FareShare is the UK’s national network of charitable food redistributors, made up of 18 independent organisations. Together, we take good quality surplus food from right across the food industry and get it to nearly 9,500 frontline charities and community groups.

The role
We have recently set a new 3-year strategy, leading to a major transformation of the organisation. To support this, we are building a new Project Delivery function and investing in key capabilities, including project management and business analysis. This role involves collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define and refine project requirements, develop comprehensive business cases, and ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. You will also provide mentoring to colleagues and support the organisation in adopting new practices and methodologies.
This is a hybrid role, based in London or Sheffield, with regular travel across the UK.
About you
You are an experienced business analyst with a strong background in supporting complex projects, particularly those involving technology. You have a track record of eliciting and translating business needs into comprehensive and accurate project requirements and working collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. As a self-starter, you can quickly build relationships and support colleagues in adopting new project management and business analysis methodologies. You are patient and supportive, capable of fostering adoption of new practices and ensuring consistency across the organisation.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive business cases to justify project initiation or continuation.

- Proven track record in identifying vulnerabilities in organisations’ processes and devising data-driven solutions for improvements.

About You
Do you live and breathe social media? Are you an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a flair for
creativity? We are seeking a Social Media Manager to take the lead in driving our online presence across
various platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
Your proactive approach will be instrumental in developing and implementing a dynamic social media

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications your duties and responsibilities will include to:
• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and awareness among our B2C and B2B target audiences – coaches, the coaching workforce and sector partners.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with customers, partners, and complementary brands to foster meaningful connections.
• Create and manage social content calendars, scheduling and posting content across all platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Take ownership of each social media channel, providing innovative ideas, recommendations, and learnings to drive engagement and growth.
• Report and track social media KPIs, working with the Head of Marketing to set and achieve targets.• Analyse long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and provide quarterly reports and recommendations to optimise performance.

As a Content Producer (Stories), you'll be pivotal in sourcing, capturing, and crafting impactful stories, highlighting the transformative impact Church Army has across the UK and Ireland.
You'll travel to various Church Army projects and Centres of Mission, collaborating with the Communications and Fundraising teams, including the Content Producer (Video), Copywriter, and Social Media Officer. You'll also work closely with the Brand and Content Lead to ensure our stories align with Church Army’s values and messaging.
Main Responsibilities
- Travelling to Church Army’s key projects and centres of Mission across the UK & Ireland to gather stories and insights from people we serve, volunteers, and staff.
- Creating content in the form of writing compelling stories that effectively communicate the impact of Church Army’s work.
- Collaborating and coordinating with the Content Producer (Video) and Copywriter to ensure a cohesive narrative across different content formats and media.
- Working with the Brand and Content Lead to align story content with Church Army’s brand guidelines and strategic messaging
- Contribute to the content strategy by bringing forward stories that resonate with Church Army’s mission.
- Assist in planning content schedules and campaigns, effectively utilising stories to enhance Church Army’s brand and outreach.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- The successful candidate will have:
- A deep understanding of storytelling techniques, narrative structures, and a familiarity with the principles of content creation and digital marketing.
- Awareness of the social impact sector, particularly within the context of Christian-based organisations.
- Proven experience in content creation, particularly in writing and storytelling.
- Experience of conducting interviews and gathering firsthand stories displaying strong interviewing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Previous experience in adapting content for various platforms, including social media.
- The Ability to travel across the UK & Ireland and manage on-location content gathering.

As Legal Manager, Legal Service for Independent Media, you will provide dedicated project leadership to continue to pilot the operationalization and implementation of a legal offering to support journalists and independent newsrooms, whose safety and independence are under threat.
You will report to TrustLaw’s Head of Special Projects, while working closely with the TrustLaw and the Media Freedom teams. You will manage one Legal Officer, Media Freedom.
This is a fixed-term 12-month contract based in London.
About the Role:
As our Legal Manager, Legal Service for Independent Media, you will:

Map evolving trends and legal threats for journalists, media freedom NGOs and independent media outlets and identify the most pressing legal gaps and needs

Build excellent relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including expanding our network of expert NGOs and legal teams working in the media, journalism and media freedom space

Refine the operating model for the media-legal offering based on feedback received, including intake process, eligibility requirements, project flow, and impact monitoring mechanisms

Work closely with our Media Freedom and Programmes team to ensure alignment and integration of the media-legal offering within the Foundation's existing media freedom work, and to identify other innovative programming, products and approaches that best leverage the Foundation’s assets

Scope, and support the management of pro bono or low bono legal requests and cross-border research projects that address critical needs of journalists, media freedom NGOs and independent media outlets

Scope and oversee the development of tools, resources, trainings and other content on key legal issues of relevance to journalists and independent media outlets to address threats to their safety and independence and build resilience

Deliver and/or coordinate delivery of trainings, legal health checks and events for media freedom NGOs, journalists and/or media houses, often in partnership with the programming teams

Support the development and implementation of a communications, engagement and outreach plan, as needed, in collaboration with the Foundation’s Communications, Social and Media Freedom teams

About You
To be our Legal Manager, Legal Service for Independent Media, you will likely have:

An LLB, with preference for a qualified lawyer or an advanced law degree

At least five years’ experience working in the legal field, with prior experience in media law or related human rights matters, either in a law firm, media house or non-profit organisation

Strong understanding of international standards on press freedom and/or the media law/policy landscape. Understanding of the legal needs of journalists and media outlets in the global south or Central/Eastern Europe/FSU an advantage

Excellent project management and organisational skills including the ability to manage effectively multiple matters and projects in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of creative and flexible thinking, and the ability to incorporate lessons learnt through pilot delivery

You will be working as part of the night team providing mobile support to our 24-hour services, ensuring that our transitional properties are safe, secure, and welcoming through the night. You will be based at the Crawley Foyer and will support the static night worker there during the night as well as undertaking your mobile duties. These duties include carrying out regular and routine checks of unstaffed supported housing projects for young people, including communal areas, gardens, and the exterior of properties. You will help to contribute to a great working environment, with a calm, yet assertive manner, being able to handle potentially difficult situations.
This is a mobile role, requiring all applicants to have a full valid, UK Driving Licence. Our Mobile Night Workers work on four nights on, four nights off rota. Although these are long shifts, you will get four days off after, which can provide a great work life balance.

About the role
Our moderators manage Facebook groups of up to 18,000 virtual challenge participants. You will be working with some of the biggest names in the sector, supporting them to raise five and six figure sums.
This role is perfect for skilled fundraisers who can provide excellent supporter care, and is best suited as an additional source of income (the majority of our team are freelancers and consultants). You must be able to begin moderation at 9am (or earlier), wrap up by 9pm and adhere to our sub-three hour response time.

The Prince’s Trust is currently going through an exciting period of development. We have ambitions to grow our offer to young people by providing a blended approach of face-to-face and digital delivery and support. As part of the Leadership Team, the Delivery Managers are responsible for overseeing the delivery of our programmes. Working collaboratively to develop and implement our delivery plan and ensure we meet targets. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for our Team and Achieve partners, supporting them to engage with young people who need our support. You will also oversee our outreach team, working with local partners to recruit young people onto fantastic programmes. You will be a role model for your team, demonstrating best practice in how we work with young people in a safe way to ensure we deliver maximum value for young people and partners.
A background in Further Education provision would be good, experience of cultivating and maintaining a broad range of partners would be lovely, the ability to build a high performing and motivated team would be excellent.
To be successful in the role of Service Delivery Manager, you will be able to engage in challenges with optimism and resilience and be adaptive and flexible – embracing change and innovation.
