Whether it’s improving email performance, boosting engagement, or supporting income targets, your work will play a key part in helping us grow and evolve.

You will be contracted to our London Hub, Haig House. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fundraising Administrator to join one of our charity clients for a12 month contact. 

The Role:

You will be the backbone of the philanthropy team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks and providing vital support in managing donor relationships. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Philanthropy team.
• Coordinate meetings for key groups, including arranging logistics, communicating invitations, and distributing papers and minutes.
• Serve as an alternative point of contact for team enquiries, managing the general email inbox and directing enquiries appropriately.
• Assist team leads with administrative tasks, including biographies, letters, and receipts.
• Support donors by providing information on events and addressing their enquiries.

• Contribute to the quarterly newsletter by collating news pieces on the Award and events.

Our Adventure Playground Manager plays an integral role within our Children, Young People and Families team, supporting our Head of Service to create inspiring, high quality and child focused youth and play services. About the role

As one of two Regional Programmes Manager, you’ll inspire and lead a team of Senior Programmes Officers and Kinship Family Workers to effectively deliver high quality support services for kinship families across Greater London, the South of England and the Midlands.

You’ll do this by working in close collaboration with local authority teams who have commissioned our services and other funders where appropriate.

You’ll have accountability and ownership for ensuring we deliver impactful services for kinship carers and that we meet targets for our commissioned services. Working collaboratively with our other managers in other services, you’ll ensure we’re delivering high impact programmes.

You’ll ensure your team have real clarity and direction on their role and responsibilities - encouraging curiosity, learning and solutions-focused thinking. As a leader in the organisation, you are a key model for the team.

Your team will deliver the following programmes:

• Kinship Connected – in-person one-to-one support and support groups in the community
• Kinship Reach – remote one-to-one support and virtual support groups
• Kinship Ready – online workshops to prepare new and prospective special guardians for their role, as well as wraparound one-to-one support (in one local authority)

You will also manage a new role of Grants Officer - London, funded by the Aviva Foundation.

As one of our deputy safeguarding leads, you’ll be part of our key safeguarding structure.  This means you’ll take ownership to make sure our people feel confident and well supported to demonstrate best practice and making sure safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of programmes, supporting mostly home-based Senior Programmes Workers and Kinship Family Workers to ensure high quality, consistent and impactful programme delivery.

Essential requirements include:

• Substantial experience in managing a regional service or programme with high quality outputs (national experience desirable but not essential).
• Substantial experience of managing, developing and evaluating effective and innovative services for families experiencing crisis and experience in reaching ‘hidden communities’ and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience of leading and managing continuous improvement in changing contexts.
• Experience of governance and managing risk on high profile service delivery.
• Experience of ensuring that services are designed and led with user needs at the heart, ensuring that the voices of our kinship carers inform ongoing design and development of our programmes.
• High quality digital and data literacy and using technology to help us to be better in our processes. You’ll have to own Salesforce and be a massive champion for the team. You will be accountable for ensuring they use it well.
• Substantial experience of leading high-performing service teams including managing wellbeing, development and performance.

The Photographers’ Gallery is seeking a permanent Finance Officer to join them in a newly created role at a time of growth and transformation.

The Photographers’ Gallery explores how photography is connecting, captivating and radically changing our world today. The Gallery’s programme and spaces – from exhibitions, talks, workshops and digital platforms to the café, shop and galleries – all explore the beauty, complexity, and future of photography. On the borders of busy Oxford Street and vibrant Soho, the Gallery is home to photography experts, novices and the photo-curious; artists and students; tourists and passers-by. With over 240,000 visitors annually, The Gallery is a key attraction within the arts and culture sector in the heart of London.

A newly created role to support in the growth of the organisation, the Finance Officer role is a pivotal position within the finance and wider team. As Finance Officer you will play an important part in creating a robust and innovative financial service delivery to TPG and TPGE staff. You will support with day-to-day financial transactions and a range of accounting tasks in liaison with the Finance Manager, Head of Finance, and wider non-finance stakeholders.

A summary of key duties is as below:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

You will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the organisation. Working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure all financial systems are implemented effectively while ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards. In addition, you will assist the Finance Manager in maintaining a functional and safe office environment in accordance with employment and health and safety laws. 

 Key duties:

 Financial:

 Accounts Payable

• Manage the day-to-day accounts payable activity to support the organisation's short-term obligations owed to its creditors or suppliers, including but not limited to: 
• Utilise cloud-based software to manage supplier invoice activity.
• Dealing with external creditor and supplier queries. 
• Assisting the Finance Manager with supplier contract renewals.
• Manage and reconcile expense activity across all business cards utilising cloud-based software where appropriate. 
• Resolve accounting discrepancies.

Account Receivable

• Manage the day-to-day accounts receivable activity between the organisation and its clients, customers, and donors, including but not limited to: 
• Process all incoming post and utilise the CRM database to record any fundraising income.

IPSEA is the leading charity in the field of special educational needs and disability (SEND) law in England, and we provide free and independent legal advice and support to families of children and young people with SEND. We also provide training on the SEND legal framework, and we influence policy at both a local and national level.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Trusts and Philanthropy Officer to join our small, ambitious fundraising team. IPSEA has a proven track record of successfully securing grants, and this is a new role designed to help strengthen and grow IPSEA’s income from charitable Trusts and Foundations. You will be responsible for researching new funding opportunities, preparing and submitting tailored applications and reports, and managing relationships with existing funders through thoughtful and timely stewardship. You will also support the early development of strategies in major gifts and wider philanthropy. 

This role is an opportunity to play a key role in our future fundraising strategy and help secure long-term financial sustainability for our services. 

You will work remotely, with occasional travel required for essential meetings approximately 4-5 times per year.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Reprieve’s dynamic Development Team to secure vital income to power our high-impact human rights work. Working across both Reprieve and Reprieve US, you will make a real impact by focusing on Government and Trusts and Foundation donors. With proven fundraising experience, you will bring specialist expertise in at least one of these fundraising disciplines.

Length and Salary

This is a full-time role, on a permanent contract. The annual salary is £42,193 full-time per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.

Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we ask staff to work two days per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home. However, we are open to discussions on a flexible working arrangement on a case-by-case basis. This is a role that may require travel and work outside of core office hours from time to time, for example for donor events.

We are looking for a proactive Rent Services Partner to join the dynamic and friendly Rent Service Team, playing a key role in the organisation to support clients to rebuild their lives. This busy team processes Housing Benefit payments from 55 local authorities in the UK for up to 4000 St Mungo’s residents; and collect over £45 million in rent and service charge. 

In the role of Rent Service Partner, you will:

• Deliver a high quality rent collection and arrears recovery service, supporting our clients by working towards minimising rent arrears and maximising client income.
• Complete accurate court applications and present cases to court. 
• Oversee a busy and varied case load of rent arrears cases ensuring outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.
• Provide an accurate, sensitive and responsive rent account enquiry and information service.
•  Work closely with key stakeholders, being the lead liaison with Local Authorities for a designated caseload.

You will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations. 

About you

We are looking for someone with good problem solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team. If you can demonstrate the below, we encourage you to apply.

• Experience of working in a rent service, income collection or credit control team and overseeing a case load of rent arrears cases providing quality advice and support in a busy target driven role.
• Experience of presenting cases to court and knowledge of the court system and legal process relating to debt recovery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective liaison with tenants, internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability of using relevant software packages (e.g. Pyramid Rent Accounting) and other IT applications and databases, such as Microsoft Office.
