Key responsibilities:
Income Generation
- Drive online income generation through effective use of digital fundraising platforms, social media, and supporter journeys.
- Optimise and manage digital giving platforms, such as Funraisin, to increase donations and supporter engagement.
- Expand and enhance peer-to-peer fundraising, ensuring fundraisers have the tools and motivation to maximise income.
Digital & Social Media
- Increase digital reach and visibility, making sure fundraising messages are seen and acted upon.
- Leverage social media fundraising tools, such as Elovate (CommittedGiving), to improve donor retention and engagement.
- Use AI-powered tools to streamline prospect research, automate content personalisation, and optimise donor engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies to convert social media and website visitors into long-term donors.
Support & Collaboration
- Provide guidance and digital tools to e-volunteers and fundraising champions, enabling them to spread AvMA’s fundraising messages and attract donations.
- Analyse and report on digital fundraising performance, using insights to refine strategy and improve return on investment.
- Contribute to digital income diversification, exploring new revenue-generating opportunities such as online retail or supporter-driven fundraising products (e-commerce experience desirable).

Job purpose
To support and deliver effective communications, including marketing and digital engagement activities, which raise awareness of Dementia Carers Count and foster connections with our community of carers, campaigners and donors. Your work will help us reach and support more carers, raise funds and campaign for changes which will ensure that no dementia carer feels isolated, invisible or alone.
Key responsibilities
•Understand our cause, linked issues, and how these are publicly perceived
•Horizon scan to spot social and news trends as well as potential influencer targets
•Manage our social platforms, keeping abreast of media and public zeitgeist about our cause and related issues. You will design and deliver paid advertising campaigns and monitor, respond, share, engage, comment on posts, according to our guidelines and with responsibility for reputation management
•Share audience insights with colleagues to ensure effective stewardship of all our defined audiences
•Support development of media relationships. You will curate press and media lists and respond to media queries, with shared out of hours responsibility.
•Draft statements and press releases and pitch ideas for articles and features, developing copy as needed and tracking coverage
•Support user-led story telling as part of content creation, including interviewing carers about their experiences and identifying opportunities to share carers’ voices in our materials
•Draft website copy and develop assets for digital use and printed materials which communicate our key messages and brand and which support specific campaigns
•Review and monitor evaluation and reporting metrics to provide regular and campaign-based management information relating to the success of digital and media activity
•Support effective cross-organisational internal communication
•Adhere to all relevant legislative and regulatory obligations relating to marketing, digital and communications

As part of Midland Air Ambulance Charity’s (MAAC) corporate team, the Corporate Partnership Executive is responsible for taking a proactive approach to raising the profile of the charity and deepening relationships with businesses in the communities we serve.
You will provide support to the Senior Partnership Executive and the wider team helping to implement the corporate fundraising strategy via in person and online engagement methods, leading on activity within Staffordshire.
Your focus will be to ensure income growth from corporate sources and activity comprising of new business development, account management and affinity partnerships. As a longstanding charity, we have established networks in place, however alongside this the post holder will need to innovate and develop new ways of working in line with the ever-changing external environment (i.e., global/national trends, corporate best practise such as CSR and ESG) as well as in response to opportunities and challenges happening in the south of our region.

Overall Duties of the Commercial Bid Writer & Fundraiser will include:
- Taking the lead in identifying, coordinating, and managing tendering opportunities, processes, and contracts for TACT.
- Overseeing the commissioning and contractual tender portfolio, which will involve ensuring high-quality submissions, and maintaining compliance with all relevant procedures.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts by developing and managing grant applications, securing corporate partnerships, and coordinating annual fundraising events.
The main requirements for this role include:
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in bid and tender writing with a strong track record of successful submissions.
- Experience in fundraising, particularly in grant applications, corporate partnerships, and donor engagement.
- Knowledge of fundraising legislation, regulations and record-keeping.
- An understanding of the children’s social care system.
- Familiarity with trusts, foundations, corporate fundraising, and major donor funding mechanisms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify tender and funding opportunities.
- Highly organised, with the ability to track and manage multiple contracts and funding streams.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and accurate documentation.
- Competent using MS Office Suite including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Director of Finance and Operationsto join our team, to provide strategic and financial leadership and support to Climate Spring as it continues to grow
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership on all finance and operational matters affecting Climate Spring’s activities
- Manage and oversee the organisation’s budget in line with the organisation’s strategy
- Support the Executive Director and Director of Impact with fundraising strategy and funder management.
- Oversee the financial management of the organisation
- Provide financial and operational leadership for the organisation’s establishment of a new production fund
- Prepare and present financial reports for board and funders.
- Manage relevant internal and departmental operational developments
- Oversee the organisation’s operations, ensuring effective and inclusive practices and policies
- Oversee the organisation’s HR policies and practice
- Supporting the Executive Director in reporting to the board and ensuring effective governance
Minimum role criteria:
- 10+ years of experience working in philanthropic, social investment or charity sector with significant leadership experience.
- Experience managing organisational budgets over £2m
- Experience managing a diverse team
- Experience managing grants and donor relationships
