Role purpose
To lead the creation, development and optimisation of high-quality, audience-targeted content that supports marketing campaigns, strengthens brand awareness, and enhances engagement across a growing and increasingly diverse range of stakeholders.
The role will address current capacity gaps within the Marketing and Communications team by generating, repurposing and managing multimedia content that supports programme promotion, brand storytelling and organisational positioning.

Key responsibilities
Campaign Support:
- Work closely with the wider Marketing and Communications team to provide content for campaigns and central communications
- Support delivery of increased campaign volume, scale and impact
Content Optimisation and Repurposing:
- Repurpose content into multiple formats for use across channels (social, email, web, campaigns etc.)
- Ensure content is effectively reused to maximise reach and value
- Maintain a pipeline of diverse content to support audience segmentation
Content Creation and Development:
- Develop multi-format content (video, written, visual, digital) tailored to different audiences and sectors
- Generate evergreen content that can be reused and adapted across campaigns and channels
- Produce content that supports strategic content aims
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to generate authentic, impactful content
- Facilitate user-generated content, including youth voice and partner contributions
Insight and Continuous Improvement:
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and audiences to refine content effectiveness
- Contribute to test-and-learn approaches to improve engagement and conversion
- Monitor performance indicators such as engagement rates, CTRs and website traffic

Role overview
This role will play a vital part in ensuring our charity partners receive a high-quality, insight-led service while providing additional support to our team of moderators and Team Leaders.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Media Moderation Manager and wider leadership team to support operational delivery, reporting, onboarding, quality assurance, and administrative processes across our portfolio of charity accounts.
The role would suit an organised, proactive individual with strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting charities and online communities.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting and insights

Produce weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and campaign reports for charity partners.

Collect and analyse moderation data across accounts, including response rates, hidden content, escalations and key themes.

Gather standout comments, community feedback and examples of positive engagement for inclusion within reports.

Support the development of benchmarking documents and trend analysis across accounts.

Prepare meeting notes and action logs following account meetings.
Moderator support

Assist with onboarding new moderators, including arranging inductions and sharing key documentation.

Support the creation and maintenance of moderator handbooks and guidance documents.

Work alongside Team Leaders to ensure they - and moderators - have the information and resources needed to deliver excellent moderation.

About the role
As local campaigning lead in our award-winning public affairs and campaigns team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Sands’ mission to save babies’ lives and ensure bereaved families receive the care and support they need.

Main Purpose of Job
To lead Sands’ local campaigning function.
Co-lead impactful campaigns at a local and devolved nation level with bereaved parents and families, supporting Sands core aims to save babies lives and ensure anyone affected by the death of a baby receives the care and support they need by:
1. Leading the implementation and evaluation of Sands local campaigns to further our core aims.
2. Developing the capacity of Sands local volunteers, supporters and campaigners to take action to improve their local services in the long-term.
3. Ensuring that Sands campaigns are evidence based and reflect the views and experiences of a diverse range of bereaved parents and families.
Principle Tasks and Responsibilities
Leading implementation, and evaluation of Sands local campaigns to further Sands core aims.
- Lead local campaigns at Sands in line with our local campaigning strategy, collaborating and planning with key internal stakeholders, and staying up to date with best practise in local campaigning and community organising techniques externally.
- Evaluate the success of the local campaigns with internal and external stakeholders, implementing recommendations for future improvement.
- Work with colleagues to grow Sands’ local campaigning presence across the UK, including supporting funding applications to build staff capacity.
- Manage the budget for local campaigning.
- Represent Sands at a local level, attending meetings, and building relationships, with local politicians, NHS and council officials, journalists, third sector organisations, and other local stakeholders.
- Produce engaging campaigns content for use digitally across different platforms and in hard copy, working with the engagement team to ensure asks are effectively communicated to key audiences.
- Create compelling e-actions to support our campaigns using the Sands digital campaigning platform.
- Work with colleagues to support the production of press releases and responses to media inquiries.
- Organise campaigns meetings and events (virtual or in person).
- Recruit and line manage local campaigns staff, supporting and collaborating with them to roll out impactful local campaigns in more areas (subject to future funding).
Developing the capacity of Sands volunteers, supporters, and campaigners to take action to improve their local services in the long-term.
- Manage local campaign groups of bereaved parents and families, empowering and motivating them to implement campaigns to solve issues that affect them and create long-term change in their communities.
- Using community organising techniques to build the capacity of local campaigners and groups to campaign independently in the long-term – connecting local people, facilitating workshops and discussions, developing local campaign leaders, and recruiting new members into campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with teams working with Sands supporters and volunteers to maximise the impact of our campaigns, including supporting the creation of effective campaign supporter journeys.
- Create written and visual resources to support campaigning.
- Develop training sessions to build campaigning skills, to be delivered online or in person, or recorded.
- Provide advice and support to Sands campaigners via email, telephone and video call.
- Ensure key data and information about Sands campaigns and our campaigners are up to date and stored in the relevant place, including the Sands database.
Ensure that Sands campaigns are evidence based and reflect the views and experiences of a diverse range of bereaved parents and families.
· Undertake evidence gathering projects to support Sands campaigns work, including collating and analysing data and presenting findings in an accessible and engaging way.
· Ensure that the views of bereaved parents and families inform Sands campaigns and provide opportunities for Sands volunteers to get involved in our campaigning activity.
· Provide direct support to bereaved parents to help them become confident campaigners, so they are well informed, equipped to speak out and know how to go about it.
General tasks
· Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as required by the Head of Public Affairs and Campaigns and the Director of Research, Education and Policy.
· Model the culture and values of Sands at all times.
· Work flexibly with other members of staff and team, with some evening/weekend working.

- Act the lead for our build on the Salesforce platform, dashboards and reports. Working with service managers, support the design, production, and continuous improvement of this client management system
- Lead the design and delivery of a regular programme of induction and training sessions to build organisational knowledge and capabilities around our data systems

Role Overview
As Head of Programmes, you will oversee the successful delivery, performance and development of Clean Slate's services nationally. Working as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to organisational strategy, support business growth and ensure programmes achieve both their social impact and financial objectives.

Experience and Knowledge
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic leader with a strong background in asset management within social housing or a similar sector. You will bring significant senior leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing, customer-focused asset management, repairs, and maintenance services that achieve excellent value for money. A recognised professional qualification (MCIOB or CIH Level 4/5, or willingness to work towards Chartered status) and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential.
You will have a deep understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements relating to housing, alongside strong expertise in welfare benefits and their impact on residents and service delivery. Experience in leading change, implementing best practice, and driving continuous improvement is key, as is your ability to manage contracts, budgets, and performance to meet organisational targets. The role
This is a full-time role that works across all Unlimit Health’s key audiences for funding and communications. The Digital Marketing & Donor Engagement Advisor plays a crucial role in executing the delivery of a digital strategy for the charity which will underpin our strategic objectives and our income generation and awareness raising goals.
The role sits in the Funding and Communications team.
You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional online experiences, excited by what’s possible in the digital and social media space and be driven to use analytics to shape what you do across a wide range of marketing channels including social media, websites, email marketing.
With a flair for crafting the right message for the right audience, you will help us build stronger connections with existing supporters, as well as helping us to reach and inspire new donors and supporters.
You will have a keen interest in global health and be adept at explaining complex subjects in an engaging and accessible way to our target audiences.
The person
The Digital Marketing & Donor Engagement Advisor will have proven experience in marketing and fundraising at a professional level, with experience of MailChimp or other email marketing platforms. They will have strong knowledge and experience of content management systems in particular SEO, digital analytics platforms, data capture, monitoring and tracking.
The successful candidate will have experience of working across teams and managing work with short deadlines without sacrificing quality of work or attention to detail, as well as the ability to organise workload and meet competing priorities.

What We’re Looking For:
