will have a thorough understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding issues.
You will be highly-organised and have effective time management skills with the ability to manage your own workload. The ability to reflect on your own practice and attend regular accredited clinical supervision is also essential.

Are you a part-qualified Accountant or studying towards a professional accountancy qualification? We're looking for someone with a firm understanding of accountancy processes and procedures to join the team as Assistant Management Accountant on a 12-month FTC basis.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for maternity cover for our current Salesforce Adviser.
The role is responsible for the management and development of the Salesforce CRM, which is Bond’s primary source of data and is used for essential business including member administration and engagement, managing contacts, event bookings, feedback forms and lead management. This role is managed by the Membership and Marketing Manager and works across all Bond teams and CEO.
In this role, you will provide hands-on support and technical guidance to end users, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the system.
Working across the organisation, the postholder is responsible for maintaining and developing Bond’s CRM (Salesforce). This includes improving the overall structure of the system including creating new record types and fields, automations via workflows, taking responsibility for data cleansing processes, developing and adapting pipelines and updating reporting and dashboards to serve the organisation.
The role is pivotal in providing high quality data to support strategic decision-making across the organisation, with a primary focus on data to support member retention and acquisition and build stakeholder engagement. This involves supporting staff members to ensure that all activity with members and stakeholders is logged and held in Salesforce as a single source of truth.
The role works closely with colleagues to maintain the associated Salesforce Community Cloud platform – the place where members communicate with each other through the Bond working groups and customers connect to our events, corporate partners, Bond Supplier Directory and recruitment services.
The post-holder will work with other team members to ensure that Bond’s digital infrastructure is seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, including its finance systems, e-marketing, events and other systems.
KEY TASKS / OBJECTIVES WITHIN THE CONTRACTED PERIOD
- Manage and develop Salesforce over the course of the contract ensuring any changes made are documented in Bond’s Digital HQ
- Ensure Salesforce is enabled so that all Bond’s activities with members and key stakeholders can be accurately logged and reported on – to give us an accurate and true picture of the level of engagement of our members
- Build the data culture in the organisation and upskill staff to use Salesforce efficiently and effectively – including data collection, automated processes and reporting - to ensure cross-organisation use
- Continue the implementation of Bond’s Salesforce Data Cleaning project
- Continue supporting the Certinia Consultant and Finance team with the improvements to the Certinia Finance System.
- Ensure the Salesforce back-up and disaster risk recovery solution is maintained and respond to any data breaches, alerts or notifications
- Set up and rollout new SF Community Cloud updates (eg: the events package)
- Troubleshoot and find solutions to any SF technical issues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Bond’s digital strategy

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce development, integration and user adoption
- Lead the ongoing strategic and operational development of Salesforce to ensure it continues to meet Bond’s business needs.
- Design and implement new processes where needed, trialling different approaches and suggesting improvements to enhance data capturing for future reporting needs.
- Work collaboratively across teams within Bond to ensure Salesforce meets their needs, including researching and implementing additional add-ons where required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
