We are now looking for a motivated and efficient Project Manager to oversee our established outreach service in South Camden, which provides support to adults with mild-moderate learning disabilities and a range of other needs, including mental health and complex health needs.
The role will include coordinating and providing excellent person-centred care and support to service users, to enable people to live independently in their own home and be supported in all areas of day-to-day living. You will also oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to people with learning disabilities.
You will be involved in developing and implementing a range of creative and innovative new activity groups focusing on social interaction, learning and general wellbeing for service users with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and reducing reliance on 1:1 support.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable client group. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs would be an advantage. We are pleased to advertise for a Head of Death Penalty Projects- US to oversee our work against the death penalty in the United States of America.
Reprieve has worked against the death penalty since our founding. In recent years we have built a particular specialism in issues relating to lethal injection, the most popular execution method in the US. Lethal injection has been touted as more humane than other methods – a modern, clean, clinical way to execute. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Lethal injection executions go wrong more often than any other execution method, often resulting in prolonged and torturous executions, commonly known as “botched” executions. Through our work we aim to dispel the myth of the humane execution, working with allies across medicine, business and other sectors to end the misuse of medicines and medical technology in executions.
The existing portfolio of work includes litigation, investigation and analysis, corporate engagement, a wide range of public and private advocacy, and developing and maintaining world-leading expertise on execution methods, particularly the jurisprudence and science relevant to lethal injection.
Contract, location and salary
The role is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £59,226 per annum less any required deductions for tax and national insurance.Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work a minimum of 40% from the London office and the rest of the week from home. There is the opportunity for international travel in the role.

About the position
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced HR generalist to join a leading international anti-slavery organisation. You will be leading in a London-based HR and Operations team of four staff with high levels of autonomy and the ability to make a visible difference. Responsibilities
Lead the Global HR Function
· Lead on HR strategy and delivery across the global organisation – currently comprising approximately 85 staff in 10 countries

About the role
As the head of the team, you’ll be responsible for the development,
management and maintenance of IT across all 4 of our offices located across the UK. This includes the data centre, servers, printers, copiers, applications, telecoms, mobile communications, and IT security.
You’ll also be developing and implementing an IT strategy to support our strategic and operational plans. This includes responding to internal audit and the continuing of external accreditation such a Cyber Security Plus.
Furthermore, you’ll also be responsible for planning, managing and overseeing the activities and operations of your team of 8, to ensure continuous IT delivery and support to the charity.
About you
With your strong leadership and management skills, you’ll deliver excellent customer care as the IT team, have a strategic approach to understanding the direction of technology and how this can be used to our advantage.
Ideally, you’ll have worked in a similar role, with experience of managing budgets and projects, including the ability to deliver major IT and infrastructure projects. This includes being able to adapt quickly to new technology and organisational changes.

About the Role:
This role is a hybrid working role and is based at our Singer Street offices, Islington, London for a minimum of one day a week and home working, subject to operational demand. As a Deputy Head of Service you will assist the Head of Service (HoS) to deliver consistently safe, high-quality support for all service users across the Service and ensure contractual targets are met. You will deputise in the absence of the HoS.
- Assist the HoS to deliver a high-quality service across London, meeting funder requirements and deputising in HoS absence.
- Coordinate of the continuous improvement of the DA Service, ensuring consistent implementation across all aspects of the Service.
- Facilitate consultation across the teams and other key stakeholders to develop new and build on existing good practice, implement and support the strategic direction of the regional business plan.

About Our Client
In September 2024 The One Touch Switching Company ("TOTSCo") launched a revolutionary way for UK customers to switch their broadband and landline provider. TOTSCo was founded by the UK telecoms industry in June 2022 to help to introduce the One Touch Switching (OTS) service that all telecom providers should now be using to make it much easier for their customers to switch. TOTSCo is a member-owned and not-for-profit company whose purpose is to develop and operate a messaging platform (The TOTSCo Hub) which is central to OTS.
TOTSCo will recover its costs by charging industry members for use of the hub, and the anticipated annual turnover of the company is between £6m and £7m. TOTSCo has a team of over 25 people working on all aspects of OTS. In this role you'll get to work with a major technology firm that provides a managed service to TOTSCo.
Job Description
The Head of Finance is a core member of the organisation's structure and is a strategic partner to the CEO in all areas of finance. Responsibilities will include:
1. Job Purpose
- The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer, and comes with membership of the Executive Committee.
- The HoF is responsible for all financial control, reporting, statutory compliance and forecasting.
2. Manage the following functions including those that are outsourced providers (external accountants and managed service partner):
- Bookkeeping (outsourced)
- Annual external audit
- Operational banking relationship
- Cash flow and ensuring compliance with working capital requirements.
- Billing and debtor reconciliation (outsourced)
- Payroll including HMRC compliance and pension obligations. (outsourced)
- Complete VAT returns and ensure compliance with relevant compliance requirements.
- Monitor all spend against spend authorities.
- Draft statutory accounts in accordance with GAAP and applicable accounting standards.
- Develop or specify development of accounting systems as necessary to meet the changing requirements of the business.
- Ad-hoc analysis
3. Forecasting & Planning
- Prepare the following:
- An annualised budget and medium- and long-term forecast for agreement with the board including the charging model for customers.
- Monthly management accounts and variance analysis from budget including potential cash flow issue.
4. Stakeholders
- Support the following key stakeholder in fulfilling their roles:
- CEO
- Board
- Cost-centre managers.
- External and where appropriate Internal Audit.
- Audit and Risk Committee
- 3rd parties including bookkeeping.
5. Knowledge
- The following systems are used extensively within TOTSCo:
Excel
Xero (with Spotlight add-in for forecasting and reporting)
Approval Max
The Successful Applicant
- Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, ICAEW etc)
- 5+ years PQE, ideally in a commercial environment
- Can demonstrate working independently and as finance lead with board responsibilities. (Experience in a SME preferable).
What's on Offer
We would like to offer the successful candidate:
- £85,000 to £90,000
- Home base, with occasional travel to London

Reporting to the Director of Resources key responsibilities will include:
- Overall leadership of the accounting function including transactional processing, business partnering and financial reporting.
- Lead on the finance transformation plan, ensuring robust financial controls and processes are in place.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant and have previous experience of working at this level within a finance function.
