The Femicide Census the most compressive single source of UK information about women who have been killed and the men who have killed them.  Launched in 2015, the Femicide Census became a separate legal entity in 2019 and a registered charity in 2024. Since its launch, the Femicide Census has become established as a leading articulation of men’s fatal violence against women in the UK.

Currently, the Femicide Census does not enter into direct employment but has a secondment agreement with nia, who act as employer.

Men’s violence against women is a leading cause of the premature death for women globally but research in the UK and Europe is limited and unconnected. The Femicide Census improves upon currently available data by providing detailed comparable data about femicides in the UK, including demographic and contextual factors and the methods men selected to kill women.

We are looking for a skilled female researcher to carry out data collection, analysis, research, monitoring and evaluation of data and report writing for the Femicide Census. You should be a feminist who is committed to contributing to ending men’s violence against women and girls, highly skilled in data collection and analysis and want to be part of this ground-breaking project.

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed Team Manager, with extensive experience of working with adults with a learning disability/autism and complex needs to join Outward.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager wanting to further utilise their skills in coaching and mentoring the staff team, and embedding high standards in the running of the service. You will be managing our Autism Outreach Service that provides support to people in seven London Boroughs, and who live at home with family or in supported living services. You will be supported by two deputy managers to lead a large team of community outreach support workers, to ensure a high standard of quality support to the people we support.

About the role

• You will assess new referrals, develop, and manage comprehensive support & risk management plans.
• You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships and partnership approach with families and professionals/stakeholders.
• You will develop, coach and mentor a positive and resilient team of support workers and deputies to deliver high quality and personalised support and embed a culture of positive behaviour support.
• You will be responsible for ensuring support is delivered innovatively, flexibly and on a person - centred basis to meet the needs and outcomes of the people supported.

• You will line manage and work with the deputy managers to meet the growth targets for the service

• You will mentor and support the team to create support plans and risk assessments that reflect people’s needs, preferences and aspirations, ensuring that plans are actively implemented and reviewed.
• You will be able to translate policy into practice, including principles and practices of safeguarding adults at risk and the Mental Capacity Act

About You

• You will have significant management experience of working in a similar setting.

Ideally you will have as a minimum:

o 3 years’ experience of delivering person centred support to people with a learning disability/autism and complex needs including behaviours of concern. (E)

o A minimum of 1 years’ experience of managing a service for people with a learning disability/autism and complex needs including behaviours of concern. (E)

• You will hold a qualification in Positive Behaviour Support Coaching (BILD accredited), NAPPI level 2 (or equivalent) or a willingness to gain the qualifications within the first 3 months of employment.  (E)
• You will be an excellent communicator liaising effectively with key stakeholders including the multi-disciplinary and health professionals, family carers and people we support. (E)

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven person with relevant language skills to support the Roma Rough Sleeper Team as an Outreach Worker (known internally as Roma Mediator), working across central London boroughs. In this vital role you will:

• Undertake Street outreach shifts where you will be involved in making contact with people who are sleeping rough, assessing their needs and delivering personalised case management; to support individuals to make the move away from the streets.
• Support teams of Street Outreach Workers to deliver accessible services and ensure that contact is made and sustained with Roma people sleeping rough.
• Ensure the assessments made and the support offered are appropriate and relevant for the client group and that Roma people are supported to engage with the available services.
• Work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies and advocate, where appropriate, on behalf of Roma people with external agencies regarding their welfare rights and other support needs.

Working closely with the Charity Lead, Board, and key stakeholders, you will help shape the charity’s objectives and support its long-term goals. This includes identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities, building relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners, and ensuring all efforts align with the charity’s mission and values.

About the Role

Ivy Rock Partners is proud to partner with a leading London university to recruit an Interim Head of Management Reporting for a transformative six-month role. This is an exciting opportunity to take a strategic leadership position, driving improvements in management reporting and supporting key financial processes during a critical period of change. You’ll lead the corporate management accounts team, overseeing business-as-usual deliverables while also developing and implementing a new reporting framework. Key Responsibilities

• Management Reporting Development: Design and implement a comprehensive management reporting framework, utilizing tools like Power BI and finance system-based solutions. Develop a standard suite of centrally produced month-end reporting products to support budget performance monitoring. Review and refine the Chart of Accounts to better reflect income and expenditure at corporate reporting levels.
• Process Improvement: Lead a review of the month-end timetable, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. o Optimize the month-end ledger adjustment process to enhance efficiency and timeliness.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support the existing corporate management accounts team (five members) during the transitional period. Ensure the delivery of in-year management accounting outputs, providing guidance and oversight. Support the recruitment and onboarding of a permanent post-holder, ensuring a seamless handover.

About You

This is an exciting new role within our Integrated Marketing and Media department, managing a talented Media and PR team, creating impactful moments that inspire action and drive change for men.

You’ll be responsible for developing our media and PR approach, ensuring prioritisation to deliver our Communications strategy and campaign objectives. You’ll contribute to future planning, crisis planning, and measuring impact by tracking and evaluating our PR results.

You’ll work with our paid media agency to maximise our media partnerships, ensuring all our work delivers for men. You’ll work alongside our creative content team to help men affected by prostate cancer share their stories and build strong relationships with our spokespeople and key stakeholders.

You’ll have experience leading PR teams working with a variety of stories and media outlets.

You’ve got your finger on the pulse of the modern news environment, able to anticipate threats and navigate thorny issues. And you’re credible building trusted relationships and influencing at senior levels with journalists and other external stakeholders.
