Once the systems are live the Application Support Analyst will be responsible for day to say issues, monitoring the support inbox and liaising with the provider to resolve issues. They will also be expected to create a training plan for new and existing staff.

The Role

Reports to: Chief Operations Officer

Role Purpose

The Social Media Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing Dialogue Earth’s digital presence by implementing a dynamic and evolving social media strategy. Working closely with the Social Media Content Creator and international team members, the post-holder will ensure content is disseminated effectively across various platforms, with a strong focus on audience engagement and alignment with audience personas. They will also be responsible for developing campaigns, overseeing social media analytics, and presenting insights in engaging ways to support the organisation’s mission of promoting awareness and dialogue on environmental and climate change issues.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Content Creator to develop and implement Dialogue Earth’s evolving global social media strategy.
• Work with Dialogue Earth’s editorial teams in the UK, China, South Asia, Latin America, and Southeast Asia to promote content effectively and innovatively on platforms, including Bluesky, X, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
• Oversee and guide the work of the part-time Social Media Officer in Southeast Asia by providing task management and feedback.
• In partnership with the Social Media Content Creator, develop and manage campaigns, such as thematic weeks and awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with the editorial and social media teams to produce audience-centric social media content, ensuring alignment with established audience personas and continuously improving dissemination strategies.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report social media performance through streamlined analytics processes, making stats accessible and engaging for the broader team.
• Ensure all social media activities align with Dialogue Earth’s branding guidelines and editorial tone.
• Keep track of social media trends, external news, and relevant content of interest to feed back to the editorial team.
• Manage online attacks and technical issues related to social media.
• Prepare and present social media insights for funder reports.
• Maintain oversight of social media budgets and ensure spending is tracked and reported accurately.
• Manage occasional social media advertising on platforms where feasible (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Develop and maintain the evolving social media strategy, with a focus on integrating audience personas into workflows.

Essential Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

• A strong commitment to the work of Dialogue Earth.
• A deep interest in environment and climate change issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a small, distributed team.
• Experience using social media in a not-for-profit or media organisation.
• The ability to write compelling and concise copy for social media, adapting content for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Familiarity with audience personas and audience-first content strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

 Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Loomly), analytics tools (e.g., Supermetrics, Google Analytics), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Monday).
• Language skills in Chinese, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Nepali, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Experience working within multi-project organisations and collaborating with partner organisations.
• Experience managing social media ads and analytics reporting (especially on LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with content commissioning processes (writing briefs, research, etc.).
• The ability to work effectively with remote teams and manage task distribution.

Further Information and Benefits

• Salary: £36,035.70 per annum.
• Working Hours: 32 hours per week from 9am-6pm. We offer a four-day working week, with full-time pay.
• Contract Type: 12 months, with a view to renewal.

About this job

In this role you will be providing emotional support and information to people affected by multiple sclerosis (MS) that empowers them to; live to their full potential, take an active role in their treatment and secure the care and support they need. As part of the helpline team you will also contribute to the overall implementation of the teams objectives and successfully embedding new services.

Our helpline is open 9am – 7pm and therefore this role includes working a shift pattern of 9-5, 10-6, 11-7 or as the service demands.

About the Organisation

The Grenfell Education Hub will open later this year to serve those most affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy. The hub will provide educational support to children, young people, their families, and local schools.

Following a consultation process in 2023 and 2024, the hub will bring together a team of professionals, including four specialist teachers, an Educational Psychologist, a Speech and Language Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, a Careers Coordinator, and a Family Support Worker. Their time will be split between direct work with children and families in the hub and supporting local schools.

We are looking for a Primary Specialist (term time + 3 weeks only) to join a team providing educational support to children, families, and local schools in the aftermath of the Grenfell tragedy.

The Role

The Primary Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting children affected by the Grenfell tragedy. Working closely with families and primary schools, you will help identify individual needs, develop tailored solutions, and advocate for children’s education and wellbeing.

You will:

• Conduct baseline assessments to understand children's specific needs.
• Provide advice and guidance to parents on school applications, transitions, and educational rights.
• Liaise between families and schools, ensuring teachers are informed about children's needs and support.
• Connect families with relevant external support services and refer to health organisations such as the Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service.
• Deliver trauma-informed guidance on the impact of trauma on learning and behaviour, offering strategies for emotional regulation and academic success.
• Develop and run workshops on family relationships, communication, and restorative practices.
• Facilitate open dialogue sessions where involved parties can express their feelings and work towards mutual understanding.
• Plan and deliver small group after-school teaching sessions (both online and in-person) to supplement the school curriculum in English and Maths.

The Role

The Speech and Language Therapist at the Education Hub will provide specialist assessment, intervention and support for children and young people affected by the Grenfell Tragedy. The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments using evidence-based tools, including formal standardised assessments, observational analysis and dynamic assessment approaches to evaluate speech, language and communication needs. 

You will:

• To work on a 1:1 and group basis with children and young people and provide a high level of expertise to develop students’ speech, language and communication skills.

• To give advice, information and support to enable parents/carers and schools to promote the development of speech, language and communication skills.

• To work with families to equip them with the knowledge and skills to create supportive home environments that meet their child’s specific needs.

• Work in close liaison with the Occupational Therapist and the rest of the team to ensure efficient and effective management of children identified with speech, language and communication needs.

• Comprehensively assess children and young people to help identify difficulties in expressive and receptive language, social communication, fluency, and speech sound development, ensuring targeted and effective intervention.
