We are seeking an experienced fundraiser to equip our organisation with the financial resources needed to meet our objectives. The post-holder will lead on growing our charitable income across all funding streams, maximising supporter engagement and fulfilling operational duties, such as overseeing a fit-for-purpose database.
This is a new role with a significant input into our plans and strategies for the future. The successful candidate will report to the CEO and oversee most fundraising income generation.
The Fundraiser will build positive relationships to secure significant income, develop links specifically with churches and individuals and bring in regular/targeted income through recurring donations, fundraising campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will have experience covering several areas including Individual Giving; Churches, Fundraising Appeals/Campaigns as well as experience in managing the operational aspects of fundraising (database, compliance with codes of practice and fundraising regulations, creating campaigns). Through this, you will assist the whole organisation in our commitment to showing kindness, raising self-belief and inspiring hope for the future in the individuals we serve.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with Senior Leadership Team to develop, deliver, and monitor a fundraising strategy for Pecan.
- Establish systems, procedures, proactive stewardship, and an engagement programme to provide the highest levels of service to Pecan’s supporters.
- Assist with setting up a CRM database with responsibility and maintaining appropriate data capture for the purpose of effective stewardship, fundraising and communications.
- Work with Senior Leadership to develop an Individual Giving and Acquisition strategy that drives growth for individual giving across multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
- Pioneer and develop a broad range of relationships with churches, organisations, and denominations across Southwark, with support from the CEO.
Key Requirements (specific skills, qualifications required):
- Experience of all fundraising methods
- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to balance competing priorities
- Experience working on either eTapestry, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce or Donorfy CRM systems

Through a partnership with Shooters Hill College, we have secured funding for a Young People’s Counsellor. The successful candidate will provide individual, face-to-face counselling support in weekly 50-minute sessions to students attending Shooters Hill College who require support with their mental health and/or wellbeing.
You will be a qualified counsellor with experience of working with young people. You will understand the importance of caseload management, service evaluation and will be familiar with impact and outcomes measurement of counselling interventions. These will be carried out at the beginning and end of therapy and throughout the duration of the service using appropriate clinical measurement tools and a satisfaction survey. You will also have experience of using CRM databases.
You will need to be organised and have the confidence to communicate effectively with a range of people. A flexible can-do attitude and a calm, problem-solving approach is also essential for this role. This is an exciting new role at Centre 33 and will play a key role to support the advancement and successful implementation of an operational plan to fundraise across Corporate and Community opportunities.

In delivering the role, you will provide efficient administrative and organisational support for YMCA Dialogue. This role will sit alongside colleagues from West Sussex County Council and Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust in the Single Point of Access (SPoA) for emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people across West Sussex.

An opportunity to provide practical, emotional, and financial support for anyone affected by chronic kidney disease. You will engage with kidney patients, their families, and carers as a source of information, support, and advocacy, in order to improve care and wellbeing outcomes for patients.

As a trusted member of our senior leadership team you will be driving impact for the more than 4,000 people we work with each year by:

Job Summary
CAAS provide an ADHD and Autism Support Service for the 8 boroughs of NW London, from our base in Eastcote, with a team of Support Workers. Our work includes offering information, advice, and support to ADHD / autistic people, their families, and professionals in NW London, with the aim of improving quality of life and developing neurodiverse-aware communities. Some of the support is offered through one2one meetings, some of the support is provided through groups and courses which aim to increase understanding and awareness, and provide opportunities for peer support, and some of the support is offered through training and workshops to educate professionals and drive for accommodations to be made to services to allow greater access for our client group.
As Director of Services, you will work closely with the CEO, leading on the management of the Adult Services, Youth Services and Family Services workstreams within the charity, ensuring the high quality service provision for which we are known. The role sits within the senior leadership team at CAAS, alongside the Finance Director, and manages the Youth Services Manager, the Family Services Manager and the Adult Services Manager, who in turn manage around 20 staff between them.
The Director of Services provides a crucial role in ensuring the infrastructure and operational workings of the charity are effective for the more than 30 staff we employ, and the more than 11,000 instances of support we provide each year. Therefore, we are looking for a capable, calm, self-motivated, organised and hard-working Services professional who has worked in a management role directly responsible for service delivery in another charity.
The role requires strong organisation skills, excellent communication and relationship building skills, significant experience of operational service delivery, team leadership experience, the ability to articulate and drive our impact, and a good understanding of fundraising and monitoring requirements in a medium sized charity. Ultimately you will have the drive to ensure that everyone who works for us, and everyone who seeks support from us, has the best possible experience.
There is no requirement for any experience of delivering services that support ADHD / autistic individuals, as we will provide training, but it would be helpful to have a good understanding of the conditions, and the strengths and challenges they may bring. Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow Mind run an innovative crisis prevention service designed as a place for children and young people at risk of mental health crises to de-escalate and have access to a skilled staff team to support them. The Circle is open out of hours (3pm-11pm or 12pm-8pm weekends and holidays), 365 days a year, and has been designed to reduce the need for young people to attend A&E. Co-designed by young people, it is a friendly and accessible space.The mental health adviser role is key to the support that children and young people will receive on site, and you will have the opportunity to work with 5-18 year olds, as well as providing signposting and support to parents/carers and other agencies.
This Mental Health Adviser role would suit an experienced Mental Health Youth Worker, CAMHS support worker, Youth Counsellor, Child Wellbeing Practitioner, Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner, an Assistant Psychologist with some training in MH interventions like CBT, or other roles that have given you experience and skills in working with Children and Young People presenting with difficulties related to their Mental Health.
Key Responsbilities
- Work as part of a team dedicated to providing support to children and young people who are at risk of mental health crisis, or may otherwise attend A&E.
- Offer one to one support via drop in or appointments, and be child-centred in that support.
- Work alongside children and young people, their parents/carers and families in increasing self-management of presenting difficulties.
- Signpost anyone accessing the service to appropriate and local on-going support; and build up your knowledge and networks of such support.
- Understand and implement safeguarding procedures, and be familiar with safeguarding law, and how it applies to our work.
- Follow risk procedures, be familiar with completing risk assessments, and refer to on-call or senior managers appropriately.
You will have:
- A minimum of two years’ experience of supporting children and/young people in a mental health service or similar role in a paid or volunteer capacity, in a 1:1 and group setting
- An ability to form supportive relationships with families, and tailor support to individual need.
- A child-centred approach to work.
- Working knowledge of child and adult safeguarding.
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of equality and diversity issues and the ability to integrate into your work.
