About the role

Neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) are a significant public health issue in Mali, including Trachoma, Lymphatic Filariasis, Onchocerciasis, Schistosomiasis, and soil-transmitted helminths. These diseases, linked to poverty and poor hygiene, cause serious morbidity and social discrimination, hindering socio-economic development. The Finance Assistant will support the implementation of WHO guidelines for NTD elimination and control, contributing to strategic plans and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role involves managing financial records, logistics, and IT equipment, as well as supporting grant management and collaboration between finance and programme teams. Additionally, the Finance Assistant will help implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure good collaboration with partners (INGOs, MoH, and Regional Health Directorates).
• Ensure routine data collection into organisational templates.
• Participate in key meetings and keep technical notes of each.
• Support national programmes in the finalisation of various reports and their archiving.
• Support national NTD programmes to implement activities according to required standards.
• Plan and play an active role in the supervision and monitoring of project activities.
• Submit reports of field activities as well as success stories.
• Support the writing of first drafts of Annual Project Reports (APRs).
• Follow up on the Due Diligence process by ensuring all required documents are in place.
• Properly archive all project documents (concept notes, full proposals, log frames, APRs, etc.).
• Work with the Programme Manager to ensure requested information and documents are uploaded into the Programme Portal.
• Participate in the elaboration of annual operational plans.
• Participate in the implementation of Programme Cycle Management (PCM) and Quality Standard Assessment Tool (QSAT) recommendations.
• Support data collection for the development of concept notes for new projects.

They excel in collaborating with partners, supporting national NTD programmes, and ensuring compliance with organisational standards and local regulations. With experience in data collection, report writing, and archiving, they contribute to the successful execution of projects. Their ability to manage logistics, supplies, and IT equipment, along with their proficiency in financial management and grant support, makes them a key asset. Proficiency in English is essential, and speaking French would be desirable.

What will you be doing? 

• Manage a varied caseload with differing timescales and deadlines.

Women and Girls Network (WGN) was established in 1987 and has spent over 30 years supporting women and girls across London affected by gendered violence. About the role

The Advice Casework Manager (ACM) is a new and exciting role within the Advice Service, and the post holder will spearhead the development and coordination of Women and Girls Network’s (WGN) casework provision. You will be leading a team of experienced caseworkers, managing the day to day running of WGN’s Advice Casework provision, enabling and leading the facilitation of innovative, responsive, trauma-informed and culturally appropriate services for survivors of violence against women and girls (VAWG).

Service development will be a pivotal part of this role; this will include identifying gaps in service provision and service reach, and creating opportunities for service development and innovation; as well as enhancing the service profile and visibility, building and maintaining effective partnership working with key agencies that are relevant for survivors of VAWG in London.

The ACM will provide leadership, guidance and support, creating and promoting a supportive, collaborative and productive working environment, where professional growth, development and successes are enabled and celebrated.

About you

The Finance and Support Services Manager will be a highly skilled professional with a strong background in financial management, risk control, and compliance. They will ensure adherence to the organisational Financial Framework, including implementing financial management and controls, planning and budgeting, monitoring and audits, and maintaining financial records. The manager will also ensure compliance with local regulations and governance requirements.

The ideal candidate will support and strengthen financial management, accountability, and capacities of partners, fostering collaboration between finance and programme teams for joint project/programme reviews, planning, and analysis. The Role

The Referrals Officer role is critical to the charity. It ensures that our referral process is managed effectively for our clients and branches.

This is both an internal and external role. The person in this role is the first point of contact for all referral queries. You will assign referrals to branches, liaise with clients and volunteers, and maintain our CRM system.

We seek a strong people person with at least two years of experience operating a CRM system regularly (ideally Salesforce). Experience working to develop a CRM system and client journey would be advantageous.

We are a supportive team, and you will work closely with our Operations Manager and wider volunteer delivery colleagues to help REMAP support our clients and branches across the UK.

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director of Programmes will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and supporting the Deputy Director in managing their workload. Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. Participants are encouraged to be both consumers and producers of learning through script-work, role-play and creative media such as films and art. Throughout, we enable young people to explore their choices, rights and expectations in relationships and to recognise the early warning signs of abuse. 

We have grown rapidly in recent years, and now have an exciting and varied programme of work which is funded from a wide range of sources. We have long-standing, high-value relationships with organisations such as the Mayor’s Office, Esmée Fairbairn and Clifford Chance, and continue to grow our income from a range of supporters from trusts, foundations, corporates, individuals and community fundraisers.

We now have a need for two Development Officers to work closely with the Development Director and Development Manager in developing our trusts and foundations and statutory income streams, managing the accounts of existing supporters and generating income through securing new funding relationships. This role will involve a diverse range of work, from identifying prospects, creating compelling funding proposals, through to successfully managing relationships with funders.

The Head of Finance is a pivotal role for the Trust, providing leadership in financial management and planning.
