The Role:
As the Database Manager, you will lead the strategic transformation of data architecture, ensuring seamless integration between CRM systems, data warehouses, and external platforms. The Role
This is an exciting role which will be crucial in driving our Regional Fundraising vision to be at the heart of our communities. We need an army of recognisable volunteers beside us in all our communities, empowered to drive lasting change for people affected by stroke and support our plans for income growth.
Your team will be proactively acquiring new volunteers through various products and propositions. Leading the design and delivery of a high value network of ‘business boards’ and testing new, innovative ways to enable our supporters to donate their time to us. To deliver this you will lead on specific projects, role and proposition design, reporting and planning, and work collaboratively with others across the team and wider Customer Experience directorate.
Reporting to the Relationships Lead you will lead your team (one direct report), coach members of the wider team and be a valuable member of the Regional Fundraising management team.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Develop and deliver new volunteer products and propositions
· Responsible for all volunteer experience across the Regional Fundraising Team including volunteer platforms and technology to support efficient and effective ways of working
· To ensure effective line management of the team.
· To provide coaching to support the development of volunteering with other members of the wider Regional Fundraising team
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for volunteering and significant experience of project planning and problem solving. You will be driven to deliver excellent experiences for volunteers which support income delivery.

About the role
Compassion UK is poised at a significant moment, and we need to achieve ambitious and urgent targets of growth in the number of children released from poverty. We need to develop more and deeper, mutually beneficial, relationships with multi-denominational UK Church leaders, significant event leaders and philanthropists. Purpose of The role
Habitat GB is seeking a dedicated and experienced Global Advocacy Manager to lead our efforts in advocating for policy change within the UK government (in particular targeting the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) to prioritise housing in international development. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in supporting Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy agenda which aims to promote equitable access to adequate housing worldwide, focusing on informal settlements in the Global South. Person Specification

Princess Court is a 24-hour Mental Health Supported Housing Service that provides a person-centred holistic approach to promote the recovery of the people who live here and help them regain their independence. This challenging front line role comes with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, contracts, staff and building maintenance. They become accepting of the fact that things are how they are. They become disillusioned and start to feel helplessness and even shame. They offer little value to the just transition that the world needs and that they themselves yearn for.
Impatience Insiders’ job is to get these people organised, educated, and mobilised on terms that work for them, and turn shame and disillusion into action and progress. Our ambition is to fill a gaping hole in civil society organising infrastructure and create a permanent piece of the civil society landscape.
We are looking to build and invest in a series of insider movements in food retail, management consulting, advertising, public affairs and finance. By 2030 we aim to see the ‘insider movement’ model mainstreamed as a vehicle for private but collective activism for corporate insiders. Insider Movements will be thriving within scores of just transition-critical industries. The successes of early insider movements will be well known and held as examples of how insider power can help transform industries and drive a socially just and environmentally regenerative transition.
Your job will be to help seed and support these movements as well as helping build the broader insider ecosystem.

ActionAid UK is seeking an innovative and analytical Reporting and Analysis Manager to lead the charge in transforming supporter insights into actionable outcomes that empower our mission to create a fairer, more equal world.
This is a role for someone who thrives on turning complex data into compelling narratives and actionable insights. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, you’ll lead the Reporting and Analysis function, harnessing the power of data to strengthen ActionAid’s fundraising performance and supporter engagement strategies. This role will be heading up the Reporting and Analysis Team part of the Data Team, this consists of three sections: Data Warehouse, Data Management & Reporting and Analysis. Championing informed decision making based on analytical insight and evidence as well as proactively engaging with staff to make the best use of the insights provided by reporting and analysis, challenging employees to seek improvement in performance identified through analysis

What We’re Looking For:
-Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL, Power BI, and Python to deliver impactful reporting and analysis (DAX to build dynamic reports in Power BI including semantic model design)
-Expertise in using data to influence fundraising and marketing strategies in a non-profit or similar environment.
-Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
-A proactive and collaborative mindset
-Strong statistical knowledge and experience developing model-based analyses (regression, survival, clustering etc)
The successful candidate will have strong statistical knowledge and experience developing model-based analyses (regression, survival, clustering etc), playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining a suite of supporter data reports, analysis and models to help build our understanding of ActionAid’s supporters and fundraising performance, and to use this insight to influence, improve and challenge fundraising and supporter engagement strategies.
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be asked to participate in criminal records checks at the point of offer.

The NFCC is a charity and membership organisation, representing all Fire and Rescue Services across the UK. We are the professional voice of fire and rescue services.
The NFCC is seeking to grow and diversify its income so we can be more sustainable into the future, better equipped to deliver against our charitable objects.
To support this mission, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive our new commercial strategy and increase our income from business and commercial activity.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, forward thinking, team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and a real passion to deliver as part of an expanding team with ambitious growth plans.
You will have significant experience in business development and / or income generation with a proven track record of generating income and meeting targets with strong commercial awareness.
You will have excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of senior stakeholders including members, potential members, Charity Trustees, commercial suppliers and more widely.
You will be confident in managing, inspiring and engaging with both external and internal stakeholders and be a flexible and committed team player.
Main Role Responsibilities
To work with the Head of Commercial and Events on the development of the commercial strategy with the support of Trustees, the senior leadership team, members and other staff and stakeholders as necessary
To be responsible for identifying and delivering key income streams, as outlined in the commercial strategy to meet agreed financial targets and KPIs.
To manage existing and develop new relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfactions whilst achieving and maximising income opportunities.
Measure and evaluate the success of the commercial strategy business development and income generation workstreams.
To represent the NFCC to corporate audiences and at corporate events, delivering pitches and presentations.
To continually be researching new business opportunities for specific target markets.
To develop new corporate partnerships through relationship building.
To be responsible for the account management of appropriate partnerships and provide the highest level of relationship management.
Preparation of reports, briefing papers and other information on various matters, when required.to the senior management team and Trustees including liaison with senior members and officers across the National Fire Chiefs Council, other relevant staff across Fire and Rescue Services.
Act as liaison and first point of contact for commercial enquiries into the NFCC and dealing with them as appropriate. Enquiries may be from within the organisation, other fire and rescue services or elsewhere.
To create and assist in the drafting of timely and well-informed reports, business cases and provide advice regarding commercial developments.
Develop an effective network with Fire and Rescue Service sector groups and other internal and external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain management processes and systems that provide for clear and understandable management information.
