Key Responsibilities 

Oversee the Youth Voice programme

• Oversee the day to day running of The Mix’s Youth Voice programme, ensuring its alignment with
  The Mix’s strategy
• Lead the management of a database with 500+ young people, overseeing monthly reporting and
  data reviews
• Cultivate and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for active youth participation
• Matrix manage a team of dedicated Youth Voice staff leads, providing guidance, support, and
  fostering collaboration
• Design and deliver Youth Voice training for all staff to equip everyone for meaningful involvement
  of young people in their work
• Advocate for the meaningful involvement of young people in all aspects of The Mix’s internal and
  partnership work from ideation through to evaluation
• Collaborate with internal teams and prominent brands and organisations to integrate youth insights
  into decision-making processes
• Lead Youth Voice projects, emphasising the amplification of young people’s voices while managing
• timelines and budgets effectively

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our busy London offices will be welcoming a group of new interns to be part of the world's leading global sports and entertainment agency. This is an incredible opportunity to take part in our paid full-time 12-week programme which will run between Monday 13th January – Thursday 3rd April 2025. Currently prison is not a place which successfully does this: the average prisoner has 16 previous convictions and 48 percent of prisoners reoffend within a year of release. This is the problem which Unlocked Graduates exists to fix.

Prison officers are the agent of change for many prisoners. Of all the staff in prisons, they spend the most time with prisoners, they set the prevailing culture in prison, and we know that the most effective prison officers have a hugely positive impact on prisoners. Unlocked Graduates develops outstanding individuals to lead rehabilitation, and in doing so raises the status of the prison officer and makes the frontline of prisons a place where cycles of reoffending can be broken.

We have successfully recruited, trained and placed six cohorts of over 750 high potential graduates into prisons across England and Wales. The Role

This role sits within the Unlocked Programme Team, which holds responsibility for designing and running training for our new cohorts as well as supporting them across their two years, to enable them to have the most impact possible.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to support our Programme Team with a wide variety of tasks. The successful candidate will gain an insight into: delivery, curriculum, our work with our Ambassador community as well as the specific training required to become a prison officer.

Our main office is based in London (remote working may be able to be accommodated but this will be discussed with candidates on an individual basis). The programme is national and so some travel is required to Birmingham and Manchester.

We seek a graduate with excellent communication skills for our Recruitment team. You must be able to manage data, multitask, and adapt to dynamic environments. Enhance Frontline’s social worker training selection process with autonomy and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The Recruitment team is responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring for 500 places for Approach Social Work (previously known as the Frontline programme) in local authorities across England.

We think the internship at Frontline is unlike other internships. You’ll be given plenty of opportunity to develop key skills for your future career, while also holding a core role within the team. You will be joining us at our busiest time and so will have day to day coordinator responsibilities throughout the year. What we're looking for 

We are looking for a quick-thinking, organised, insightful and analytical intern to join our consulting team. Your role as an Intern in our Consulting Team 

As a member of the consulting team (after sufficient training) you will be given the opportunity to work on some of Scriptoria’s exciting international consulting projects alongside senior team members. RJ4All is looking for an innovative UK Operations Director who will drive impactful social justice projects and community initiatives while fostering strategic growth and income generation. You will oversee our dynamic UK-based operations out of the Rotherhithe Community Centre, work closely with the Director, and lead our Centre-based team. 

Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) is a charitable, user-led international institute with expertise in preventing and addressing harm at the individual, community and inter-state levels. We are one of the world’s leading experts in transferring complex criminological and social justice concepts into practice through real-life pilots and community projects. 

The UK Operations Director will lead on the delivery, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of RJ4All’s UK-based services, and especially those run from the RJ4All Rotherhithe Community Centre. It is expected that they will generate income for the UK operations and contribute to new ideas for UK-based projects that fall within RJ4All’s agreed strategy. Finally, the post holder will act in place of the Director when they are unavailable or for any other agreed reason.

Summary of position​​

Art Explora is looking for an experienced Community Programme Manager with a passion for arts engagement and cultural outreach to manage and build our innovative Community Programme for Art Explora in the UK. ​​

The Community Programme Manager will lead on and develop Art Explora’s key community programme streams – Arts at Home, Theatre at Home, Music at Home, Mini Art Explorers and Art Explorers at..., and manage Art Explora UK’s growing volunteer community. The Community Programme Manager will explore ways to expand the content for this programme though new partnerships with museums, galleries and other cultural institutions, as well as expand the programme into more care homes and other care settings, such as hospitals, across the UK.  ​

The Community Programme Manager will manage Art Explora’s growing pool of 140+ volunteers. They will ensure that Art Explora has a comprehensive and supportive volunteer offer. The volunteer community is key to Art Explora’s strategy for scaling up arts engagement in the UK. About the role​

The Community Programme Manager will bring their own experience and knowledge of outstanding community programming to build on and expand the current programme. The Community Programme Manager will manage partnerships with key stakeholders and develop new relationships with a variety of partners, from cultural institutions to new care settings. ​​​

The Community Programme Manager is a pivotal position within the small, dedicated and growing Art Explora team in the UK. The Community Programme Manager will be supported by a Community Programme Assistant and the volunteer community. We are looking for a candidate with management experience.  ​​
