At the heart of this Director of Growth & Advocacy role is the opportunity to shape the external environment for employee ownership, champion the voice of our members, and lead high-impact strategies that grow both our reach and the sector itself.
You’ll lead on policy, advocacy, external affairs and events—crafting compelling narratives, building powerful partnerships, and delivering programmes that drive commercial sustainability and sector-wide change.

This role is remote, however regular travel to our HQ in Brough and across the UK is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead external affairs, collaborating with stakeholders to shape policy, advocacy and best practice that removes barriers and expands EO.
- Establish relationships and secure commercial partnerships and sponsorships, generating revenue to support advocacy, events, and sector growth initiatives.
- Engage key stakeholders to co-produce content that positively influence EO practice and policy and amplify the eoa’s voice in public affairs.
- Oversee delivery of an effective content strategy that delivers our commercial objectives and positions the eoa as the leading EO authority.

The Line is looking for an experienced and motivated fundraising professional to join its team.
The Development Coordinator will support the Head of Development (incoming) to reach the organisation's fundraising targets to enable us to deliver our ambitious outdoor exhibition and engagement programmes. The role will include writing funding applications and reporting to funders on existing grants, supporting fundraising activity, undertaking prospect research and maintaining fundraising systems.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Reprieve’s dynamic Development Team to secure vital income to power our high-impact human rights work. Working across both Reprieve and Reprieve US, you will make a real impact by focusing on Government and Trusts and Foundation donors. Length and Salary
This is a full-time role, on a permanent contract. The annual salary is £42,193 full-time per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we ask staff to work two days per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home. However, we are open to discussions on a flexible working arrangement on a case-by-case basis. This is a role that may require travel and work outside of core office hours from time to time, for example for donor events.

Marketing
• Oversee all paid Facebook advertising activity for events, updating web listings, and utilising our networks

Substantial proven ability to manage stakeholder-led campaigns, projects or programmes to advance social change - including people, budget and a multi pronged programme of activities. .

Proven ability to manage senior key stakeholder relationships, including managing high profile stakeholders, co-chairs and campaign spokespeople.

The Governance and Risk Officer (GRO) will provide support to the Head of Governance & Risk by providing administrative and organisational support in all areas of governance and risk by implementing and maintaining risk assurance activities, including the corporate risk registers, policy management, contract review and internal audit delivery.
The GRO will aid in the creation of an assurance function to manage governance, risk and adherence to policies and procedures, and will also support with the administration of the charity’s committees, both at executive and trustee level.
- Involved in ensuring the charity is keeping to the highest standards of corporate governance, and identifying, implementing and tracking changes to procedures to help drive improvements.
- Working with colleagues across all levels and areas of the organisation to promote awareness of good governance and assurance practices.
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Governance & Risk and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining various risk assurance logs and registers and engaging with key stakeholders to drive improvements against those logs.
- Undertaking various administrative tasks and assisting the Head of Governance & Risk to maintain a robust forward plan for the risk and assurance function and various trustee sub-committees.
We are looking for.
- You’ll demonstrate strong administration skills, self-motivated and exceptional attention to detail.
- You’ll have outstanding communication (clear and concise in both written and spoken communication) and interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues at all levels.
- You’re enthusiastic about personal learning and growth – willing to undertake training and an ability to learn quickly.
- You’ll demonstrate excellent administration, planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- You’ll be computer literate and competent in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- You’ll have ability to review, analyse and interpret data and act upon the findings.
