Respect is a pioneering UK membership organisation in the domestic abuse sector. Founded in 2000, we have built our expertise over the last 23 years in what was then a fledgling sector and recently have seen significant and rapid growth.
Respect supports frontline organisations across the UK, so that together we can end domestic abuse. Our work is wide ranging: we offer accreditation of specialist services; we provide training for individuals and organisations working in the sector; we work in partnership with others to innovate and develop practice; we provide two helplines to enable service users to get the help and advice they need; we lobby influencers to improve policy and practice; we support up-to-date research undertaken by specialists in the field; and we fundraise to ensure important work continues to happen.

Make a Change
Make a Change is a community-wide, early response approach to people using abusive behaviours (or who are concerned that they might be) towards a current or ex-partner. The model has been developed by Respect in partnership with Women’s Aid Federation England, drawing inspiration from their Change that Lasts approach. It includes three strands: expert support programme for perpetrators with parallel support for survivors, workforce development and community outreach.
Improving the safety, freedom and wellbeing of adult and child survivors of domestic abuse is a key outcome for our work with perpetrators. The Make a Change model is a multi-partner project offering local areas a framework for delivering perpetrator work. Where feasible, we aim to establish partnerships with local survivor domestic abuse service to deliver parallel support for survivors (referred to as Integrated Support Service) as part the expert support strand.
Purpose of the role:
The Senior Communications and Policy Officer will work with the Make a Change team at Respect to advance the development of communication and policy activities for the Make a Change model in project sites and nationally to encourage uptake in new areas. They will also work with Respect’s Communications and Influence leads to ensure alignment with the organisation's broader messaging and advocacy efforts, maximising the impact of Make a Change initiatives. The postholder will lead on developing and implementing communication strategies and plans in partnership with our delivery partners across the sites.

Location: Old Street, N1 7NH. Most office-based staff work hybrid, working part of the time in the office and part of the time at home.
You will be a key member of the Data & Insights team, responsible for ensuring our data is accurate, complies with all relevant legislation and helps the wider team to make informed data driven decisions.
You will be responsible for helping with the daily management and administration of the Dynamics CRM system and integrations with other systems, with a particular emphasis on supporting CPRE’s fundraising, supporter care, and campaigning activities. You will ensure data accuracy through regular data cleaning, improvements, and de-duplication processes.
In addition, you will provide timely and accurate data selections and create visual reports to support various organisational needs.
Using your mathematical knowledge and statistical tools you will analyse data, providing interpretation and understanding the numbers within the models. Through this you will support the fundraising team to extract value from our Data Sets by identifying correlations in customer behaviours and giving propensities, leveraging both internal and external data.
You will also work closely with the Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent analytical and processing skills who wants to take their first step in an analytical career.

This role sits within our children and families directorate, which works to provide immediate one-to-one and group support for young people who urgently need support. Your role will be to help us maintain and develop innovative practice to support our work in our services within the Essex area.
We wish to recruit a Safe In Essex Practitioner which delivers early intervention programmes across Essex to young people who may be exhibiting risky behaviors.
You will undertake assessments, deliver groups in educational establishments and ensure safety of yourself and the young people through risk assessment and planning. You will work with young people up to the age of 18. This will be delivered through a range of tailored interventions to meet the groups needs, vulnerabilities and risk factors.
-You will have substantial experience in working with vulnerable young people either in a paid or unpaid capacity.
-You will have experience of carrying out individual and group work interventions with young people & adults.
-You will have experience in using Microsoft Office Applications and other relevant data systems.

Our client is looking for an inspirational leader with the skill, energy, and enthusiasm to manage members of their Services Team delivering care advice and wellbeing support for care-experienced children and young people across England.
The Services Manager (Care Advice & Wellbeing Support) will lead development of their Care Advice Service supporting care-experienced children and young people to access their rights and experience increased wellbeing as they navigate care. The Care Advice Service currently includes a Care Advice Line, rights and entitlements workshops, care advice surgeries and online resources. They plan to increase their reach by scaling parts of the service - including via partnerships, digital approaches to delivering advice and support, and volunteer work placements) - and targeted delivery in specific regions.

LSESU is looking for a dynamic and proactive Sports Coordinator to join our Sports and Recreation team. As the primary point of contact, you will offer support and guidance to Sports Clubs and the Athletics Union (AU), empowering student leaders to create an outstanding experience for all members.
In this role, you’ll coordinate and develop Sports Clubs with a strong focus on inclusivity, health and safety, and the effective planning of fixtures, activities, and events. You’ll manage the logistics behind BUCS and LUSL fixtures, as well as plan and oversee Sports Club showcases, trips, and other major events.
You’ll work closely with both staff and student volunteers, contributing to the strategic and operational planning of the Sports and Recreation Team. Your role will directly impact the student experience at LSE, ensuring the smooth delivery of a wide range of student sport provisions, from facilitating impactful training for student leaders to overseeing the seamless execution of key events and sports fixtures.

You should be able to work independently, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage a diverse range of audiences—from student volunteers to external partners.
