About the role:
You are able to work a hybrid with 3 days working from the office in Southampton and 2 days working from home.
As a Caseworker you will:
- Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for those affected by crime who accept ongoing support, which will include providing resources, interventions, and information to all service users
- Work alongside and oversee the casework management of a small number of volunteer supporters
- Liaise and actively engage with other local providers to share information on the VS service offer and options for victims and survivors
- Use a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential records and contribute to monitoring information including the collection of outcomes
- Working as part of a team with staff and the volunteer team to provide a seamless service to clients
You will need:
- Understanding of the impact of crime on victims such as sexual violence, hate crime and anti-social behaviour

About the role:
This role is home-based and is open to applicants living in Cornwall. Regular travel will be required both to our office in Plymouth & throughout Cornwall, with occasional travel to Devon. Usual working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, however you will need to provide cover 1 day per week working 10:15am to 6:15pm on a rota basis & there may be an occasional need to work outside core hours to meet the demands of the role.

About the role:
This role is based in Portsmouth, operating as a hybrid working model with three days in the office, and two working from home. All travel costs to and from appointments from your office base will be reimbursed.
As a Domestic Abuse Caseworker, you will be:
- Focusing on victims of domestic abuse, providing a pro-active, short to medium term crisis intervention service through individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional & practical support

We are looking for a part time Supporter Data Officer for a wonderful local hospice, to support the delivery of the Hospice's supporter data and income operations strategy with a focus on data selections and insight.
This role is part time 22.5 hours per week - no set working pattern for these as long as worked in the usual Mon-Fri, 9-5 working week.

Chester and Wirral pathway is a community based project that will assist people in hospital ready for discharge home from mental health inpatient settings .
Your role will be in supporting patients in various hospital settings to overcome the barriers to them leaving hospital . This will include being part of MDT meetings , housing and benefits support ,utility reconnection, identifying housing and a package of 12 week support upon discharge from hospital . Ideally candidates will have good housing experience . This is an agile role that will require travel between hospitals and the community .
Your challenge will be to support individuals with complex mental health needs to feel in control of their care, access mental health support and other local opportunities and build their emotional resilience. You’ll manage a caseload of individuals with mental health concerns, formulating support plans and establishing positive relationships with a range of multidisciplinary organisations.
You’ll need a significant understanding of mental health issues and substantial experience of working within a mental health setting where you dealt with ‘high risk’ clients and managing resources effectively. This role sits within our Corporate Wellbeing Service team, where you will mainly work alongside our Head of Corporate Wellbeing Services and Corporate Fundraiser, to generate income for the charity through community engagement and events. You will be responsible for meeting the annual community and events income target. The role will require someone with strong organisational skills, and prior experience as a Fundraiser in another organisation. You will divide your time between developing, planning, and running events, supporting people to raise money on behalf of York Mind, and creating new relationships in the community, such as with schools and sports clubs. We have an annual calendar of both internal and external events, including our annual Mental Elf run, as well as challenges such as the York 10k and Yorkshire Marathon. Your role will be to fill events, and effectively steward and support people to raise as much money as possible through their participation. As part of your role in event coordination, you will be responsible for our fundraising volunteer base, including recruitment and effective utilisation of volunteers at our various events. Flexibility will be key, as some events happen on evenings and weekends. Another important part of this role will be engaging and developing relationships with community supporters. You should have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy getting out and about in the community (eg. sports clubs/community organisations) to grow our supporter base and look after those who we currently work with. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven person with experience in the animal welfare sector to join Raystede. We are the animal welfare charity for Sussex. This role is pivotal within our multi-species and complex charity, especially as we are about to put our new strategy into action. Raystede offers good support and development to managers and staff.
You will report to the CEO and work as part of our Senior Management Team to ensure we achieve our strategic aims. You will be responsible for all aspects of animal care, veterinary services, rehoming & surrender, our animal welfare standards and the development of new facilities for animals at Raystede. You will have a great (amazing) team and therefore you need to be a great manager, and be seen as credible from the start, a go-to person and ensure that Raystede is effectively resourced and directed to achieve its aims in regard to animals.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about animal welfare and wants a career move in the sector:
- Broad animal welfare experience which supports some or all of the species Raystede seeks to assist.
- Able to manage and lead expert managers and develop staff.
- Project management skills.
- Understands volunteering in the animal welfare sector.
- Has been involved in improving or developing facilities for animals
- Can work with Trustees and is credible at a high level.
- Able to work well and be able to build excellent working relationships in a complicated charity.
- Confidence and flair to influence and negotiate where needed with all stakeholders.
- A strong networker able to collaborate externally with other organisations and stakeholders.

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced, driven and brilliant marketer who will help create, execute and evaluate multi-channel marketing and campaign strategies and continuously assess impact and ROI. You will be a superb campaigns manager that has a passion for excellence and delivering high quality outputs that show impact. From planning with Head of Marketing and Communications to developing and delivering alongside internal teams and external partners, you will thrive on achieving impressive results. There is a very strong focus on all aspects of digital campaigning for this role and you will be fully knowledgeable about Google ads, Google analytics, SEO, PFA, PPC, SEM, CRM, mobile, social media, website design and content creation, podcasts, blogs, vlogs and email creation. You will be at a significant advantage if you have design and WordPress experience. You will be a part of a small but dynamic and friendly marketing and fundraising team and involved in many aspects of our life-saving work including sales plans for our training courses, raising our profile, protecting our brand and reputation and supporting our fundraising activities. You will have no paid reports to you, but recruiting suitable volunteers is something we would encourage.
Please reflect that grit and resilience is required for this role given the remote working, subject matter, fast paced and flexible, multi-tasking required and the need to be highly accountable, goal and results oriented.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Drive engagement, increase visibility, improve our course sales and fundraising targets
· Manage our national and localised digital awareness campaigns from development stage to presenting results and assessment of impact
· Manage and optimise our website and landing pages for improved user experience and conversion rates
· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
· Help develop social media engagement strategies with our social media officer
· Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis
· Conduct audience and market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences
· Collect, manage, process and analyse data, making recommendations to inform future strategy
· Engage different audiences on different channels such as writing press releases, website pages, podcasts, blogs, socials, and press releases
· Manage and write award entries
· Design marketing collateral such as posters, leaflets, web pages
· Work closely with our Senior Fundraising Manager on increasing fundraisers, fundraising income and volunteers
· Do any duties to support the Head of Marketing and Communications and Fundraising.
To be successful in this role, you must be responsive, flexible, have pride in your attention to detail, be extremely organised, meet deadlines and be driven to exceeding your targets. You will need to be self-motivated and work comfortably on your own as a remote worker but enjoy working in a team (online). You will enjoy working mostly operationally as well as having a strategic approach to your work.
For this role, you will need:
- Evidence of leading and implementation of successful digital campaigns
- Project management of campaigns and communicating tasks to project teams effectively and efficiently
- Proven track record of multi-media marketing
- Experience of copy writing and proofreading for different audiences on multi-channels
- To be an excellent verbal and written communicator
- To be a confident negotiator and presenter
- A genuine passion for the Grassroots Suicide Prevention’s mission and values
- To have a positive “can-do” attitude and enjoy adapting to different tasks and challenges, sometimes daily
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn and grow from the support and direction from Head of Marketing and Communications and step in when asked
- Ability to make risk-averse decisions and considered judgements acting as brand and reputation ambassador
- Represent Grassroots Suicide Prevention on external groups and promote our services and expertise.

- Demonstrating resilience to working hard remotely and being self-driven and motivated
