The Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive impactful results for our charity partners. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
- Campaign Development: Oversee the development of multichannel paid social media marketing campaigns with the objective of providing our clients the best possible return on ad spend.
- Strategy refinement and innovation: Responsible for the refinement of the paid marketing strategies offered to our charity partners. Leading on testing new platform, audience and creative approaches which significantly improve outcomes.
- Industry Leadership: Understand and influence industry trends and standards, ensuring that Social Mind remains a leader in digital marketing innovation for the charity sector
Campaign Delivery
- Production: Oversee and support the production of marketing campaign resources such as copy and media ensuring the final execution meets our charity partners brand requirements and delivers the best possible results.
- Media Buying and Search Engine Optimisation: Oversee and support the delivery of paid social media campaigns with significant budgets working across a variety of channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and more. Develop and execute SEO strategies.
- Campaign Optimisation: Continuously monitor campaign KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise ROAS and campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Development
- Mentorship and Team Support: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in digital marketing practices. Lead on recruitment and resource management of both permanent staff and freelance contributors to build a strong marketing team capable of delivering exceptional results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Stewardship, Supporter Journeys and Product to ensure cohesive and successful campaign delivery.
- Client Side Subject Matter Expert: Work closely with Customer Success team to provide client communications and to attend client meetings in capacity of subject matter expert on digital campaign strategy and optimisation.

Role:
The ECB, which operates independently of both the industry and the Government, has a mandate to ensure fair treatment and appropriate protection for people subject to action by enforcement agents.
This is a newly created role that will play a key part in leading the organisation and driving forward the ECB's mission. The postholder will be responsible for building and delivering a comprehensive and impactful public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategy and help to lead the wider organisation as a member of the leadership team.
The role will involve:
- Lead the ECB's Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement function, including line management of a small team
- Developing, owning and implementing an overall Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
- Taking ownership of and delivering the ECB's Government relations strategy
- Influencing ministers, officials and MPs across government and across parliament to build strategic support for the ECB's mission and build the case for giving the ECB legal powers.

The TSA is seeking a highly experienced, confident and capable Head of Fundraising to provide leadership and direction on all aspects of income generation. The charity has gone from strength to strength over the last 24 months, including income generation, and we are looking for an experienced fundraising professional to continue this amazing work.
Working closely with the TSA’s Joint Chief Executives, you’ll join the Senior Management Team and will be expected to successfully implement our new three-year fundraising strategy, which aims to diversify and raise income in a sensible yet ambitious way.

Head of Fundraising responsibilities
Strategic, leadership and management

Provide leadership for fundraising and income generation across the TSA team. Attend regular strategy meetings and be a leading voice in shaping the TSA’s income generation activities

Lead in the development, implementation and review of fundraising polices and strategy ensuring they are in line with the overall organisation business plan

Provide line management for the Fundraising Manager and Grants and Trusts Manager, including regular meetings and ensuring that the fundraising team are fulfilling all areas of their roles, meeting agreed KPI’s and achieving set income targets

Lead on the annual business planning and budget cycle for the income generation

Income Generation and partnership

Lead on all income generation activities, with a focus on developing new fundraising initiatives for corporate giving, major donor fundraising, legacy giving and TSA appeals

We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the Head of Membership Engagement in the overall development and delivery of commercial revenue streams at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. This will include all current sponsorship for conferences, including our flagship Fundraising Convention, corporate membership, and strategic partnerships.
Job purpose:
- Recruiting, retaining, and developing corporate members.
- Identifying and securing new sponsors and exhibitors for the Chartered Institute’s event business, including one-day conferences, webinars, and Fundraising Convention.

Key Accountabilities
- Work and support the Head of Membership Engagement across the following income streams:
- Fundraising Convention: Responsible for the overall management of expo – planning, sales and invoicing;
- Fundraising Convention sponsorship: lead on this and assist the Executive Director when required;
- One-day conference sponsorship and expo: to be partnership lead on day-to-day conference sponsorship sales including print advertising;
