A waking Night Support Worker will help to provided support to the Young People in the service through the night. You will report to the team leader who will supervise your engagement and support of our Young People through the night. This is a great opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker, wanting to gain exceptional experience in a Young People's service.

What you'll do:
- Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/ Manager.
- Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions.
- Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available.
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation.
- Develop and maintain links with all key agencies and service providers in the local community.
- Empower customers to ensure they receive the service and benefits they are entitled to
- Undertake all administrative work and keep accurate and comprehensive tenant/customer records to professional standards.
- Encourage and enable tenants to pay their rent and to ensure that rent accounts are managed effectively in conjunction with the Housing Management team.

Essentials
Experiences

• Experience working with international human rights standards and/or national rights frameworks, including enforcing them.
• Experience working with data protection regulations, including enforcing them or ensuring organisational compliance.
• Law degree or equivalent postgraduate diploma in any jurisdiction.

Leading our communications team, the Head of Communications is responsible for strategic and tactical communications activity at ShareAction, covering both traditional media and our digital team.

What you’ll bring to the team

We want to hear from you if you have experience across media and digital communications and, particularly, in strategic communications. The White Rose Forest (WRF) is the Community Forest for North and West Yorkshire and was voted Community Forest of the Year in 2024, in recognition of our leading role within the England’s Community Forests network. The White Rose Forest Development Manager is a new role that will be responsible for the development and delivery of a new fundraising function and strategy for the White Rose Forest, with support from the White Rose Forest Programme Director, the wider White Rose Forest team, partners and other stakeholders.

We are looking for a confident and experienced fundraiser who can draw on their previous record of success in a similar role to build relationships with a range of potential funders and secure the best opportunities to grow our non-Government project and unrestricted income. From setting up a charitable function for the White Rose Forest to developing our fundraising strategy, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape this new role. You will also be able to call on the expertise and experience within the Community Forest Trust and our England’s Community Forests network to support your work.

The Development Manager will be employed through the Community Forest Trust on behalf of the White Rose Forest and will work as part of the WRF core team. The post holder will have access to all systems available to the wider team, and training opportunities as required.

The Development Manager, as with all members of the central WRF team, will work from home without an office base. About the role:

We are looking for an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA). This is a full time role on fixed term contract. Hybrid working would be available for this role. The aim of this role is to support victims of domestic abuse who live in Central Bedfordshire. This role will be part of our other wider specialist services covering Bedfordshire.

As an IDVA you will be:

• Providing a high quality support and advocacy service to victims of domestic abuse.
• Managing a caseload; identifying and assessing risks and needs, providing a tailored crisis intervention service trough individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
• Working with other agencies and advocating on behalf of service users in order to help them access services to keep them safe.
• Working within a multi-agency framework consisting of partners as well as MARAC and other local partnerships to offer a coordinated response to domestic abuse.
• Promoting the service and raise awareness of domestic abuse through the delivery of training
• Supporting the Daily Domestic Abuse meeting in the IFD (Integrated Front Door), which discusses all medium/standard risk referrals that have come in over the previous 24 hours and agrees on the most appropriate source of advice and support for the family.
• Attending the BRiF meetings weekly where community partners bring concerns about family's they are working with including concerns about standard/medium domestic abuse.
• Professional point of contact for the IFD and Adult Safeguarding teams (also based at Priory House).
• Point of contact for any concerns staff have about their own relationships and dynamics of domestic abuse they need support with

You will need:

• Experience of working in support and advocacy with victims of domestic abuse is advantageous
• To be able to prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands/needs and interests and promote organisation interests and values.
• To ideally hold a SafeLives IDVA accreditation, relevant degree, vocational qualification or relevant experience of delivering a service and working with domestic abuse victim's/service users in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting.

We are seeking to recruit a Corporate Partnerships Development Officer to join our award-winning Corporate Partnerships team within our Income & Engagement directorate.
The Corporate Partnerships team is made up of three sub-teams: Account Management, New Partnerships and Strategic Change. This role will provide support to the New Partnerships and Strategic Change sub-teams.

The Head of Philanthropy will lead the philanthropy team to maximise philanthropic support for the charity with a focus on research, education and innovation and driving long-term growth from key income streams. You will develop the charity's overarching major gifts and legacy strategies, setting annual budgets and programmes of activity. You will contribute fully as a senior member of the charity's fundraising team, leading and motivating the philanthropy team of 11.  You will also contribute fully as a member of the charity's management group.

The selected candidate will have proven successful major gifts fundraising with a track record in initiating new relationships, securing gifts at the six and seven figure level. You will have experience working in organisations with multiple stakeholders and will have demonstrable experience of preparing and managing annual plans, budgets, and targets. We are looking for passionate and qualified A level tutors to deliver high quality group tuition to our cohort of almost 1,000 students. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced tutors with a love of learning to help bright students overcome barriers to academic achievement. Tutorials are delivered online to groups of up to 4 students via our bespoke online learning platform.

Tutorials generally take place between the hours of 3pm and 8pm on weekday evenings, with flexibility around the schedules of our tutors and students.

We are seeking a Trusts and Philanthropy Manager to join our London team.

Movember is embarking on the delivery of an exciting and ambitious 5-year organisational strategy, with Partnerships and Philanthropy playing a central role. The partnerships team is responsible for generating income from corporates, commercial sponsors, charitable trusts and other institutional funders, with a renewed focus on building long term multifaceted and mutually beneficial partnerships.

The Trusts & Philanthropy Manager will support the wider team through a focus on Institutional funding and Major gifts and must have experience in high-value trust and foundation grants fundraising, including leading on applications and winning multi-year grants of five figures or higher.

This role is responsible for growing the year-round Institutional fundraising revenue in in the UK.

This will achieved by:

• Supporting Director of Partnerships in implementing a comprehensive year-round Trusts and Philanthropy strategy for UK and Europe
• Developing and managing a portfolio of high value prospects
• Developing a comprehensive funding calendar to ensure an always on approach to philanthropic funding opportunities
• Working closely with Impact teams to develop compelling case for support documents
• Working collaboratively with other Movember teams in the UK, Europe and in our other key markets, as well as with other Movember functions locally and globally

In this role, you will manage an existing caseload and new referrals, meeting with families and Young Carers to complete statutory assessments and create action plans. You‘ll provide support for Young Carers to reduce the impact of their caring role and improve their resilience, educational chances and wellbeing, through signposting to local services, in-school support, one-to-one sessions, and workshops.

There will be opportunities to work closely with schools, Children’s Services and other agencies to raise awareness, identify hidden Young Carers, and ensure Young Carer needs are understood and acted on.

You will need to be confident, approachable and self-motivated, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with children and young people.
