This role presents a great opportunity for a candidate with strong administrative, communication and team-working skills to join the Strategic Partnerships team at the RAF’s leading welfare charity. The Strategic Partnerships team manages the Fund’s relationships with corporate partners who play a vital role in making the Fund’s work possible. The team also develops and markets new fundraising offerings as well as identifying, researching and engaging with new corporate partners who will help the Fund stand side-by-side with the RAF Family in years to come.

This is an ideal role for a candidate already working in the charity sector and wishing to develop their skills in an active partnerships team, or for a candidate interested in transferring their skills into the charity sector. This role is an important one in supporting activity across the team, and particularly the work of the Strategic Partnerships Managers, with a focus on administrative support as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will enable the team to build relationships and meet ambitious fundraising targets, allowing the charity to change the lives of beneficiaries facing hardship now and in the future.

The role will be office based at our London HQ, with a minimum of three days working in the office per week. The successful candidate for this role will need to prove they have the right to work in the UK.

About the role:

This part-time role is an enhancement to the existing One-Stop-Shop (OSS) with a specific focus on families, which brings together a range of organisations to work together in one location to offer advice and services to victims and survivors of domestic abuse. Currently the service operates 1 -2 day per week, offering specialist multi-agency support and with this enhancement of provision, this will enable an increase in the days the OSS is open and available, including the OSS Co-ordinator also being based in a greater variety of locations such as family hubs.

The One Stop Shop Coordinator will coordinate a range of organisations e.g. solicitors, housing, by-and-for organisations, DWP to work together in one location to offer advice and support service to victim survivors of domestic abuse. Their interaction with families will include being the first point of contact for families when they are entering the OSS, advising mothers of their rights and options for seeking help and support from other agencies and direct them to the most appropriate service and, proactively assessing the needs and safety of children and women to ensure that any risks/needs identified are addressed.

A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential

About You:

To be successful as the One Stop Shop Co-ordinator you will need the below experience and skills:

A thorough understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence (physical, emotional and sexual violence, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families and communities.

Knowledge and understanding of the needs of women and children who are or have experienced domestic abuse and the practical and emotional support needs specific to this group including, education, confidence and relationship building.

Experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a

range of stakeholders as well as experience of working within in multi-agency environment.

The ability to build and maintain a welcoming and safe environment where women, young people and community representatives can access support and make new connections.

Ability to develop and implement efficient administration processes for the smooth running of the OSS.

Are you passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities and autistic people affected by sexual violence?

Respond is looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Specialist ISVA to support and lead our ISVA team, working with adults with complex needs. You’ll hold a caseload, offer trauma-informed advocacy, and help shape our ISVA services alongside the ISVA Manager.

This is a key role for someone ready to take the next step in service development, frontline support, and sector collaboration.

Operations Officer 

Location: Home-based, with a minimum of every other week travel into our London Office (Islington)

Responsible to: Governance, HR and Operations Manager 

Responsible for: N/A 

Salary: Point 27-30, £30,116- £33,083 (a London Allowance will be applied to employees who live in London) 

We are pleased to offer a starting salary at the beginning point of the salary band. This position offers opportunities for salary increases based on performance and tenure. 

Hours: 35 Hours per week

About the role:

Respect is looking to expand our Operations team with this new Operations Officer role. We’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience in scheduling meetings, HR administration, and coordinating internal and external correspondence with a variety of stakeholders. You must have a strong understanding of GDPR and Microsoft packages and be able to prioritise a busy workload in a fast-changing working environment. Ideally you will have some previous experience of minute-taking as well as inventory and supply management.

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH) are hiring for two Senior Fundraising Executives to join our direct dialogue team. One is a brand-new position and the other has come up following an internal move.

Our dialogue team work with a range of different agencies to deliver our face to face fundraising campaigns. These campaigns help fundraise to change children’s lives every single day. 

These roles are known internally as Senior Individual Giving Executive – Direct Dialogue.

Salary

The salary for this position is £36,654 per annum and we operate a hybrid working model of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.

Key Responsibilities

This is a varied role encompassing:

• Campaign management for rolling fundraising activities. 
• Defining campaign briefs and working closely with the Senior Management to deliver campaigns across door to door, private site, and street 
• Managing relationships with third party agencies. 
• Utilising data analytics to create reports and insights across all dialogue activity. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous project management experience, ideally within fundraising. 
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to do v-lookups, pivot tables and manipulate data. 
• Relationship management experience. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Exrerience working within the charity sector is beneficial for this role, but not essential.
