Post Title: Young Women’s Worker
Location: The post will be based primarily at Kings College Hospital. However, all

About the opportunity
Critical to our mission, we are looking to recruit a South West and South East Programme Manager to be responsible for three geographical areas and the schools within them, and to support further geographical expansion. You will oversee your region’s Action Tutoring programmes, liaising with our partner schools and developing new school partnerships, whilst supporting your team of Programme Coordinators to engage pupils and support them to build relationships and retain a strong pool of volunteer tutors.
As a Programme Manager, you will line manage Programme Coordinators to ensure they effectively manage their caseload of schools, whilst driving the quality of programmes and ensuring that the delivery of programmes meets organisational KPIs. This role will take a lead on new school recruitment, regularly pitching to Senior Leaders within schools and managing school partnerships within your region to ensure Action Tutoring’s growth targets are met. Additionally, you will contribute to the wider leadership of the Action Tutoring programme team, lead on programme-specific projects to support the programme department's priorities and will be expected to support the wider learning and development needs of the Programme Coordinator team.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working with people who have a frontline role, gets energy from pitching to schools and wants to increase their management experience in an exciting and rapidly developing charity. Duties and responsibilities
· Oversee the delivery of all Action Tutoring programmes and corresponding work in the South West and South East; this currently includes Devon, Sussex and Bristol.

·Ensuring that the Programme Coordinator team accurately collects and records vital data for impact reporting purposes, through confident use of Action Tutoring’s database, processes and systems.
· Lead on reviewing and improving programme delivery in the South West and South East through regular visits to schools and programmes. Using data to reliably assess programme performance and engaging with quality assurance processes to drive impact.
· Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in Action Tutoring’s partner schools in the South West and South East, including members of the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring strong retention of school partnerships each academic year.
· Take a lead, with support from others in Action Tutoring, on networking in the South West and South East. This could include connecting and attending events with other charities, universities and other organisations to build Action Tutoring’s presence locally.
· Work closely with the Marketing, Communication and Engagement teams to establish and maintain volunteer recruitment opportunities and channels in the South West and South East.
· Develop strategies, meet with new leads and attend events to ensure a sufficient supply of high- quality tutors for your region, effectively managing your tutor pool and signing tutors up to programmes.
· Lead on projects that support the programme department’s priorities and strategy, dependent on your individual skills e.g. safeguarding, curriculum, data.
· Report and work closely with SMT, including presenting to SMT and attendance of biannual Programme Manager training days to add input to future development of programme delivery.
· Facilitate wider team or programme team training to support the learning and development needs of frontline staff.

· A*-C in maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent experience).

As a senior youth worker you will be part of the team at Carney’s community, involved in the running of the youth boxing sessions, youth club and bike workshop. The post will start before the lead youth worker is on maternity leave to allow you time to get to know the team, the young people and for effective handover when you will be given responsibility for overseeing the youth club and bike workshop sessions and work in partnership with the head coach to run the youth boxing sessions. Coram Parenting and Creative Therapy Service offers art, music and drama therapy, therapeutic parenting, clinical psychology and family therapy to children and families at our dedicated creative therapies centre and in schools. We work primarily with adoptive and connected carer families, and children who have low level mental health difficulties. We are a trauma-informed service and have specialist expertise in neuro-diversity and children with special education needs. The well-established team has a strong track record in therapeutic interventions, including music therapy, art therapy and narrative therapy based multi-family groups for younger children who are adopted or with a Special Guardianship Order. We have a purpose built therapy building and have recently built a music studio for our adolescent work. We work within very diverse communities and we consciously challenge ourselves and our practice, seeking at all times to be inclusive and anti-racist. About the role
We are seeking an experienced HCPC qualified Music Therapist to provide leadership, supervision and management of music therapists and other creative therapists in the service. You will carry out therapeutic multi-disciplinary assessments and music therapy interventions with adopted and Special Guardianship Order families. The post offers a unique opportunity to work alongside skilled creative and family therapists. The successful candidate will be experienced at working with managing and supervising therapists, developmental trauma, and child and family work and operates with initiative and responsiveness in a dynamic professional environment. A dynamic, friendly and innovative care and support business known for its life-changing services is looking for a dedicated and target driven Income and Housing Officer who can maximise the organisation's rental income collection, effectively manage rent arrears and deal with other breaches of the occupancy agreement.
Managing a patch of 400+ units across our services you will ensure that challenging rent collection targets are met but also that everything is done to avoid eviction. Your personal qualities are as important in this role as your work experience.
Working alongside Operational Colleagues, the Income and Housing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of generic Housing Management services across their patch with the main focus on Income Collection and some ASB management. You will be expected to meet tight KPI's increasing rent collection and carry out rent arrears actions at all stages from the initial warning letters to the eviction stage.
In order to effectively deliver the services listed above to their patch, the Income and Housing Officer will need to work closely with Contract Managers and Support Workers working within our projects to empower and enable them to carry out their responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite to the role. The post holder will be extremely flexible and have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time.
Fixed term contract of 6-9 months
Needs to be able to travel, some homeworking but priority is out on site visiting customers in their homes and having a presence in the community.

What you'll do:
Take responsibility for maximising rent collection across a defined patch of Look Ahead's portfolio of properties ensuring that rent collection targets are met and tenancies sustained
Advise operational teams on their support related arrears management activities, including holding local surgeries with tenants and staff, taking direct control of higher level and more complex arrears cases
Proactively monitor all current and former accounts within the defined patch and make recommendations to the Housing Manager for appropriate former accounts to be written off or referred to Look Ahead's debt collection agency

About you:
An understanding of the needs of customers who have experienced homelessness and who may also have support needs.
Excellent time management skills to systematically monitor arrears and complete other tasks in a logical and systematic way.
Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with vulnerable people in a sensitive , friendly and clear manner.
An understanding of how to effectively deal with breaches of occupancy such as anti-social behaviour and abandonment. .
The ability to communicate clearly with non -housing management staff and explain cases in a non technical way.
A logical approach to problem solving and a willingness to deal with problems quickly and efficiently.
A willingness to "go the extra mile" when working with our customers
