Summary of the role
This is an exciting new role at Just Like Us which has been created due to the significant growth of corporate partnership fundraising, which now makes up almost half of the charity’s annual income. Just Like Us is proud to have fantastic support from over 20 companies who support us in a variety of ways, including through grants, cause-related marketing and CSR initiatives. As the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining funding partnerships with companies, and stakeholders to grow fundraising income and support the mission and initiatives of Just Like Us. This role involves a mix of new business development and account management, focusing on fostering collaborations that enhance our reach, influence, quality and impact of our three key programmes. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring the organisation's financial sustainability and underpin the continued expansion of our programmes. It will require you to work across a range of departments in businesses such as marketing/brand, DEI and LGBT+ networks.
About Just Like Us
Just Like Us is the LGBT+ young people’s charity. Founded in 2016, we work with primary schools, secondary schools and sixth form colleges across the UK to improve the lives of LGBT+ young people. To do that, we run three programmes:

Ambassador Programme: We train LGBT+ 18 to 25 year olds to speak in secondary schools about growing up LGBT+ and allyship. We support our ambassadors to use their voice, develop skills and find community.

School Diversity Week: We run the UK-wide celebration of LGBT+ equality in primary and secondary schools. We provide free educational resources to thousands of schools, making LGBT+ inclusive education accessible to all.

Pride Groups: We help secondary schools set up and run lunchtime or after school clubs for LGBT+ pupils and their allies to meet, learn and get support.
The position

Location: London/Hybrid. We offer a flexible work environment with the expectation that team members work from our London office space at least once per week. You should also be able to join us in the office for occasional collaborative sessions or attend in-person meetings with partners, which may take place on different days based on project needs.

Job description
Partnership development and income generation

Identify and develop new corporate partnerships in order to grow income and advance the goals of Just Like Us.

Renew and grow a range of existing corporate partnerships through the creation and execution of strong stewardship plans.

Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to support the development of high-value corporate partnerships.

Work with LGBTQ+ employee networks to increase engagement and support.

Drive revenue across diverse streams, including corporate foundations, LGBTQ+ networks, employee fundraising, CRM, and sponsorship initiatives.

Increase employee fundraising from partners, creating innovative strategies and campaigns.

Lead on sponsorship efforts and grow sponsorship income at Just Like Us through reviewing current sponsorship material, creating new packages, and approaching potential sponsors.

Work alongside the Head of Partnerships and Director of Fundraising on new partnership set-up, including establishing legal agreements with corporate partners.
Event management and engagement

Lead the end-to-end management of LGBT+ speaker and panel events for corporate partners.

Partner with the Head of Partnerships to plan and deliver impactful engagement opportunities for LGBT+ employee steering groups, HR and DEI leaders, ensuring these events foster meaningful connections and drive engagement.

Attend industry events on behalf of Just Like Us to enhance visibility and establish meaningful connections.
Collaboration and communication

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, events, and campaigns that engage partners and positively impact the LGBT+ community.

Work closely across departments to ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered in line with contractual obligations

Monitor and manage the effectiveness of the corporate partnerships portfolio, working with internal teams to provide analysis and regular reports to key stakeholders.
Reporting and administration

Ensure up-to-date records of all partnerships and fundraising activities to ensure effective internal tracking and reporting against pipeline and targets.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations affecting the charity's development and fundraising practices, including adherence to charity law and the standards set by the Fundraising Regulator.
Skills and experience/person spec
The applicant should have:

Proven experience in corporate fundraising, partnership management and business development with a demonstrable ability to win and grow partnerships.

Proven experience of developing and managing a robust new business pipeline and a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle from prospecting to partnering and developing the relationship

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Gift Aid, Compliance and Fulfilment Manager to join our busy team on a fixed term contract. With your focus on the day-to-day management of our key supplier relationships, you’ll oversee multiple work streams and competing priorities across complex operations.
With support, you’ll also provide advice to all internal teams on Fundraising Compliance. You’ll understand when and how to dig deeper into risks and escalate as appropriate, acting as a key representative in this area across the charity.
You’ll oversee monthly gift aid claims, ensuring all processes from collection, storage and auditing are compliant and documented. This role is a great opportunity to work across multiple directorates. Your work will have a direct impact on our success and help us make a real difference.
In this role you’ll also line manage three people, working with them to excel in their role. They will support you in managing our key supplier relationships, managing our fundraising stock and having responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of our online shop. We provide mentoring and peer support groups to people in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea and the neighbouring boroughs.

About the Role
As a Programme Officer at Unfold, you’ll ensure that our volunteer mentors feel supported and prepared for their work with young people. Alongside helping to recruit and onboard new mentors, including organising their training and reviewing their progress, you’ll be Volunteer Mentors main point of contact, making sure they have a rewarding and impactful experience. Your work will also include engaging with referrers, parents, and young people themselves, providing guidance and answering questions to ensure everyone feels connected to our mission.
You’ll also be hands-on with our youth programs, coordinating weekly Youth Support Groups and engaging with young people in outreach activities. You’ll work closely with our Programme Manager to build relationships with community organisations and support our Youth Advisory Council. Student Action for Refugees is the national network of students building a society where refugees and asylum seekers are welcomed and can thrive. Set up by students at the University of Nottingham in 1994, we are an inclusive network with UK students, students from refugee backgrounds and international students working together to make change.
We are a membership charity and the members are STAR student union society groups. A small staff team train and support the network and lead on national projects, campaign and advocacy work.
People who arrive in the UK after fleeing war and persecution face many challenges in both claiming their right to asylum and in building new lives. Challenges that result from a hostile policy environment, negative public attitudes, unhelpful media narrative, a lack of access to services and barriers to higher education.
Our network of STAR student societies and activists is creating a more understanding, just and welcoming society. We do this by: providing practical support and connecting communities through local and national volunteering activities; improving access to university; campaigning for policy change; learning and sharing information about asylum and the lived experience of refugees to shift the narrative.
Impact: Last year, our network of STAR student groups spanned 39 universities and were run by 213 student leaders. Position
Reporting into the Head of Communications, this is a strategic and hands-on management role responsible for driving ShareAction’s media function and acting as a key business partner for colleagues across the organisation. Using your experience of developing media strategies, you will advise teams on how to enhance ShareAction’s position as a thought leader on responsible investment, support organisational goals to influence decision-makers and engage target audiences and help manage ShareAction’s reputation by advising on risk and mitigation. You will line manage a Media Manager and Senior Media Officer in the UK and provide guidance to a Media Advisor in Brussels to design and deliver high-quality media relations activity and ensure the effective operation of ShareAction’s press office and internal processes, including media monitoring and reporting.

Summary of role purpose
Senior fundraising and development role at a pioneering, mid-sized climate-change journalism non-profit with a seven-figure budget. Overall responsibility for developing, securing and managing a trusts and foundations pipeline – during an important organisational inflection point -- to help grow a sustainable, financially substantial and long-term income stream for our programmes, core and new activities. Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Research and recommend funding opportunities for current and planned programmes at a dynamic, climate-change charity with a strong track record, team, and culture. Manage and organise initial enquiries, funding applications, follow-ups, and learnings from feedback.
· Draft clear and compellingly written fundraising materials, including cases for support, funding proposals and concept notes.
· Manage / support relationships with funders, including timely appropriate tailored funder reports and other communications.

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Leadership Development, we are looking for a customer-focused, organised, forward thinking and creative Programme Manager to join us and drive our mission of cross-sector collaboration.

You will be responsible for managing the Charity Next Secondment Programme ( a collaborative partnership between the Civil Service Fast Stream and Charities, Not for Profit's and Academia) working collaboratively to maximise secondment engagement between the sectors. You will also manage inwards secondments to member organisations as well as working on and developing new concepts, programmes and solutions to maximise porosity and knowledge sharing. You will work closely with other departments and the wider team to develop and increase both the volume and impact of secondment initiatives. You will do this by leveraging your data-driven and research approach as well as evidencing your strong relationship and stakeholder development skills.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience as a programme manager, project manager or similar, client-facing role with a demonstrable track record of excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in internal and external stakeholder management and proven ability to build rapport and liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering successful and effective business development strategies - with strong outcomes.

What do some of the main role responsibilities look like?
