• You will act as an expert advisor to people across the organisation making sure that EDI principles are embedded across all areas of our organisational delivery. You will provide advice and guidance for staff, volunteers, people who use our services and other stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for developing and writing our strategic EDI plans. Researching, delivering and monitoring action plans in collaboration with the senior management team and our specialist working groups.

• Be a self-starter who can also work collaboratively within a multi-functional team and across Directorates;
• Have an understanding of the benefits of creating equity of access to health care and the importance of meeting the needs of under represented groups.

• Be able to understand data and communicate insight in understandable ways
• Present to small and large groups, remotely and face to face

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Centre Manager to lead our Wellbeing Centre in the heart of Partington. This is not just any role; it's an opportunity to make a real impact! Overall purpose

The Programme Admissions Officer will be responsible for processing student applications, including conducting initial calls, checking eligibility and signposting where applicable. They would then flag new applicants with the relevant programme. This role is the gateway to accessing our services.

• Monitoring and processing new and incoming applications, which includes:
  • Conducting initial calls with new applicants to determine their individual pathway and eligibility for Breaking Barriers’ programmes
  • Prioritising students according to Breaking Barriers’ eligibility criteria and flagging with relevant programmes in order to support enrolments
  • Providing university and career guidance and advice
  • Providing learning plans for all professionals aiming to requalify
  • Providing guidance on the support they can access whilst on the waiting list for our programmes
  • Providing signposting for any students/clients needing additional support
  • Flagging any serious welfare concerns with line manager and/or the Safeguarding Team
• Ensuring all information is accurately recorded on Salesforce for new and existing Breaking Barriers’ clients
• Performing any Salesforce admin for the programmes as and when required
• Working with management to improve and enhance enrolment processes where necessary

You will maintain a good relationship with the students, schools and tutors through regular communication. You will offer advice and support on the student's next steps once the language programme has been completed.

The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) is the professional, educational and trade union body for the 65,000 Chartered Physiotherapists, support workers and students in the UK; and one of the largest representative bodies in healthcare.

In this role, you will be working collaboratively with other CSP organisers and colleagues across the wider Employment Relations and Union Services (ERUS) team, to support the continued development of the CSP as an effective trade union.

About the role: 

As Chief Executive Officer you will have overall responsibility for operational delivery and strategic development. This involves people leadership, financial planning including fundraising, internal and external communications and partnerships, effective use of data and information, and organisational development.

• Work closely with the Head of Creative to oversee delivery of creative provision, supporting and guiding staff to develop a high-quality programme for participants.

• Lead the staff team, including maintaining responsibility for recruitment, staff development and supervision, enabling the team to deliver high quality support and programmes for participants.

• Financial management, fundraising, budgeting, monitoring and reporting.

About you:
