The charity offers a flexible working environment with hybrid working 2 days per week from their office in Cheam, Surrey.
Working alongside colleagues across the Charity, the Supporter Acquisition Manager will play a key role in driving growth in new supporters and income, innovating, developing and delivering products and campaigns that inspire their audiences and underpinning the Charity’s work through growing sustainable income.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supported by the Head of Individual Giving and Legacy, and working with your team, you will drive the development and implementation of a multi-channel acquisition strategy. This will drive lead generation and acquisition of new supporters, growing the charity’s base of supporters, planning, testing and refining approaches to build a scalable programme which delivers volume whilst maximising long-term ROI.
• Identify opportunities to engage key audiences at moments that matter, such as inductions, promotions, training and development programmes, transfers, secondments and retirements, working in collaboration with colleagues and in partnership with external stakeholders to design and implement new approaches.
• Work with the appointed agency to develop a regular giving proposition that delivers a strong sense of community across supporters; valuing those who function as custodians of the nation and each other.
• Work with organisational processes and develop strong project governance to launch supporter acquisition activities across our product range, including but not limited to; Direct Mail, email, telemarketing, social & digital activity and events.
• Manage the Supporter Acquisition budget, ensuring income and expenditure budgets and forecasts are achieved with any critical variances being reported promptly.
• Working with the Supporter Engagement team develop and implement a cross-channel programme of regular impact stewardship for new donors designed to engage, retain and inspire future support, with a focus on payroll and direct debit donors.
• Work with the Supporter Engagement team to implement key cross-sell opportunities to our current donors through insight-driven customer journeys.
• Manage and grow the Charity’s payroll giving programme and represent the Charity as needed in key sector forums on payroll giving.
• Manage the Donor Acquisition Officer to continue to expand our lottery programme as well as introduce new methods of engagement.
Person Specification:
• Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering successful donor acquisition programmes across a range of marketing channels.
• Understanding of digital platforms and how to maximise them for the benefits of fundraising and supporter engagement.
• Understanding of fundraising performance metrics and KPIs, with experience of interpreting campaign analysis and supporter insight to drive continuous improvement.
• Understanding and experience of payroll giving and working with with Professional Fundraising Organisations and Payroll Giving Agencies.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and its application for campaign targeting.
• Experience of creating and delivering an effective case for support for potential donors, with demonstrable results.

Rainbow Migration is the longest-running charity in Europe dedicated to supporting LGBTQI+ people through the asylum and immigration system and has been campaigning for their rights since 1993. We are recruiting for an Operations Officer to play a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day operations of the organisation.
This is an exciting time to join the organisation. We have grown rapidly in recent years from a small charity generating £200k income in 2019 to £1M in 2024. We are now expanding our operations team to support the larger staff team and delivery of our strategy.
This role will support the organisation’s ongoing development by helping ensure the charity has necessary systems in place and operates in line with its policies and procedures. You will support the organisation’s IT systems, digital transformation, HR, finance and administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the operation and improvement of systems that maintain delivery of our mission such as office management and administration, IT and HR
· Work closely with the Operations and Officer Manager to implement digital transformation to ensure that the organisation is using the best tools and working in as efficient a manner as possible
· Work closely with the Operations and Officer Manager and Administrator to ensure financial reports are produced accurately and in a timely manner
· Support the drafting of policies, procedures and systems used by the organisation
· Act as our day-to-day administrator for our database on Salesforce, with training provided as needed
· Provide first-tier support for IT problems within the organisation and liaise with our IT support provider when issues need escalation.

Role overview
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week). Working part-time (minimum 21 hours) will be considered. Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.
Salary: Starting at £31,294 with potential annual step increases up to £35,086 (pro rata if working part time), plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, we consider giving a separate inflationary increase every April.
Location: Rainbow Migration’s wheelchair accessible offices are located between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. You must be available to work from our offices in London when necessary. The successful candidate would also be welcome to work from the office full-time if that is their preference. At the time of posting this advert, none of our staff are going into the office every day. There might also be occasional travel outside London with plenty of notice. Annual leave: Initially 25 days per year. After two years of employment, this will increase by one day per year up to a maximum of 28 days (pro rata if working part-time).

GiveOut is an award-winning international LGBTQI community foundation. Our mission is to bring together the LGBTQI community and allies to support global LGBTQI rights activism worldwide, building a world where LGBTQI people everywhere can live freely and fully.
Across the world, courageous activists are doing vital work to protect our communities and improve the lives of LGBTQI people. But they lack resources and funding is fragile, especially in the Global South and East. LGBTQI groups receive a tiny fraction of international development aid – just 4p in every £100 awarded by governments.
Our community and allies want to provide support, but it is not always easy to do so. GiveOut’s purpose is to help address this urgent need by providing a platform for our supporters to give tax efficiently in one place to fund LGBTQI human rights activism worldwide. We identify pioneering groups to support through a rigorous process of consultation, due diligence and vetting, guided by our Grant-making Advisory Panel and governed by our Board of Trustees.
We pool the donations we receive to provide grants to LGBTQI organisations around the world, ensuring they have more of the resources they need to defend our communities, tackle inequality and campaign for lasting change.
About the Role
Fundraising and philanthropic advocacy are at the heart of GiveOut’s work. As Senior Philanthropy Officer, you will be a key member of the Philanthropy team, implementing a vital part of our philanthropy programme as we deliver our growth strategy.
You will identify, engage, cultivate and steward major donors (high net worth individuals) and charitable foundations to secure high value gifts and grants, grow long term strategic relationships in support of the LGBTQI movement, grow GiveOut's network, and provide a top quality donor experience.
Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy, you will support them on shaping and executing strategy and work planning, coordinating the donor database and leading on related internal processes, and deputising for the Head externally.
We are open to full time or part time (pro rata) at a minimum of 24 hours, or equivalent to 3 days per week. We are also open to flexible working arrangements to be discussed. ROLE SUMMARY:
The People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner drives the P&C operational effectiveness in Country Offices, facilitates organisational development and change and provides a framework for best people’s practice and quality standards. The P&C Business Partner also supports the organization in developing and implementing initiatives that encourage diversity, promote equity, and support psychological and physical safety of the workforce.
International travel including security high risk countries up to 6 times a year and extended screen time will be required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Operational delivery (30%)
- Provide advice and influence action on P&C global policies, and in collaboration with local P&C Specialists advice on local policies and employment law to staff and management based in Country Offices (COs).
- Support the timely review of local policies and embed best practice, ensuring local needs and culture are reflected.
- Work with Chief People and Culture Office (CPCO), P&C Directors, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Safeguarding Specialist, Global Directors of Country Offices and Logistics Manager to identity and mitigate people related risks in COs and prevent and resolve issues.
Quality Assurance (20%)
- Drive efficiency and quality assurance of P&C operational practices in COs by conducting assessments and P&C Audits, and work with P&C Specialists and Country Directors (CDs) to enhance the employee experience, ensure consistency, continuous improvement and enhance People’s capacity in country.
- Support CDs to ensure compliance and manage P&C risks as per country risk register and audits’ actions.
- Contribute to the data gathering, analysis and presentation of P&C reports, to enable decision making Identifies trends, propose actions for improvement and instigate implementation.
Employee Relations and Employee Services (30%)
- Monitor the whistleblowing line and ensure timely action is taken in all complaints received related to COs.
- Oversee and work with P&C and COs management on the prevention and effective resolution of employee relations issues and adherence to disciplinary procedures. Responsible for maintaining confidential records.
- Conduct investigations and liaise with legal firms and/or investigators to resolve ER cases.
- Identify trends and areas of concerns based on data channels i.e. surveys and exit interviews and proposes actions.
Diversity, Equity Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) (10%)
- Embed DEIA approaches in policies and processes, to create a framework that welcomes and supports staff regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, language, ability, status, and location.
- Work with the Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Committee (GDEIAC) to communicate DEIA strategy and establish measurable goals to track progress.
- Source, develop and manage trainings and a forum of knowledge based on needs, including through the Learning Management System (LMS) and the DEIA Week.
- Analyse DEIA data to make recommendations and support implementation of agreed actions.
Safety and Safeguarding (10%)
- From the P&C perspective, support adherence to safety, security and Safeguarding policies and procedures across the organisation.

My client is a world class research institute and university college. Top of the league for university research quality, they are in the top four centres worldwide for their specialist research and treatment.
To support the delivery of an ambitious new strategy, the organisation has begun a programme of transformation to ensure they are ready to meet the challenges of the future. A critical part of this workstream is the implementation of a new ERP system, and at present they are looking to appoint an interim Financial Planning and Analysis Lead for the programme.
Reporting to the ERP Project lead, key elements of the role include:
· Responsible for the design and implementation of the future management information, financial planning and reports.
· Work with the finance directorate and budget holders to establish the business requirements and ensure professional accounting quality standards are met.
· Lead on the design of the organisation’s performance reporting in collaboration with other directorates.
