Forward Action believes that a digital mobilisation model - where organisations use digital channels to drive hundreds of thousands of supporters to take advocacy, fundraising and volunteering actions - can revolutionise campaigning and fundraising in the NGO sector. We help progressive organisations build digital mobilisation programmes and, as a Senior Digital Strategist, you will work with organisations to help them use a digital mobilisation model to drive real-world change.
You will be at the heart of our digital campaigns and fundraising work, managing projects and planning impactful strategies to help our progressive partners hit their goals. You’ll even have the opportunity to work on proposals and pitches for new projects, steering how we adapt to client briefs and our bigger picture organisational strategy. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract, expected to last up to 12 months, with the freedom to work both in our London office and remotely anywhere in the UK. You also have the opportunity to work abroad for up to 3 months in the year, as long as you can be online for the required core hours outlined below. Forward Action works a four day week, with all team members not working on Friday.

What you’ll do as part of our team
Strategy + planning
- Develop strategies for the projects on which you lead, working with the Digital Strategy Manager as needed to ensure we are always delivering strategic excellence
- Schedule and attend planning and project review meetings with clients
- Take part in workshops to generate ideas for tactics that help our clients hit their goals
Project management
- Manage projects from conception through to build, coordinating work from both our creative and tech teams
- Being the key point of contact for our partners on specific project strands

Essential criteria
- 4+ years’ experience working in digital marketing, with proven experience of developing strategies and campaigns that deliver results against goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience of managing multiple stakeholders and building strong working relationships across functions
- Being comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
- Experience of using digital platforms to build and send mass emails, and comfortable managing email lists
- Experience of managing ads in Meta, and proven ability to interpret the data to optimise against goals
- Excellent organisation and attention-to-detail with ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep to tight deadlines
- Experience of managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to scope

Salary and benefits package
Starting salary: £37,620 (outside of London, with a £3k annual travel bursary)/£42,135 (inside London)

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an Apprenticeships Service Administrator to support the apprenticeship provision within Harris Federation Central Head Office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the apprenticeship team and support by managing administration and providing essential support to apprentices across the Harris Federation. Key responsibilities include the organisation of Apprenticeship events, maintaining individual learner records (ILR), data analysis, and managing the virtual learning platform and MIS. Additionally, there will be a requirement to assist line managers and staff members with Apprenticeship queries.
A primary focus is on onboarding learners and maintaining accurate enrolment records, contributing to the effective delivery and evaluation of apprenticeship programs across the Federation.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager you will be responsible for:
General Administration and Apprentice Support
- Supporting Harris Federation as a main provider, ensuring all apprentice data is accurate and up to date
- Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations to promote apprenticeships
- Organising and promoting apprenticeship events and information sessions
- Supporting the promotional/marketing strategy to drive apprenticeship applications and delivery
- Organising and managing information days for prospective learners / students and supporting the recruitment to various apprenticeship programmes
- Maintaining responsibility for monitoring and updating records on the DAS (Digital Apprenticeship Service) system and other data system trackers
- Maintaining apprenticeship records, including the apprenticeship tracking system, producing reports to monitor enrolment, completion rates, and levy usage
- Helping to maintain the EOSONE learning platform to ensure accurate data and the declaration of our monthly ILRs (individual learner records)
- Supporting the implementation, procurement, quality assurance and evaluation of the apprenticeship offer to support business objectives

Management Information System (MIS)
- Managing and actively updating EOSONE learning platform to ensure all the learner portfolios are up to date including off the job
- Supporting with the on-boarding of learners on the Harris Federation main provider provision and the completion of relevant enrolment documentation, procedures, and guidance

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK as a Clinics Administrator, providing administrative support to the Clinics team and the wider Delivered Services function.
Working closely with the Clinics Programme Lead and the Clinical Operations Support Manager within the Clinical Effectiveness team, the postholder will support the day-to-day running of various administrative processes and procedures, ensuring safe and effective service delivery to beneficiaries. This will involve liaising with both internal and external stakeholders as required.
As the first point of contact for all queries relating to the Clinics team via email, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the online clinics featured on the Dementia UK website. You will set up and maintain online booking systems to support Delivered Services clinic programmes, which are currently undergoing significant expansion. The role will also involve booking travel, accommodation and venues for clinics and related activities, as well as completing finance processes in support of associated expenditure.
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrable experience in administrative support roles and managing booking systems, be a clear and logical thinker, with experience in developing and implementing processes. You will be highly proficient in using Office 365 and able to produce high-quality documents, including complex reports and correspondence. Experience in project management and the use of project management software would also be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:
- Events: Plan and deliver our corporate Thank You event in Autumn 2025 and support a calendar of Challenge events including small internal and community events run by different teams.
- Marketing & Communications: Create and schedule social media posts to promote events and highlght supporter engagement. Ensure communications and marketing are regularly updated.
- Corporate Engagement: Help coordinate and host corporate site visits, and maintain data records of coporate contacts and activity on our database.
Key Requirements (specific skills, qualifications required):
- Strong experience of organising or supporting in-person events (e.g. fundraising, corporate or community)
- Confident using digital tools including Microsoft Office, and able to update websites (e.g. WordPress, and using tools like Eventbrite, Mailchimp or Canva)
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills - able to build rapport with a wide range of people
- Team player with a flexible and collaborative approach
Desirable knowledge/expertise
- Working or volunteering in a charity or community organisation
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Beacon, Salesforce, or contact databases)
- Basic photo archiving or content managment experience
- Knowledge of Peckham and the London Borough of Southwark
