We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join our team as a Senior PA to provide PA and administrative support to both our People and Culture Director and Advocacy and Influence Director. You will join us working 35 hours per week, on a permanent basis and will be based remotely. In return you will receive a salary of up to £36,649 per annum plus excellent benefits.

The People and Culture Directorate is made up of a number of key departments at Cats Protection who work together to support the work and wellbeing of our volunteers and employees to help even more cats and have an even greater impact on cat welfare.
The newly formed Advocacy and Influence Directorate is made up of five key departments that will bring together and amplify our voice to increase our reach and influence, driving societal and legislative change to improve cat welfare across the UK.
Responsibilities of our Senior PA:
As our Senior PA you will provide secretariat to Connect, which forms part of Connecting for Cats, Cats Protection’s consultation and engagement programme. You will provide an office management function ensuring that office systems and processes run smoothly whilst improving as appropriate; help plan, attend and service meetings with both the People and Culture Director and Advocacy and Influence Director including producing agendas, meeting papers and minutes and organise and manage electronic diaries, arrange internal and external meetings and coordinate travel arrangements. This is a busy and diverse role where you will be engaging with internal and external stakeholders. You will be working to tight deadlines and work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive.

The role:
We believe Street Child has a huge opportunity to achieve even more growth in the Corporate Partnerships sector by diversifying our coverage and relationships into new industries and growth markets. The New Business Manager role will play a key role in leading our New Business activity outside of our existing portfolio. Reporting to our recently appointed Senior Manager for Partnership and New Business, your role will involve:
1. Core New Business activity: Researching and development of prospect lists for priority industries to implement New Business campaigns capable of securing multi-year high value partnerships. Responsibility for building Street Child’s network of corporate relationships and growing pipeline of corporate partnership opportunities.
2. Partnership and proposition development: Working closely with our colleagues in the Corporate Partnerships and Global Programme Funding teams to develop engaging and impactful partnership plans and project propositions, focusing on priority countries and programmes to support Street Child’s strategy and mission.
3. Corporate engagement with events: Utilising the portfolio of events Street Child has across the year to engage and steward corporate relationships, including Street Child owned events and external events including the World Economic Forum and UN General Assembly.
4. Supporting on cross-organisational fundraising activations: Leading on new corporate engagement activities, including new fundraising and sponsorship activations, to support cross-organisational initiatives including our Spring Gala, annual Back to School Campaign and other key milestones throughout the year.
Key activities in this role:
- Development of New Business engagement plans – identifying, researching, engaging and cultivating new corporate prospects and relationships;
- Implementing ambitious New Business campaigns to target priority industries, including the oversight of prospecting and marketing mapping activity;
- Management of new business pipeline and prospect lists, including use and maintenance of corporate prospects data on CRM;
- Close collaboration with Partnership Development and Account Management teams to promote best practice corporate donor stewardship and partnership delivery;
- Active networking and attending various international events to maximise New Business opportunities;
- Consistent, proactive New Business activity via Street Child networks and cold approaches;
- Searching for suitable open corporate partnership opportunities/calls to apply to and working with colleagues to submit high quality applications;
- Supporting our corporate advocacy events, including inviting new corporate attendees for Street Child events - and working with colleagues to help plan/strategise Street Child presence as appropriate (including Davos, UNGA);
- Working with colleagues to develop our corporate propositions – both fundraising products and exciting, innovative new project proposals alongside our Programme Funding teams.

This is an exciting new role in the Fundraising Team. The Digital Fundraising and Engagement Manager will play a key role in enhancing the charity’s online fundraising presence, leveraging our digital channels to drive awareness of the impact, and the need to engage both existing and potential supporters in fundraising initiatives and putting the donor at the centre of what we do.
The Digital Fundraising and Engagement Manager will lead, and project manage online appeals and campaigns, sometimes alongside offline campaigns each year and will be key to improving the way the charity fundraises digitally through both fundraising and awareness.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting role for an experienced campaigner (5-7+ years) to lead the design, development and delivery of a new campaign exposing the food security, environmental, climate, health and human right abuses and global injustice issues linked to the production and use of synthetic fertilisers.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Working closely with the Director of Campaigns, the Executive Director and other senior colleagues, lead the design and development of Feedback’s new campaign on industrial, fossil-fuel based agriculture reliant on synthetic fertilisers, formulating robust and striking policy positions and campaign asks that will result in socially equitable outcomes. During your first three months at Feedback you will:
a. Create an internal knowledge base on key aspects of fertiliser production and use based on a comprehensive review of the relevant technical and scientific literature;
b. Conduct supply chain mapping and scoping on corporate structures, ownership and market dynamics;
c. Build a network of allies supportive of our core objectives;
d. Build understanding of the interface between the livestock and fertiliser agendas.
2. Project manage implementation of Feedback’s fossil agriculture/ synthetic fertiliser campaign, which we currently plan to launch at COP29 in Azerbaijan;
3. Undertake research and analysis and produce high quality written campaign materials including reports, briefings, factsheets and open letters;
4. Produce written content for Feedback’s social media channels (e.g. blogs, posts);
5. Monitor key market and political/regulatory developments;
6. Build strategic relationships with journalists and represent Feedback in the media;
7. Engage at senior level with corporate executives and institutional representatives;
8. Represent Feedback at external meetings and conferences to engage and influence decision makers;
9. Participate in civil society coalitions and build a strong and effective network of like-minded organisations supportive of our work;
10. Commission research and manage external contractors where required;
11. Track and evaluate campaign impact;
12. Manage campaign budget and provide updates on campaign highlights to donors as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential requirements:

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Sustrans as part of the UK-wide Volunteering Team, as the lead representative for Northern Ireland.
As the Volunteering Development Manager, you will support the development of key volunteering initiatives and projects both across the UK and Northen Ireland. You will play a key role in supporting colleagues in Northern Ireland to identify opportunities to embed volunteering across their work.
Contributing to Sustrans 5-year volunteering strategy aims, you will work closely with the Head of Volunteering to shape and implement this within Northern Ireland.

What we can offer you:
Salary: Circa £75,240 - £79,302 per annum, negotiable dependant on experience.
Location: Remote role. Although staff predominantly work from home, we place huge value on working as a team and supporting each other.There is an expectation that AvMA staff will get together in person at least three times a year at the office, currently in Croydon; the Staff Days are well structured, collegiate and help the organisation to maintain the emphasis on playing as a team.
Hours of work: You will be contracted hours are 35 hours per week (full time)
Pension: AvMA also offer a stakeholder pension where the charity will provide a 5% contribution based on qualifying earnings if the employee pays in at least 3%.
Holiday: 25 days a year (full time), plus bank holidays. An additional day’s leave is acquired for each year of service up to five days. In addition, the office closes over the Christmas break for 3 days, for which annual leave does not have to be taken.

Job Purpose
This role sits within our crisis alternative service, Safe Space, which is an out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. The service operates 365 days a year from 12:00 (midday)-11:30pm across all of our boroughs.

Post Summary
Free Tibet is a small but effective campaign organisation based in south London. We’re looking for a Fundraising Manager who can transform our routine fundraising and lead expert strategies for income generation. This role is best suited to an experienced fundraiser who is confident in managing multiple streams of income and a small team. We are currently implementing a pay grading system at Free Tibet, offering increases with each year of service. The salary for this position starts at up to £45,000 based on the successful candidate’s experience.
Location
Our main office is in Brixton, south London.
