Location: Remote (UK-based), with mandatory attendance at 5 annual meetings (including overnight stay for 2-day meetings) at their head office in Shrewsbury and occasional external meetings elsewhere.
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

As their Trusts Fundraiser, you will:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of funding applications, securing grants of £100,000+ from trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies.

You will lead with a passionate heart for the Gospel and its strategic purpose of God in the local church and a deep desire to listen to, serve, support and collaborate with these churches and their partners to encourage, equip and enable them to strengthen their culture of evangelism.

Essential to the position:
It is a requirement of this position that the person will have received Jesus Christ as their own personal Saviour; be in full agreement with The Word One to One’s Statement of Faith; and uphold the mission, vision, core values and aims of The Word One to One.
The person must have an uncompromising belief in the authority, necessity and sufficiency of Scripture in Salvation.
The person should be an equipping evangelist in line with the Ephesians 4: 11-16 model with a proven track record in equipping believers to have confidence to share their faith and in collaboration and harmony with the other gifted leaders God gives to the church. As an equipping evangelist they should have a proven track record in preaching/teaching the word of God and a capacity to clearly exegete it’s message.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Regional work
1) Identify and collate a clear data map of all the churches and agencies within their region then highlight those that are sympathetic to our mission drawn from all church affiliations and denominations within their geographically defined area.
2) Seek to serve these churches and agencies, by representing the ministry of The Word One to One offering and delivering them our confidence inspiring services, training and support; and for internal purposes seeking to clarify whether they are Equipping, Engaged or disengaged churches or agencies.
3) Raise up, lead and develop within the region a team of local equippers from the equipping churches/agencies to increase the growth of the ministry of The Word One to One within the region, taking responsibility for the management, encouragement and deployment of these localised equippers.
4) Connect, network with and offer support to key denominational, stream, gospel partnership or network leaders within your region seeking to serve in their key gatherings and conferences.
5) Connect, network with and offer support to any training colleges, seminaries within the region seeking to serve and engage with their trainees.
6) Personally model good practice by actively engaging the non-Christians in your life and sharing God’s Word as opportunities allow.
Contributing to the wider ministry
7) Appropriately and consistently connect church leaders, evangelism leaders and other potential volunteers to the support team (who develops and communicates central, ongoing resourcing.)
8) Help the support team tell the story of growing confidence where we see it by capturing testimonies.
9) Provide input into the development of central resourcing by providing content, insight and good practice.
10) Serve into any strategic partnerships of the Word One to One who are operational within your region or at the invitation of line management into a wider area as part of our global development.
11) Serve as the primary contact for any enquiries about our ministry from churches and ministries within the region.
12) Stay focussed – avoid distraction – say no to anything outside these areas of responsibility other than retaining a strong commitment to your own local church.

Working Conditions:

Remuneration
This position is at Manager level and will pay between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum depending on experience.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of "On track for inclusive train travel", a research, scoping and piloting project. This partnership project, funded by Motability Foundation and delivered alongside Community Rail Network (CRN), aims to make rail travel more accessible and inclusive for disabled people, including those with sight loss.
You'll be working to co-create an effective, tested, adaptable model for training, learning & culture change that can be deployed across the railways. This will ensure blind or partially sighted and disabled people always feel confident and supported when using rail.
You will act as the overall project manager of this complex and exciting project, including working closely with CRN and two of their locally-focused member organisations, Community Rail Lancashire and Gloucestershire Community Rail Partnership. While RNIB is the lead partner in reporting terms, this project represents a substantive partnership of the four organisations coming together to form one cross organisational team to deliver on the brief.
This is a fixed term contract of 2 years, and will be suitable for homeworking, or hybrid working at any of our RNIB offices across the UK.

We are looking for a warm and self-motivated Engagement Officer to lead community and volunteer engagement, and manage our social media platforms at SOFT UK. In this position, you will engage with the existing SOFT UK community, strengthening and deepening this relationship. You will also build new relationships, thus building our community. The Support Organisation for Trisomy 13 and 18 UK (“SOFT UK”) is a not for profit charitable organisation structured as a charitable trust for the purposes of providing organisational support to those with first-hand experience of Trisomy 13/18 and other related disorders. The Board of Trustees (“the Board”) comprises the legal directors of the Trust.
Main Responsibilities of the post
The Engagement Officer is responsible to the Charity Director for the management of engagement on behalf of SOFT UK, ensuring we are seen as professional, yet warm and welcoming to our service users.
In this role you will manage and maintain our social media strategy with support from our Communications Officer, seeking out new ways to communicate with our community.
These activities include, but are not confined to:
- Strengthening our relationship with current SOFT UK supporters, including families, fundraisers, and charity partners.
- Preparing, organising and facilitating regular video calls with SOFT UK families.
- Building new relationships, thus broadening our reach and impact.

- Work collaboratively to produce content for our SOFT UK social media channels and Youtube.

- Develop our podcast/vlogcast strategy.
- Identify and attend relevant networking events and conferences, virtually and in person.
Furthering SOFT UK aims and objectives
- Be aware of the underlying principle of the charity’s work in ensuring that the needs and interests of SOFT UK’s families are fully recognised in all aspects of its work.

Person Spec
· Relevant experience in a similar role.

As a Digital Campaigner and Fundraiser (German Language), your tasks will include:
Digital, Creative, Comms
- Identify European campaign opportunities and develop and lead on campaigns from planning phase, to execution, pulling out the creative digital tactics in between
- Storytelling - Write strong, compelling copy which results in our members taking action on various issues, including for email and social media platforms
- Tailor our emails fundraisers and messages to the German context
- Manage email communications with our German members, including setting up and sending emails using our online campaigning tools (currently, ActionKit), and analysing data and user engagement
- Run ads in your country to optimise our campaigns for growth and impact
- Stay up-to-date with digital campaigning and marketing trends and find innovative ways to apply them at WeMove Europe

About You - Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Digital Campaigner and Fundraiser (German Language) who brings these qualities to the table:
- You are comfortable with and excited by helping people understand their own power and becoming agents of change
- You understand the power of words and stories to make change, and you write great copy and have great writing skills in English and German
- You speak and write German at a native or fluent (C2) level
- Results drive you and crave more data, keen to run tests that are backed by statistical significance and are always looking to improve your work
- You excel at finding visuals and creating engaging graphics and video content for campaigns.
- You are comfortable with new software, online tools and all things digital
- You are deeply committed to working in Germany and Europe for bold, structural change and believe in empowering the people around you to do the same
- You have some experience with non-partisan political campaigning, and if that experience is online and digital that’s an added bonus
- You have a strong understanding of the political and social context in Germany as well as some understanding of the European context.
- You are fluent in English to a degree that you can work in an English-speaking environment and can translate from English into German
- You are happy with travel in Europe

Joshua supports community-driven sustainable development projects to assist vulnerable children and their families in rural Malawi. We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced individual to oversee and manage our current fundraising streams and develop new ones. This is a varied role working across Trusts and Foundations to Community Fundraising.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, able to work independently and be able to respond to changing priorities. You will be expected to meet fundraising targets set by the UK Trustees.
