What’s on offer:
Salary: c.£37,000 dependant on experience

The Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Charity raise money for some incredible initiatives, including cutting edge hospital equipment, dedicated clinical fellowships, patient funds, and mental health support for Long Covid patients.
This role will develop existing relationships with high-net-worth donors, as well as developing a broader major donor product offering including a patron’s programme and harnessing the potential of the hospital’s clinical networks. Key duties include:
- Developing relationships with new and existing High Net Worth Individuals to understand their motivations and desires to advance care for heart and lung patients.
- Account managing existing major donor relationships, giving at a 4-6 figure level.
- Supported by the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, developing the major donor fundraising strategy and product offering including a patron’s programme and a suite of stewardship events.
- Managing a comprehensive prospect research process, working with hospital partners and internal colleagues to identify potential new supporters and develop a pipeline of new major donor fundraising opportunities.
- Working with grants and marketing teams to shape a series of compelling fundraising propositions.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills & experience:
- Experience of establishing and developing high-value relationships within a fundraising setting.
- Experience of supporting or establishing a new fundraising programme or strategy.
- Tangible experience of making high-value asks from supporters.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for networking and engaging new supporters.
- Knowledge and appreciation for the healthcare sector, with an interest in fundraising for medical research and treatment projects.

Hither Green Service (Spring Gardens and Hilda House) is a large busy, flagship service which provides you with the opportunity to join a specialised and committed team, supporting 68, multiple excluded, highly vulnerable adults with complex needs in Lewisham. You will join a large team of colleagues with specialisms in Homelessness, Substance Use and Mental Health to provide a recovery-based approach.
Hither Green Service is a pre-recovery service, and you will be supporting people with active alcohol and substance misuse support needs. We are looking for someone to join our team as a Support Worker (known internally as a Project Worker).
In this vital role you will:
- Work together with clients to identify their personal aims and ambitions and support them towards achieving them. You will be working with between 8-10 key residents on your caseload.
- Respond to incident and crises as a team in a way that maximises safety and wellbeing.
- Provide practical and personal support to clients in an approachable, caring and person centred way.
- Work as part of a dedicated team in an accommodation setting to provide a high quality, positive and safe service to clients.
- Keep up to date administrative records relating to client work, housing management and health and safety.
- Work on the weekly shift rota that includes early and late shifts as well as some weekends and bank holidays. Staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
About you
To succeed in these highly rewarding role you will:
- Have an understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people – you may have had personal experience of homelessness yourself.
- Have experience of helping vulnerable people to identify personal goals and supporting them through a process of change.
- Have a sound understanding of the support needs of people with low incomes, including rent payments/arrears and professional boundary issues.
- Possess good interpersonal and listening skills, in order to be able to establish an effective working relationship with clients and an eagerness to learn and work with clients in a holistic and person-centred approach.
- Ability to support colleagues in diffusing difficult or dangerous situations and to summon outside assistance when necessary.
- Ability to challenge disruptive or unacceptable behaviour in a sympathetic and assertive way, balancing the needs of the individual with responsibilities for the safety of the service.

The Role

The Person

The role presents a hugely exciting opportunity to create, test and learn and we are looking for someone with the skills to diversify income sources at FARA, utilising the extensive network of supporters it has gained through its 40 charity shops across London.
The post-holder will need the skills to develop engaging, creative content and be excited by the prospect of pursuing new opportunities for the organisation to engage with existing supporters—many of whom might only have ‘gifted’ the charity via donations of pre-loved clothes and other items to FARA shops.

FARA funds, develops, and manages social support services across Romania for vulnerable children, children with learning disabilities and complex needs, youth at risk, adults with learning dis-abilities, and community-based programmes, tackling poverty through education for Romania’s poorest families. FARA, established in 1991 following the fall of communism, has grown to be one of the biggest and most established NGO’s in Romania, working to building a stronger future for Romania.
This is an exciting new role for the organisation and a wonderful opportunity for the right individual to shape an emerging fundraising programme. You will be joining a relatively new marketing team that is working to build and develop this wider function for FARA to support the shops' net-work and fundraising work. Working with an innovative and creative team, you will be well-supported to test, learn, and apply to achieve success.
The role is permanent and full-time (although reduced hours will be considered), and offers the opportunity to work flexibly from the offices in Teddington and Angel, and from home. Reporting into the Head of Financial Accounts, your responsibilities will be:
- Assist in the preparation of the annual accounts of the Group and all subsidiaries to the required format.

Ruils is a charity that supports disabled children and adults, to live independently, be part of their community and to live life to the full. We provide information, advice, practical support, befriending and accessible activities to our clients and families. We enable individuals to have choice and control over the way in which they get their support.
The Adult Services Team Manager is one of 3 team managers reporting to our Chief Executive Officer. The services managed include Direct Payment Support across Richmond and Wandsworth, Befriending and Community Activities, our Benefits and Housing Advice and Information service and our Counselling service.
We constantly research and develop services to meet the identified needs of the community and this role would suit someone who wants a good level of autonomy to develop new ideas.

Purpose of Post

CILS, Pathways and Counselling Teams

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Deputy Service Manager to support women and children who are impacted by domestic violence. In this role you will provide line management and support to staff who work with and help women and their children who are experiencing violence and men who experience violence in their relationships. This will include providing supervision on complex casework issues such as child protection, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of casework.
This post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.

You will be responsible for manging and developing a portfolio of existing fundraising donors, deepening their relationship with the Foundation and upscaling donated gifts as well as developing a healthy pipeline of new donors with a view to increasing our fundraising portfolio.
You will also work with our Head of Foundation to help deliver a successful, diverse and fulfilled events programme to drive fundraising, engage existing members and corporate sponsors as well as attract prospective new donors to our Foundation.
Responsibilities
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors (including members), major donors, corporate sponsors, and other foundations/benefactors.
· Review and relaunch the Foundation’s Corporate Partner Programme to generate significant commercial growth
· Review and remarket the Foundation’s Membership Programme expanding our supporter base year on year.
· Help develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to coincide with these relaunches to enable us to meet annual fundraising goals.
· Manage donor, corporate partner and membership databases including the membership benefit programme.
· Assist in creating a calendar of fundraising events that generate income and cultivate our supporter base
· Convert one-off donors and event attendees into regular donors and/or members.
· Monitor and evaluate member, commercial and fundraising performance.
· Build out a Wasps Legends Ambassador Programme which helps facilitate revenue growth.
· Perform administrative duties to support the Head of Foundation and Chair where applicable.
Experience
· Experience in individual fundraising, donor relations, or related fields.
· Knowledge of current trends and best practices in individual giving and philanthropy.
· Experience in being proactive to actively seek and secure new business development opportunities
· Experience in Event Management; including budget creation, venue sourcing through to event delivery.
· Strong organisational and project management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

The Data Analyst (Customer Data and Insights) will have the opportunity to develop how the department uses and presents our customer data to help us grow our income, shape our product offer and reach more professionals to keep children safe.
About the role
The key aspects of the role:
- Responsibility for analysing and reporting on PLS customer data on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Deliver data dashboards across the department to improve data accessibility, presenting timely and accurate information for decision making
- Provide evidence-based insights such as customer profiles, buying patterns, repeat business opportunities to support our customer retention and marketing strategies
- Analyse and report on the PLS customer feedback data to improve our customer experience
We are looking for someone with:
- Highly developed knowledge and experience of data management systems and ability to use statistical and data analysis packages
