Job Title: Eastern European Floating Support Worker
Location: Hybrid working with a requirement to occasionally work at Head Office (Vauxhall, London) and co-locations across London
Salary: £28,857.12 per annum inclusive of London weighting if applicable

We are recruiting for Floating Support Worker who will support the Ascent Pan London Service in building sustainable referral pathways and joint working protocols with a range of partners working with survivors of domestic abuse
You will provide capacity-building in the form of advice, advocacy, support, and briefings across the London boroughs to statutory agencies and community organizations around the needs of Eastern European domestic abuse survivors, to embed best practice across our communities.
It is desirable for candidates to be proficient in one or more Eastern European languages.
You will have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support to women as well as up-to-date knowledge of legislation relating to survivors of gender-based violence. You will have excellent casework skills, good written and verbal communication skills, clear professional boundaries and be a proactive team player. All candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the feminist values of empowerment and equality which underpin all of our work.
The post holder will provide a high-quality personal welfare support service to Eastern European survivors of domestic abuse and other forms of violence and abuse and their children. The post holder will empower Eastern European survivors by providing them with emotional and practical support, including support to access safe accommodation.
The post holder will provide capacity building in the form of advice, advocacy, support and briefings across the London boroughs to statutory agencies and community organizations around the needs of Eastern European domestic abuse survivors, to embed best practice across our communities.

Main Responsibilities:
- Events: Plan and deliver our corporate Thank You event in Autumn 2025 and support a calendar of Challenge events including small internal and community events run by different teams.
- Marketing & Communications: Create and schedule social media posts to promote events and highlght supporter engagement. Ensure communications and marketing are regularly updated.
- Corporate Engagement: Help coordinate and host corporate site visits, and maintain data records of coporate contacts and activity on our database.
Key Requirements (specific skills, qualifications required):
- Strong experience of organising or supporting in-person events (e.g. fundraising, corporate or community)
- Confident using digital tools including Microsoft Office, and able to update websites (e.g. WordPress, and using tools like Eventbrite, Mailchimp or Canva)
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills - able to build rapport with a wide range of people

Desirable knowledge/expertise
- Working or volunteering in a charity or community organisation

The Direct Marketing Manager (Retention) is responsible for shaping and delivering new and existing supporter journeys for individual, community and legacy donors, and leading a programme of improvement across all major contact points between the organisation and the public. Responsibilities
- Collaborative Strategy Execution: Works closely with the UK Managing Director, incorporating programmatic priorities for developing key funding partnerships, to align and execute the trusts and foundations fundraising strategy.
- Strategic Growth & Income Diversification: Supports the development of and executes a growth strategy to increase trust and foundation income, leveraging both existing and new opportunities, including institutional fundraising and government funding where relevant.
- Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Proactively identifies, researches, and cultivates new trust and foundation prospects to expand the current portfolio and drive significant new revenue growth in alignment with fundraising targets.
- Relationship Management & Stewardship: Establishes, nurtures, and manages strong relationships with trust and foundation donors, ensuring tailored engagement, timely reporting, and strategic alignment with donor priorities to maximize long-term support.

The Data Selections and Reporting Officer will work with teams across ARUK to deliver accurate data selections and segmentations for ARUK’s communications. This includes ensuring data selections are scheduled, developed, tested and checked, and delivered in accordance with the agreed briefs and deadlines.
This is an exciting time to join ARUK as we have launched Salesforce and use the Snowflake Data Cloud to develop our selections in. Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
· Aid in the scheduling and delivery of data selections through the Selections Calendar to ensure clarity on what data selections are upcoming, managing any potential clashes and planning and prioritizing workload

Overall Duties of the Fostering Recruitment Manager will include:
- Managing local recruitment in line with the local recruitment strategy

In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager Prospect Research to effectively implement the pipeline management strategy. What you'll need to succeed in this role:
This role will suit someone with an eye for detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, who is proactive and comfortable providing insight and sharing new ideas and best practice.
You will have:
· Significant experience of delivering high standards of prospect research within a fundraising context, including proactively identifying prospects from a variety of sources.

The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week).
