Pancreatic Cancer Action are excited to be seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Supporter Care and Fundraising Co-Ordinator to join our fabulous Fundraising Team. This is a varied role where no two days will be the same.

You will be the first point of call for all fundraising enquiries and be on hand to provide bespoke stewardship support to ensure we develop long-lasting relationships with our PCA community, groups and companies across the UK.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide admin and operational support to the Fundraising Team
- Accurately record and manage data using the Salesforce CRM system.
- Ensure that fundraisers and supporters get timely correspondents by email or phone.
- Inspire supporters through innovative new stewardship ideas, sending out relevant materials and offering support and advice to enhance their event/fundraising.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing supporters, helping them to exceed their fundraising targets and inspiring them to become life-long supporters.
- Update all event portals with fundraising details and complete the registration process on time.
- Monitor and input data from various fundraising platforms onto our Salesforce database to ensure accurate reporting on income from events/fundraising.
- Take ownership of fundraising tracker to ensure first class stewardship is provided to all supporters.
- Supporting community-based fundraising volunteers and groups.
- Work collaboratively with the fundraising and marketing team to ensure that email templates, cards and certificates remain up to date and relevant to our audiences.
- Work with the fundraising team to identify ways to surprise and delight our fundraisers and ultimately build long term relationships with a consistent approach.

You will work directly with care experienced children and young people and those on Child Protection Plans providing them with advocacy support in the community and in a variety of settings.

You will be a capable ambassador for Coram Voice with the ability to engage effectively with professionals, carers, other stakeholders and most importantly children and young people.

Crisis Skylight Oxford is in the Old Fire Station in the centre of the city. We have an exciting opportunity for a Speak Out Facilitator to join our team covering Northamptonshire. This is a permanent role, working part-time (15 hours per week) reporting directly to the Connections Team Leader.
The role will require you to support our Quality Checkers who have lived experience of a learning disability. You will help them to feed back to the Integrated Care Board on the quality of services for people with a learning disability. The Integrated Care Board is currently exploring how this can also include autistic people. You will need to travel across Northamptonshire to various homes and residential settings and be home based for administrative tasks. Therefore, access to your own transportation and a suitable home internet connection are essential. The post is a permanent contract with a starting salary between £22,500 - £29,500 per annum pro-rata.
About you
We’d like to hear from you if you:
· Have experience in a role that requires outstanding communication skills to achieve excellent results – for example using different methods of communication to suit people with a learning disability.

Job Purpose:
To plan and deliver engagement and research for Healthwatch Wakefield’s core and project work. Founded nearly 20 years ago by Jane Howorth MBE, the British Hen Welfare Trust is a national hen welfare charity which rehomes over 60,000 hens a year around the UK. About the role
This is a very exciting time to join the team, with the imminent rehoming of the millionth hen and the national coverage this presents, you will have the opportunity to make this role your own. The full-time role of Community Fundraiser is a new position in a recently restructured Fundraising team, working with the Head of Fundraising, Individual Giving Manager and Corporate and Trust Fundraising Manager. This is a home-based role with regular travel to Hen Central for meetings, events and ad hoc tasks so it would be ideal for someone who is South West based. You will be responsible for developing relationships with existing and new community fundraisers on supporter-led activity and engaging them in our fun and exciting fundraising income streams such as Egg Club, Bake! for Hens' Sake! and Sponsor a Hen to meet objectives and income targets.

Main Purpose of Job:
The purpose of this exciting new role is to raise community fundraising income by building and developing relationships with key community fundraisers, community groups, fundraising volunteers, schools and community stakeholders. 7. To manage and facilitate communications effectively across key community fundraising streams to aid retention and secure future support e.g. the quarterly newsletter to Egg Club and regular updates to the Sponsor a Hen audiences.
8. To provide monthly reports to the Head of Fundraising in all areas of Community Fundraising.
9. To administer the various elements of the fundraising streams e.g. sending out fundraising packs and thank you letters.
10. To ensure compliance with all relevant legislation including GDPR and data protection.
11. To maintain accurate records on SharePoint and Salesforce.
12. To provide support to other areas of fundraising where appropriate and undertake ad hoc tasks from time to time as required within the charity.

The National House Project (NHP) takes a ground-breaking approach through its commitment to young people’s ownership to enable young people leaving care to lead connected and fulfilling lives. The approach was co-designed with young people from the start and works on cooperative and social pedagogical principles through a groupwork approach which is supported by adults and young people in and leaving care working together. Using a psychologically informed relational practice framework young people gain skills, knowledge and the confidence to make their house a home and build a long-term community of support.
NHP supports Local House Projects (LHP) to put young people at the centre of the decision-making processes, challenges staff to work with them in an inclusive way and encourages staff to support young people to find the solutions to the challenges they face. LHP achieve improved outcomes for young people, supports professionals in the ways that they work with young people and enable young people to leave care in a supported and ‘less scary’ way.
To ensure that young people are involved at every level of the organisation, each LHP is represented by 2 young people at regional meetings and from these forums, young people elect their representatives for Care Leavers National Movement. CLNM provides a forum to develop practice, share ideas and find solutions to challenges. The Chair and Vice Chair of CLNM are supported by CLNM Champions and sit on the Board of Trustees as expert advisors.
To support the expansion of the Charity we have increased our strategic capacity by creating the post of Deputy Director and are now recruiting to the practice lead roles. We are looking for someone who is motivated, believes that with the right support care experienced young people can achieve great things and should be at the heart of any decision that affects their future. You will support staff in LHPs to create an environment where young people transition to adulthood in a positive and supported way and hence an understanding of child development, social pedagogical approaches and psychologically informed care are important. You will also work with the CLNM as well as the core NHP team to ensure that young people continue to drive the approach at both a local and national level.
You will need to have management or supervisory experience of staff working with young people in groupwork settings and an understanding of the care system. You will have a professional/academic qualification in a related field e.g., Youth Work; Social Work; Education, Health, social pedagogy. Current registration with a professional body is desirable.
You will be based at the NHP office in Crewe, but you will be expected to travel to LHPs and attend meetings across the country on a regular basis.
