About the team
Part of our Strategy Enablement Directorate, the Data & Insight Team delivers high quality data and database management, administrative services and business insight to the department and other teams across Shelter. Custodians of supporter data for its full life cycle, running through everything we do is a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data quality and embedding a culture of standards, both in terms of compliance and best practice across the department. We work closely with the wider team including our Head of Data and Insight, Data Architects, Data Engineers and Insight Analysts to help Shelter achieve its organisational strategy in helping the fight to end homelessness.
About the role
The Lead Insight Analyst plays a crucial role in leading the production of meaningful narrative & insight to enable Shelter to effectively measure and evidence performance and impact. Working with a range of technology and platforms, they will ensure insight is delivered to meet stakeholder needs whilst identifying areas for growth, increased investment opportunities and surfacing risks or challenges within activities. They will oversee the development & provision of insight products in a range or formats including PowerBI dashboards, written reports and presentations, to support planning and delivery of strategic outcomes and the delivery of the indicator framework. This role will also oversee and line manage a small team of Insight/Business Intelligence Analysts to ensure robust performance opportunities and develop the team – all a part of supporting Shelter in its fight to end homelessness.

About you
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to join the Data and Insight team as a Lead Insight and Business Intelligence Analyst. You’ll have advanced experience of data management processes and principles, as well as being experienced in the use of PowerBI and other data analytics/visualisation tools (such as Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.). Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are a must, as is the ability to effectively communicate and write for both a technical and a user audience. As well as this, we’re looking for an individual who has the ability to lead and manage a small team, and proven ability to engage and work cross-functionally.
You’ll have knowledge of CRM Applications (e.g MS Dynamics) and Data Warehouse solutions (e.g Azure), as well as extensive experience in producing insight and data models for different audiences. What’s more, you’ll have working knowledge of data protection legislation, project management methodologies and agile ways of working – all a key part to success in this role.

The UK Humanitarian Innovation Hub (UKHIH) is looking to recruit a Communications and Engagement Manager for a Maternity Cover for up to 1 year.
In this role you will have the opportunity to lead processes and activities in support of the design and delivery of the UK Humanitarian Innovation Hub’s (UKHIH) global communications and engagement strategy under the direction and guidance of the UKHIH Director.
The role will require you to have strong campaign and project management skills and a passion for driving the conversation around humanitarian research and innovation by delivering integrated multi-channel communications campaigns to engage the key stakeholders and drive impact around our work.

Your application will need to demonstrate:
- Experience of planning and delivering multi-channel communications strategies in a way that is timely, targeted, impactful and ethical.

- Excellent track record of Experience of managing external communications suppliers and agencies.

About the role
The senior marketing manager is a new role within the community and events function at Breast Cancer Now. We have ambitious plans for growth across this area of fundraising and believe that this role will be pivotal to the success of this.
With a team of two including a manager and an officer, this role will support the teams’ delivery of the existing marketing portfolio, including community fundraising activity and a range of third-party events. In addition, this role will also oversee the overarching campaign for the Pink Ribbon Walk series, the charity’s flagship walking product. We have ambitious growth plans for the series in 2025 and will be adding another venue to the portfolio as well as increasing participation at each of our existing venues. This role will also lead on the development and delivery of engaging marketing concepts and campaigns to maximise the potential of new fundraising products.
Working collaboratively with teams across the charity, this role will further embed community and events fundraising as core function in the fundraising portfolio. As the expert voice of marketing across community and events, the post holder will support their direct line reports as well as a vibrant team spread across four offices and will work with other marketers in the organisation as well as in house teams such as digital and brand.
About you
An experienced marketeer, you’ll be an expert in promoting fundraising products with a keen eye for detail and creative flair. Your knowledge of dynamic and ambitious six-figure marketing campaigns will enable you to lead the team to success across a variety of projects. You’ll understand the need to approach campaigns on a national and regional level to ensure they speak and engage relevant audiences.
You’ll have experience of working with external digital and OOH marketing agencies to deliver effective and engaging campaigns, and you’ll feel confident in ensuring the charity’s best interests are always at the heart of their work. You’ll also be confident in generating owned and earnt media to support holistic campaign activity.
Your proven track record for developing a strategic and thorough approach to marketing has resulted in joined-up, engaging and thoughtful campaigns delivered across a range of on and offline platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to coordinate an 18-month project exploring how we can operationalise a new in-work poverty benchmark for employers in London. This benchmark, developed by the Social Market Foundation, has the potential to improve the lives of low paid workers, building on the success of the Living Wage campaigns
The in-work poverty benchmark project is a new and exciting pilot project at the Living Wage Foundation. We want this person to build a case for employers going further than our existing accreditations and taking a more holistic approach to tackling in work poverty. This role would help us develop the pilot through employer case studies and extensive stakeholder engagement with a view to launching a new vehicle to recognise employers who adopt the in-work poverty benchmark.
Three key parts of the role would be working with:
- Our Membership team and our Operations and Insights team: to scope out and enhance their capacity to support employers to implement the benchmark through e.g. workshops, provision of guidance and /or new ways of working with employers.
- The cross organisational Making London a Living Wage City (MLLWC) team to build upon the successes and networks of this project and align where helpful to encourage London employers to go further
- London based community organisers to ensure that the experiences and stories of low paid workers are a primary driver of the case for change and how we develop this work.

You will manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms and website as well as maintain the charity’s website, ensuring it stays updated, accessible, and reflective of our mission.
You will conduct digital assessments for Carers to determine their needs—whether they require devices, internet access, or digital skills training and provide 1:1 support to help Carers navigate the digital world with confidence.
Additionally, you will lead group training sessions on topics such as basic digital skills, using online services, and staying safe online.

We are looking for an individual with an intelligence background who has a passion for preventing modern slavery and human trafficking (MSHT), creating and delivering intelligence products, has human rights, ESG, and/or financial crime knowledge. Our prevention program team also regularly interacts with individuals at high risk of being trafficked and therefore robust safeguarding is essential.
Our Intelligence Team research and produce our Exploitation Analytics service – a suite of reports containing actionable insight that our clients utilise to find potential bad actors operating within their transaction monitoring systems. We also offer a Business Resilience package to help companies mitigate the risk of potential exploitation within supply chains and operations through intelligence sharing and practical guidance.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate who will build partner and client relationships, develop our current team members, and continue to innovate our offering to better prevent and disrupt human trafficking.
Responsibilities:
- Leading our work to develop strategic and tactical insights that will enable a spectrum of actors (business, banks, law enforcement) to prevent MSHT. This may include safeguarding potential victims or victims.
- Providing expertise to support our team of managers who deliver the above reporting and consulting to commercial organisations.
- Effectively pitching our products and services to secure new clients and increase our impact.
- Nurturing and developing existing commercial relationships and collaborations.
- Ability to manage and set targets, and report on progress regularly.
- Developing new offerings that increase the effectiveness and impact of our work, turning intelligence into relevant actionable insight for commercial clients.
- Supporting our internal MEL lead to document and evidence the impact of our intelligence services.
- Participating in public-facing events to promote STOP THE TRAFFIK and engage different audiences in this fight.
- Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Team to strategically develop our organisation and drive sustainable growth.
- Direct line management and leadership of Intelligence Managers.
- Promoting collaborations across all teams in an agile manner.
