You will be joining the Recruitment Team for Approach Social Work, a three-year programme where participants qualify as a social worker, study for a master’s degree and work directly with children and families.
Our Recruitment team is made up of:
- Attraction team – who work to attract applicants to the Frontline Programme from the areas we work nationally, and support applicants to progress and succeed in their applications
- Selection team – who deliver the high-volume selection and assessment process for applicants to the programme
As Selection Manager, you will lead a team responsible for selecting and assessing applicants to the programme. You will have oversight for the complex processes involved to ensure we meet our Cohort targets and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Your work is integral to our organisational mission to create social change for children who do not have a safe or stable home, by developing excellent social work practice, leadership and innovation.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the design and delivery of a multi-stage selection process for high volume recruitment, whilst maintaining high standards, and a fair and consistent process.
- Design selection tools and assessment methods that ensure the approach delivers outstanding individuals to train as social workers.
- Run online assessment centres with 12 assessors and up to 28 candidates each day. Responsible for effective delivery and running wash-ups to decide on outcomes in line with our scoring principles.
- Line manage the selection team to coach, develop and motivate team members to achieve high performance and deliver an excellent applicant experience
A little bit about you
We’re looking for someone with experience managing high-volume recruitment processes, and can demonstrate knowledge of best practice within selection and assessment. The panel will be looking for applicants that are passionate about recruiting the next generation of social workers, and motivating a team to ensure success.
We have a fast-moving culture within the team and organisation, so we’re looking for someone who is who is well organised, details-focused and can use their initiative to do what works. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn. We are expanding this vital role and looking for a full-time Money Course Coordinator to match our ambitious plans to equip more individuals with money skills. The primary purpose of this role is to manage Crosslight’s money skills courses that are attended by the local community as well as our debt advice clients. Digital, Creative, Comms
- Identify European campaign opportunities and develop and lead on campaigns from planning phase, to execution, pulling out the creative digital tactics in between

- Tailor our emails fundraisers and messages to the German context

About You - Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Digital Campaigner and Fundraiser (German Language) who brings these qualities to the table:
- You are comfortable with and excited by helping people understand their own power and becoming agents of change
- You understand the power of words and stories to make change, and you write great copy and have great writing skills in English and German
- You speak and write German at a native or fluent (C2) level
- Results drive you and crave more data, keen to run tests that are backed by statistical significance and are always looking to improve your work

- You are comfortable with new software, online tools and all things digital
- You are deeply committed to working in Germany and Europe for bold, structural change and believe in empowering the people around you to do the same

- You have a strong understanding of the political and social context in Germany as well as some understanding of the European context.

The CRM Marketing Officer is a new role within Anna Freud, supported by significant investment in the CRM systems and marketing resource. Responsibilities
- To deliver services and to develop them building on best practices in a way which supports the strategy of and is aligned to the values and vision of Hope After Harm
- To manage service delivery contracts including budget management and working to achieve all operational targets and outcomes agreed with the funders
- To ensure the needs of service users are always at the heart of our services
- To oversee all aspects of services and their implementation of the project in line with funder requirements
- To implement a Quality Assurance System and establish and manage systems and information to ensure the provision of data, maintenance of records, effective referral systems and case management and monitoring systems

About the role
