What You Need: 

• Ideally, a relevant degree or professional qualification in CSR or social impact.
• Expertise in social value measurement frameworks used in the public sector.
• Understanding of technology's role in driving social innovation.
• Experience in managing complex projects and influencing outcomes with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks and their application.
• Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information and meet strict deadlines.
• Positive, supportive attitude with a collaborative and flexible approach.
• Previous experience in a social value role or not-for-profit organisation is desirable.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual for a hybrid role based in our Gloucester office with weekly travel expected to the Wiltshire & Swindon region. This position offers a unique blend of working environments supporting a healthy work-life balance, offering the flexibility to work from home on occasion.

As the Operations Manager for Gloucestershire and Wiltshire you will be responsible for the implementation, development and the ongoing delivery of a high performing service through excellent operational management and supervision of people and resources.

You will ensure the team delivers individual, tailored support for adult victims of any crime primarily through group and peer support with the option of individual casework support where this is appropriate for the victim.

You will work closely and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, Gloucestershire Constabulary, Wiltshire Constabulary, Gloucestershire County Council, criminal justice agencies as well as other statutory agencies and third sector organisations across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.

You will be the nominated deputy for the Area Manager covering both services and this will include assisting the Area Manager in monthly/quarterly reporting and attending monitoring meetings with the PCC office.

As part of your role you will ensure victim voices and experiences are listened and responded to in and beyond the criminal justice system.

The Digital Healthcare Manager is a new and exciting role at the College. This role will lead the development of the RCPCH Digital Health programme, aimed at understanding the range of technologies in use by the membership along with the digital confidence and competence of the membership through analysis of survey data. This analysis will help to provide details of key digital solutions for the workforce. The Digital Health programme will also support the workforce to embrace and implement digital health technologies into clinical practice.

As Digital Healthcare Manager, you will lead activities related to the integration of digital health technologies into mainstream paediatrics by participating in relevant Committees and working groups and reporting to Project Boards on the programme’s progress against agreed timelines, deliverables, risks and issues.

Based within the Research and Evidence team and reporting to the Head of Research and Evidence, you will work with colleagues internally and externally to embed digital skills into the paediatric workforce as well as developing education and training resources for paediatricians, to help build capacity and capability.

You will also work with the Head of Grants and Partnerships to identify sources of funding to support future work within the Research and Evidence remit and work with communications colleagues to create and implement communication plans and resources/assets related to the RCPCH Digital Health.

With a degree or equivalent experience with a research, health science or digital healthcare

component, you should have experience of producing high quality written reports, documentation and promotional information suitable for a range of audiences.

You should have experience of collaborative ways of working across multidisciplinary teams and programmes of work and have the ability to manage competing demands and conflicts whilst maintaining productive working relationships with stakeholders.

With excellent organisational skills and the ability to adopt an orderly and precise approach to work, paying careful attention to detail and capable of following standard procedures and ways of working, you should also have demonstrable programme management skills, being able to work autonomously and take personal responsibility for your projects.

Knowledge of research methodology, including literature searching and data analysis, along with a project management qualification and an understanding of the education and training pathways of paediatric healthcare professionals would also be desirable.

What you'll be doing:

This role is at the heart of the charity, responsible for harnessing and developing our organisational knowledge and using this to support learning, insight and connection across all teams. This will include responsibility for the delivery of our learning and development strategy, and the planning and management of three staff away days per year for our team of 200. You will also support internal communications and processes to help build capacity and efficiency across all aspects of our work, and be a member of our extended leadership team.

We are working with Ark Cancer Charity who are looking to appoint an experienced Fundraising Manager with demonstrable success in fundraising and marketing, and charity governance knowledge.

Ark Cancer Charity is an ambitious award-winning cancer charity that has raised significant donations both for capital and revenue projects benefitting patients using cancer services at the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT).

XLP is a youth work charity working to create positive futures for young people and at the cutting edge of tackling poverty and educational failure in inner London. We deliver holistic, long-term work with young people aged 11 to 25 in schools and communities.

The Director of People and Operations will be at the forefront of implementing our commitment to excellence as we grow. Having transitioned from a £2m to £3m charity in recent years, growing from 30 to over 60 staff, with all the resulting complexities to teams, systems and processes, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop the charity’s HR, finance, workplaces, IT and governance functions, including line management responsibilities. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The role of a Community Fundraising Executive is raising charitable donations, by building meaningful and engaging relationships to work with the communities we serve in the West Midlands. You will value inclusion and be able to engage people who may have poorer health consequences because of their care experiences, and the quality of or their access to maternity and other related services.This post is aimed at meeting the needs of mothers, parents and families by asking questions and sharing their insights. You will deliver a workplan in a small team with the Project Officer and MNVP Lead, helping to represent users so that their voices influence the planning, design and safety of public services. This role includes communication with and facilitation of activity with volunteers and members. This work is offered at 20 hours a week, with some room for flexibility after interview.
